One of the stars of "Dance Moms" was arrested in New York for allegedly attacking the show's biggest star ... Abby Lee Miller ... TMZ has learned.

Kelly Hyland was booked in November for assault and harassment. Here's what we're told ... Abby was searching for new talent and Kelly was getting pissed off that her kids were being overlooked. When Abby dared to bring a potential pint-sized star by the studio, our sources say Kelly freaked out.

Eyewitnesses tell us ... Kelly began screaming at Abby and then Kelly allegedly grabbed Abby's hair and it became a full-on cat fight.

So far charges have not been filed, but guess what? Three cameras were rolling during the altercation.

Translation -- win win.

50 Cent's teenage son feels like he's been replaced by the rapper's new baby -- saying he hasn't seen his dad in nearly two years ... in fact, he didn't even know he had a half-brother until TMZ broke the story.

Marquise Jackson's mother Shaniqua Tompkins tells TMZ, the last time 50 Cent saw 17-year-old Marquise was May 2012, several months before 50's second child Sire Jackson was born.

We're told Fiddy hasn't even spoken to Marquise since the two had a very public falling out in January 2013 over text messages.

The fight stemmed from a botched visitation attempt -- 50 claimed he showed up to Marquise's house in Atlanta to visit, but Marquise refused to answer the door, and the texts that followed were brutal ... including messages like, "F**k you stop texting me" and "I don't have a son anymore."

Now Marquise feels abandoned ... because 50 is showering Sire with attention and hasn't bothered to reach out to Marquise.

As for 50, his rep tells TMZ, "50 is saddened by the attention-seeking tactics of his son's mother. He remains a proud and supportive father and feels blessed to have two sons." A source connected to 50 says the woman hasn't worked since 2002 and this is ultimately a money grab.

As we reported, 50 recently posted doting photos of Sire on Instagram, but quickly removed them out of concern for Sire's safety.

The 5-year-old daughter of murdered Venezuelan soap star Monica Spear still doesn't know her parents are dead -- and TMZ has learned the girl's family has hired psychologists to prepare her for the traumatizing news.

As we reported, Spear and her ex-husband Henry Thomas Berry were shot and killed this week by highway robbers near the town of Puerto Cabello after their car broke down. Their 5-year-old daughter was present, but somehow survived the attack with a bullet wound to the leg.

Family sources tell us, the daughter's not fully aware of what happened ... she currently believes her parents are just "sleeping." We're told psychologists are now working closely with the toddler to soften the blow once her family tells her the truth ... very shortly.

Family sources tell us, the girl's grandparents will be her guardians from here on out.

As for funeral arrangements, the ceremony and burial will take place in Venezuela later this week.

The Honey Boo Boo car crash 911 tape is laced with Southern tongue ... a woman urgently calling the dispatcher giving her the coordinates of the crash -- a Lowe's hardware store.

TMZ broke the story ... Boo Boo's fam hit an oncoming truck in Milledgeville, Georgia, injuring Mama June, Sugar Bear and Pumpkin. HBB was banged up but not seriously hurt.

Ludacris is in no hurry to meet his new baby daughter ... it's been nearly a month since the girl was born, and his baby mama says the rapper still hasn't dropped by to take a look.

Tamika Fuller just posted a long message on Instagram, writing, "She has yet to meet her father and it's unfortunate because I would never keep him from seeing her."

She also addresses the back and forth in court regarding Ludacris' ability to pay child support, insisting she's not looking for a handout. "It saddens me that it has come to this. I did not file on him. Nor would I ever try to attempt to extort my child's father."

She adds, "In spite of all that has already happened I just ask that the negativity stop towards him and I. We have a child to co-parent ... Her best interests come before any of all of this foolishness."

As we reported, Ludacris -- a multi-millionaire -- has filed legal docs saying he can only afford to pay $1,744 per month in child support.

This is what's left of the front of the Honey Boo Boo family car ... after the gang was involved in a nasty head-on collision in Georgia.

TMZ broke the story ... Mama June, Alana, Sugar Bear and Pumpkin were all injured Monday night when their Chevy Suburban was making a left turn and smashed into a truck that was allegedly driving with its headlights off.

After the crash, June told us the family has only had the car for 6 months and hadn't paid it off yet.

Young Jeezy says he did NOT brutalize his son and make terroristic threats against him ... and claims the whole thing was a set up by his loathsome, greedy, gold digging baby mama who got him arrested.

Sources connected to Jeezy tell TMZ ... the rapper and his 17-year-old son Jadarius did indeed get into a nuclear argument in Sept., 2012, but it never turned really violent. We're told it started when Jeezy told the teenager he had turned into a punk kid with an attitude and he didn't want the kid staying at his house.

Our Jeezy sources say Jadarius became belligerent and the two starting screaming at each other. Jeezy claims he never hit, choked, or dragged his son, but admits he shoved him to the ground when Jadarius got in his face.

