So here's a riddle for you: if Justin Bieber performs a good deed and doesn't Instagram a photo of it, does it really count?

Kevin Federline Wedding Back That Ass Up
Kevin Federline didn't just get married this weekend ... he got DOWN ... freak dancing with his brand new wife Victoria Prince at their Vegas wedding, and we got the pics.
As we reported, 35-year-old Federline and girlfriend Victoria Prince got hitched Saturday night at the Hard Rock in Vegas, and they really pulled out all the stops. Kevin was acting like Kevin (a total goofball) and Victoria couldn't stop flashing her new bling. Side note: Victoria looked hot.
FYI, Kev and Vic have been dating since 2008 and already have one daughter, Jordan Kay, who was present for the ceremony.
The wedding looked beautiful, but it still didn't hold a candle to Kevin and Brit's 2004 wedding, which reportedly cost $1.8 MILLION. Not that it's about the money, or anything.

Britney Spears I Spent $7 Mil ... BUT I'm Still a Bargain Shopper
Britney Spears made a fortune last year -- way more than $10 million -- but she's still a hardcore bargain shopper ... this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.
According to documents, Britney's conservatorship raked in nearly $14 mil in 2012. But here's the thing ... she spent $6.8 mil, which sounds like a lot, but a closer look makes Brit look like a bargain hunter.
-- $63.74 at a 99 Cents Plus
-- $11.92 at Pay 99 Cents Or Less
-- A tab from Subway, Wetzel's Pretzels, Domino's, IHOP, 7-11, El Pollo Loco, McDonalds, In-N-Out, Coffee Bean, Starbucks, and Romano's Macaroni Grill.
-- $33,959 on grooming and wardrobe -- bargain basement for a big star.
But there are extravagances as well ... like a $500 manicure. And get this -- $3,400 on XMAS lights.
Our favorite -- Britney paid $1,500 to her Kentwood, Louisiana yard boy -- aka, Jamie Lynn's baby daddy Casey Aldridge.
As For Britney's total worth ... it's a lot. The conservatorship alone now has $36.4 million. And that doesn't include a huge chunk of her net worth ... including the $68 mil she made on her last concert tour and the $15 mil she snagged from "X Factor."
So who's crazy now?

Kanye West Just Got OWNED By the Housing Market
Kanye West is NOT God, even though he thinks he is -- and we know that because he can't even control the housing market.
Kanye has just knocked a cool half-a-mil off the asking price for his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad. He listed it for $3.3 mil back in March. Apparently he thought a house with Kanye attached could fetch more than the comparable prices in the neighborhood -- the house should have been listed at around $2.5 mil.
Yeezus dropped the price to $3.15 in early June, but still no takers. So he's just dropped the price again -- to $2.8 mil.

Kim & Kanye North West's Mug NOT For Sale
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are passing up several million smackeroos ... because they've decided not to attach a price to priceless baby pics of North West.
The pics could fetch a cool $3 mil ... but we're told K & K have already rejected such an offer.
Our sources says Kim and Kanye toyed with the idea of selling the pics and donating the money to charity, but decided against it.
They've decided to go one of two routes: Either release the pics to a fancy mag like Vanity Fair, or pull a Bey/Jay Z and release a crude snap on social media.
We're hoping they can still make ends meet.

Weiner Sexting Partner Scores Six Figures ... To Sext
Anthony Weiner's sexting partner is making good use of her special skills ... scoring a low SIX FIGURE endorsement deal ... to keep on sexting.
Sydney Leathers inked the lucrative deal with IHookUp to be the face of their mobile phone dating app -- where locals find each other, text and then agree to hook-up. Pretty great.
As part of the gig Sydney will have to keep an active profile on the site, interact with users and possibly find people to canoodle with. Not exactly rocket science.
So why Sydney? A rep for the company tells TMZ, "It's all about that instant gratification and hooking up with the right person at the right time. Sydney seems to have that nailed down!"
Speaking of nailing things ... Sydney tells us, Weiner would have been a big fan.

