Louis Tomlinson Custody Fight Baby Mama Won't Let Me See My Kid
Louis Tomlinson has lawyered up to wage a custody war, because he says his baby mama is not letting him see their kid ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with Louis tell TMZ, the One Direction singer claims Briana Jungwirth has gotten greedy and wants money ... and lots of it. He claims she's using their 1-month-old son, Freddie Reign, to leverage a bigger payday.
It's a surprising turn ... Louis got Briana a 3 bedroom home in Calabasas and he's renting a $21 million home in L.A. to be close to Freddie.
Louis has not gotten a DNA test but says there's no doubt he's the dad ... they dated exclusively during the period in which she got pregnant.
We're told Louis is gunning for an order forcing Briana to give him some custodial rights, including significant access to his son.
Travis Barker My Custody Deal Sucks ... Shanna Has Drugs and I'm Less Rich
Travis Barker is attacking his ex, Shanna Moakler ... accusing her of neglecting their kids, misusing their child support money, and exposing them to drugs and weapons.
The Blink 182 drummer filed docs demanding some changes STAT to his child custody arrangement with Moakler for several reasons including his concerns that she has drugs and guns in the house with them. He's not more specific about that allegation in the docs.
Barker also says he found out their son, 12-year-old Landon, was "roaming around" Calabasas earlier this month and hanging with a 15-year-old girl ... without Shanna's knowledge. In the docs, he also says she's sending Landon and their daughter Alabama to school without lunches.
Parenting issues aside ... Travis also has money concerns. He's paying $18k per month in child support, but wants that number slashed -- as low as $2,900 per month -- because he thinks Shanna's spending a lot of the dough on herself. He's also playing the poverty card ... rock star poverty, anyway.
Travis says he was hauling in more than $2 mil annually when they reached their current deal, but says he earned less than $600k in 2015. He's far from broke though ... admitting he has nearly $37 million in assets.
A source close to Shanna tells us she's devastated by Travis' filing, and if he really cared about the kids he wouldn't try to financially destroy their mother.

Christian Slater Sued by His Dad ... I Don't Have Schizophrenia
Christian Slater destroyed his father's acting career by going public with allegations his dad is suffering from mental illness ... according to a new defamation lawsuit.
Thomas Knight Slater -- who's acted under the name Michael Hawkins -- says his son did an interview last year where he described his father as suffering from "manic-depressive schizophrenia."
Hawkins denies the comment and points out his son has no medical creds to make such a diagnosis.
In the suit -- filed Wednesday in L.A. and obtained by TMZ -- Hawkins says the article resulted in him being "blacklisted" in Hollywood. He says he was hoping to land more roles in the "autumn of his life," but that won't be possible after Christian's lies.
Hawkins had roles in soap operas like "Ryan's Hope" and "As the World Turns" in the '70s. He's also had small roles in some big movies -- 'Amityville Horror,' "Midnight Run" and "Mommie Dearest."
Dad is suing for at least $20 million.

Rachel Dolezal Baby Name Gets One Fist Up From Langston Hughes Estate
Rachel Dolezal ran afoul of the NAACP, but famed civil rights leader Langston Hughes would be flattered she named her son after him, and would even support her according to one of Hughes' confidants.
As we reported, Rachel named the baby Langston Attickus Dolezal, and Arnold Rampersad -- executor of Hughes' estate -- tells TMZ the choice is more perfect than you'd think.
Rampersad says the Harlem Renaissance poet frequently wrote about sexual relations between different races, and understood the "pains of what used to be called a 'voluntary Negro'" -- a term for a white person who chooses to fight for black rights.
He even compared Rachel to Walter Francis White, who lead the NAACP for 24 years ... even though he outwardly appeared to be a white man (he was actually mixed).
Score one for Dolezal. Finally.
'Jo Frost: Nanny On Tour' Spanking Dad Getting Death Threats
Chris Spivey, the dad caught on camera disciplining his son with a belt on "Jo Frost: Nanny On Tour," is threatening legal action against the show after getting flooded with death threats.
Spivey tells TMZ the footage of what sounds like him whipping his 9-year-old with a belt as the child screamed in pain is "bogus" because it was grossly edited, and he was only hitting the bed. He says producers took the isolated incident and created a whole show around it, but never gave him a heads up it was airing Thursday night.
TMZ broke the story ... Frost called child services in November on Spivey after she saw the disturbing footage captured by the show's surveillance cameras. Spivey says DCFS investigated but found no wrongdoing.
Spivey watched last night and says the show "sucked." He says right after it aired he started getting Facebook threats.
He says his family is considering legal action -- they've retained an attorney -- because "we are not people that beat their kids. We are leaders in our community and this has put a strain on our family.”

Jo Frost Ex 'Supernanny' Reports Dad for Child Beating
Jo Frost's reality TV crew recorded footage of a father disciplining his child with a belt, and she felt the incident was so severe she reported it to child services ... TMZ has learned.
While recording an episode of her new show "Jo Frost: Nanny On Tour" ... Frost visited a family last October in Gwinnett County, GA. Sources connected to production tell us the Spivey family contacted the show because their 3 kids don't respect mom's word around the house ... only dad's.
After Jo's visit the show left surveillance cameras -- with the Spiveys' approval -- which captured a scene where the father sends his 9-year-old son up to his bedroom, takes off his belt and then goes into the bedroom. The boy was in trouble for using dad's charger.
The episode, which aired Thursday night on the UP channel, doesn't show any beating, but you can hear the boy wailing from behind the closed door.
As part of her follow-up with families ... Frost reviews the footage and we're told when she saw what happened between Chris Spivey and his son, she immediately reported it to DCFS.
We spoke to the Spiveys, who confirmed DCFS investigated. Mr. Spivey admits using corporal punishment in the past -- which is legal in Georgia as long as the child isn't injured -- but he denies hitting his son in the video. He claims he only "hit his bed," and claims the boy was crying because "he was frightened."
The Spiveys say DCFS ultimately found no wrongdoing. We've contacted the agency, but haven't heard back. Our show sources say Jo thought it was important for the episode to air because she's staunchly anti-corporal punishment, and wanted to start a conversation.