As for the terroristic threats -- Jeezy is accused of telling Jadarius, "I will kill you ... I will put a bullet in your head right now" -- the rapper claims all he said was something to the effect of, "I brought you into this world and I can take you out of it."

Honey Boo Boo and her family were in a bad car crash Monday night ... TMZ has learned.

Honey Boo Boo, Mama June, Pumpkin and Jessica were all passengers in the car driven by Sugar Bear.

Sources tell us ... they were at a red light, waiting to turn left. The light turned green and Sugar Bear began the turn. A guy driving a truck was allegedly speeding in the opposite direction with his lights off and crashed into them.

Members of the family were taken to a local hospital ... an ambulance showed up, but Mama June tells TMZ ... the EMTs were going to take them to a hospital they didn't like so they went to another hospital in an SUV driven by their bodyguard.

Pumpkin says Sugar Bear has a contusion on his back, Mama June has a back and neck sprain, Honey Boo Boo hit her head against a passenger window and has a headache, and Pumpkin herself has severe chest bruises and is having panic attacks.

And June tells TMZ ... "We've only had that Suburban for 6 months and it's not even paid off yet."

A Venezuelan soap star and her ex-husband were shot to death by a roving band of highway robbers -- but amazingly ... police say the couple's young daughter survived the attack.

Monica Spear -- Miss Venezuela 2004 -- and Henry Thomas Berry were shot and killed after their car broke down near the town of Puerto Cabello in Venezuela.

Police say the family was waiting for a tow truck when the bandits showed up. Spear and Berry locked themselves and their 5-year-old daughter inside the car ... but police say the robbers opened fire, killing them and injuring the girl -- who's hospitalized with a bullet wound to her leg.

The family lived in the U.S., but were on vacation when they were attacked.

Venezuela has one of the world's highest murder rates. According to news reports, violent crime is so bad ... even residents are afraid to venture out at night.

11:40 AM PT -- Sources close to 50 Cent tell TMZ, he removed the photos from Instagram because he personally felt that posting the child's face online might compromise his safety.

50 Cent thought twice about posting photos of his new baby boy on the Internet -- because moments after he loaded his Instagram with pics of his 16-month-old son ... he deleted them ... or tried to.

Fiddy posted the pics yesterday of Sire Jackson -- born 9/1/12 -- along with a bunch of funny captions. He even posted a side by side photo of Sire and himself to show the father-son resemblance.

For some reason, 50 then deleted the photos roughly an hour after posting them, but not before one of his followers saved them ... and leaked them back online.

As we reported, the rapper was charged with a series of crimes last fall -- including domestic violence and vandalism -- after a blowout fight with Sire's mom. The domestic violence charge was ultimately dropped.

Jenna Jameson is slamming Tito Ortiz for his DUI bust ... claiming he's putting their children in danger while committing public relations suicide.

Jenna thinks Tito's arrest after crashing his Porsche proves what she's been saying all along -- that Tito's a bad dude, and told us -- "A lot of people think he's this fantastic guy ... it's just not true."

She added, "Slowly but surely he'll hang himself. Not literally, but figuratively."

Jenna also explains how Tito's arrest could lead to her snatching back custody of their 2 boys.

Jay Z did NOT pull a fast one on his audience in Greensboro, N.C., Sunday night ... when he brought a 12-year-old boy up on stage who stole the show -- it was all spontaneous.

We spoke with Angela, who took her 12-year-old son Justin to the concert in Charlotte Saturday. She says Justin's dream was to "get noticed" by Hova and he was crushed when he was overlooked as he sat in the 8th row.

Angela says on the ride home they decided to give it one more try, and she bought tickets to the Greensboro concert the next day. She says she was lucky and scored front row seats.

Angela tells us nothing was set up. Justin jumped up with his sign and this time Jigga noticed.

Ludacris says the baby mama who is waging war with him gave him a crass ultimatum -- give me a car, or I'm goin' public.

Ludacris filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he reveals the drama behind his child support fight with Tamika Fuller. He asked the judge back in September to issue a gag order because he is "a major celebrity of great notoriety."

Luda argued ... throughout the U.S. -- and even in Georgia -- judges often allow public figures to keep their sexual indiscretions under wraps.

Luda claimed the gag was essential because Tamika demanded that he give her a whip and $7,500 for her lawyer's retainer ... OR ELSE she'd put him on blast -- that he fathered her kid while he was still with longtime GF Eudoxie Agnan.

The judge wasn't buyin' what Luda was sellin', and rejected the request. We don't know if Tamika got her car.

Jay Z just gave a 12-year-old kid the chance of a lifetime ... and the kid delivered.

Jay discovered the pint-sized rapper sitting in the crowd at his "Magna Carter World Tour" concert Sunday in Greensboro, NC -- he was holding a sign that read, "Can I rap for you?"

Jigga pulled the lil' guy up on stage ... and the kid laid down a crazy interpretation of Jay Z's rap. Jay even cut him off ... just before he spewed some curse words.