Shaq & Lamar Odom Power Balance Agrees To Cough Up $287K
Shaq and Lamar Odom have scored a huge victory over the snake oil salesmen at Power Balance -- the company that duped athletes into believing its hologram bracelets could provide super-strength -- because it just agreed to fork over $287,000 to get the NBA stars off its back.
TMZ broke the story ... Shaq and Odom filed legal docs in PB's bankruptcy case, claiming they were owed money for their involvement in the company. Lamar was an investor. Shaq was a paid spokesperson.
Shaq originally demanded $308,961 and Lamar $133,870 -- but according to new court docs, they both agreed to take a little less after settlement negotiations ... Shaq got $200,310 and Lamar $87,015.
But they could get even more -- under the deal, if PB's bankruptcy estate collects more money than they anticipate from ensuing litigation, Shaq and Lamar could get an additional payout.
FYI, PB has virtually gone belly up in the wake of the $57 million class action lawsuit filed against the company over its bogus scientific claims. The lawsuit forced PB into bankruptcy.

Ex-MLB Star Dwight Gooden EVICTED From Jersey Mansion
More problems for Doc Gooden -- the troubled ex-MLB star has just been evicted from the NJ mansion he was renting after allegedly stiffing his landlord for months ... TMZ has learned.
What makes the situation even sadder ... Dwight's estranged wife was living in the home with their 2 young kids -- who were all forced to leave in July, when officials enforced the eviction.
According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Dwight and his family moved in to the home back in September 2011 ... and agreed to pay $4,500 per month in rent.
But things went south in March -- when Dwight's wife got a restraining order against the former NY Mets pitcher following a domestic dispute, forcing Doc to move out.
The homeowners claim Doc's family stayed in the home all of March, April, May and June -- but they never got a check from the Goodens for any of those months ... and that adds up to some serious debt.
The homeowners filed legal docs against Gooden -- demanding the back rent plus penalties, totaling more than $18,984 ... AND they also want legal fees.
The court also granted the landlord's permission to evict the Goodens -- and on July 11, Docs family was forced out of the home. It's unclear where they're living now.
We reached out to Dwight's people -- so far, no word back.

Gucci Mane Concert Booker Vs. Rapper You Double Crossed Us!
Gucci Mane tried to pull a fast one and perform two gigs in one night -- in two different states -- so says the pissed off concert promoter, who's suing the alleged two-timing rapper.
Empire Entertainment filed a lawsuit against Gucci -- real name Radric Davis -- claiming it paid him $22,500 to perform in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 22nd ... but didn't get their money's worth. Here's why:
Empire says prior to the gig, a nightclub in Tennessee began advertising a Gucci show for the same night -- and says Gucci himself promoted it on Twitter.
Empire says it called Gucci's people -- who assured them, no TN gig was happening.
But the night of the concert, Empire says it became clear Gucci's people lied ... claiming the rapper only performed 3 songs (15 min of stage time) and then hightailed it 138 miles to perform at the other club. Then drove back to stay in the hotel Empire provided.
Empire says Gucci's 2nd gig torpedoed their ticket sales. The company is suing for breach of contract and fraud. It wants all the cash it spent on his fee, hotel, travel and promotions.

Usher & Tameka Battle Brewing BEFORE Pool Accident
Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Raymond were on the brink of war BEFORE their son almost drowned in a pool ... and it was all over child support payments, TMZ has learned.
Usher filed legal docs earlier this month asking a judge to lower his child support payment to Tameka. As it stood, Usher was shelling out $8,000 / month for the couple's 2 sons ... which he claims is BS.
Here's why ... Usher says that child support amount is from an old agreement and hasn't been changed since he was granted PRIMARY custody last year. He says he's been overpaying the last 7 months and wants a judge to remedy the situation.
Usher requested a hearing on the matter -- but so far, no date has been set.
TMZ broke the story ... Tameka and Usher were ALREADY in court this week, battling over custody. Tameka asked a judge to grant her MORE custody -- claiming Usher's to blame for their son's pool accident -- but she was shot down.

