Rosie did a little stand-up in NYC Thursday night during a show with Cyndi Lauper and Boy George -- and recalled meeting Caitlyn at Kanye West's MSG show. Honest mistake on her part? Check out the video.

D'Angelo Russell says he isn't taking all of the "bro code" jokes personally -- telling TMZ Sports he's giving Adam Sandler and David Spade a pass for mocking him because "it's their job."

Then he sped off in a sick Lamborghini.

As for the video, Sandler and Spade spoofed the whole D'Angelo vs. Swaggy P incident in a YouTube video recently ... the latest in a tidal wave of comedians who clowned the NBA star.

But Russell seems to be cool with the jokes ... at least for now.

As for Young, Russell has said he's ready to be friends with the guy -- but the ball's ultimately in Nick's court.

Bella Hadid forgot to zip up her track suit ... or so our photog thought when he ran into her at LAX.

Bella was headed for parts unknown Thursday when he pointed out she was showing lots of skin. She was properly dismissive.

Dikembe Mutombo says reports that he personally gave Bismack Biyombo his blessing to use the signature finger wag is COMPLETELY FALSE ... telling TMZ Sports, "Him and I need to talk."

Biyombo has used the finger wag a couple times during the NBA playoffs -- most recently busting it out Monday night after a block during the Raptors victory over the Cleveland Cavs.

Mutombo says he's seen reports that he had a conversation with Bismack in which he formally bestowed his finger-wagging blessing ... but insists the reports are simply not true.

"I don’t know when did that conversation took place," Mutombo said ... "Him and I need to talk this summer.”

"He claim in the newspaper and everywhere he said I gave it to him. I said, Did I gave him? Was it family? Cosign? But you know what, he’s a young man, man, I let him enjoy the fame. He’s making me famous!”

“I will see him in the Congo this summer so him and I will talk back home with nobody around us.”

Jonathan Lowe was working a story earlier this week in a Goodyear, AZ neighborhood when nature called. According to the police report ... Lowe left his news van, grabbed a bunch of papers and walked across the street, copped a squat and "proceeded to defecate in the yard of the residence."

Someone must've spotted Lowe doing his biz and called cops. When the officer showed up at Lowe's news van .. the reporter said, "I know what you want to talk to me about."

He went on to explain he'd been feeling sick and didn't want to bother anyone -- which is a shame, since police say the homeowner told them she would have been totally willing to let him use her bathroom. As it is, he got arrested for public defecation.

At least Lowe can say he's the #2 reporter in town.

Tommy Chong is joining Kim Kardashian, Blac Chyna and Amber Rose in the emoji game, but think less butts and boobs -- and more blunts and bongs ... duh!