Amanda Bynes TEMPORARY CONSERVATORSHIP GRANTED
The judge in the Amanda Bynes case just granted a temporary conservatorship to her parents.
The judge based his decision in no small part on the findings of an investigator he appointed to evaluate Amanda's mental health.
As we first reported ... Amanda was not in court, because doctors at the psychiatric hospital got a 1-month extension on her psych hold ... because she's "gravely disabled" with mental illness.
Amanda's lawyer told the judge ... she's spoken with the actress several times and Amanda opposes the conservatorship, believing it's not necessary.
The conservatorship not only covers Amanda's personal well-being, it gives her mom the ability to manage her finances. Amanda's $4 million savings have been rapidly depleted, though it's unclear what she's been spending money on. The judge cautioned the parents not to make any significant deals without consulting with Amanda's lawyer.
The judge said he'd like to have some face-to-face time with Amanda, so he can make a firsthand evaluation.
The temporary conservatorship will last until Sept. 30. At that time the judge will hold a formal hearing on whether to make it permanent.

Oprah Winfrey Gets Swiss Apology After Racist Incident at Purse Store
The entire country of Switzerland is begging for Oprah Winfrey's forgiveness ... after a racist shop assistant in Zurich refused to show her a handbag because it was "too expensive" for O.
The incident occurred last month, when Oprah was in Zurich to attend Tina Turner's wedding ... and walked into the upscale Trois Pomme boutique where she noticed a $40,000 handbag.
When Oprah asked to see it, the shop assistant refused -- insisting it was out of O's price range. RACIST!!!!
Oprah described the exchange to "Entertainment Something":
"One more time, I tried. I said, 'But I really do just want to see that one,' and the shopkeeper said, 'Oh, I don't want to hurt your feelings,' and I said, 'Okay, thank you so much. You're probably right, I can't afford it.' And I walked out of the store."
Now, Switzerland's national tourism board has issued an apology on behalf of the country -- saying, "We are very sorry for what happened to her."
The board also begged for Oprah's forgiveness on Twitter ... saying the shop assistant "acted terribly wrong."
FYI -- Oprah reportedly made $77 million dollars last year ... so, suck on that racist shop assistant.

Famous Shark Attack Victim Coolest Bionic Robot Limbs We've Ever Seen!!!
Okay fine, we use a lot of hyperbole, but seriously ... famed shark attack victim Paul de Gelder's artificial limbs are scientific MASTERPIECES!!! You have to see 'em to believe 'em.
FYI, Paul -- who appeared on Discovery channel's "I Escaped Jaws" -- lost his right leg and hand during a vicious shark attack in Sydney, Australia back in 2009 -- and has since been outfitted with what he calls the "best commercially available" prosthetics in the world ... worth roughly $250,000.
The hand is what's called an I-LIMB, which uses electrodes to track muscular movement in the remaining portion of Paul's arm to operate individual fingers and grip things. It's insane.
The hand costs roughly $100,000, but the leg costs even more -- it's called the X2 and Paul says it goes for around $150,000. He can pretty much walk and move like natural.
Science is awesome. Also watch the video to hear some great "Sharknado" survival tips.

Tiger Woods I Got A Hole in ONE ... DINING ROOM!
You'd think when you spend $60 million to build a massive Florida house it would stay above sea level ... but not so with Tiger Woods, who has a GIGANTIC hole in his dining room!
Sources connected with the repair of the Jupiter Island mansion tell TMZ, the hole is "massive" and the underlying problem is serious.
Tiger apparently noticed sagging in the dining room. Contractors have now opened up the floor, creating a big fat hole, trying to determine what's causing the problem. They think the pilings may have been improperly set. They also fear some may be missing.
So far the problem seems limited to the dining room, but they don't know for sure.
Tiger's had more than his share of ups and downs with holes over the last few years ... for sure.

Eminem Blows Roof Off NY Concert But For How Much???
Eminem -- now a notorious recluse who RARELY performs -- rocked the house in NYC last night ... and we got video ... but the real question: how much do you pay Slim Shady to drag him out of hiding?
Eminem took the stage at Pier 36 for G-Shock's 30th Anniversary concert -- yeah, the watch company -- and he performed all his hits, including "The Way I Am" and "Lose Yourself." It was awesome.
But seriously, the guy never shows his face anymore -- especially on stage -- so either he got paid a BUTTLOAD of cash ... or G-Shock's contract negotiation skills are incredible.
FYI, Eminem performed for G-Shock last year too at Hammerstein Ballroom. The rapper has a deal with the company -- he even just unveiled its Detroit-themed "Eminem" watch -- and it's obviously worth a ton of money. But how much??? HOW MUCH??????
