Cupid is being slapped with a lawsuit -- not for causing more bad wedding reception dancing than the Macarena -- but for not paying his manager more than $100k.

Brick Wall Management filed the Federal suit in NY against Cupid -- real name Bryson Bernard -- claiming he signed a deal for the company to manage him ... back in 2007 ... the same year "Cupid Shuffle" was released.

TMZ obtained a copy of the suit, and in the docs BWM alleges Cupid agreed to pay commissions to the company for a period of 15 years.

BWM claims it can't calculate exactly how much Cupid owes in commissions because he refuses to reveal any details about his income -- so they're guestimating at least $100,000.

Calls to Cupid's reps have not been returned -- but we suspect the real issue here might be he hasn't had a hit since the 'Shuffle.' So, really ... what's to manage?

Ok, go ahead ... y'know you want to do the damn dance.

"Top Chef" alum Leah Cohen -- who placed 6th on Season 5 of the show -- is in dire straits with her NYC restaurant Pig & Khao ... and now she's suing the restaurant's management company, blaming it for all her financial woes.

Leah filed the lawsuit against New York Restaurant Services Group -- owned by famed restaurateur Rick Camac -- claiming she signed a 50/50 business deal with it last year, agreeing to split ownership of her restaurant in exchange for its management services.

Leah says NYRSG agreed to oversee Pig & Khao's operations, including finances, development, marketing, advertising, training of staff, and a bunch of other management-related tasks -- but ended up getting Pig & Khao into a heap of money troubles instead.

According to Leah, NYRSG failed to pay the restaurant's suppliers, its staff, its landlord, and even the Tax Man -- resulting in massive unpaid bills and frozen bank accounts -- but still insisted on paying itself a 3% management fee.

Leah -- who claims to have invested $400,000 in the business with her father -- says the restaurant owes the government $47,283, her landlord is threatening to throw her out, and she's on the brink of losing everything.

She says the restaurant is "clearly failing," and has been operating at a loss pretty much since it opened last fall. (For what it's worth, Pig & Khao has stellar Yelp and Zagat reviews. So check it out.)

She is suing NYRSG for unspecified damages, and wants to terminate their business relationship ASAP. A rep for NYRSG had no comment.

Ex-Nintendo president Hiroshi Yamauchi -- who revolutionized the video game industry by introducing the world to Super Mario -- died this morning of pneumonia at a hospital in Japan.

Yamauchi introduced the Nintendo Entertainment System to America in 1985, and followed up by launching the greatest video game franchises in history, including Super Mario, Zelda, and Donkey Kong.

Hiroshi left the company in 2002 -- but reportedly refused to accept his retirement pension allegedly worth between $9 to $14 million dollars ... claiming Nintendo could put it to better use.

With an estimated net worth of around $2.1 billion, Hiroshi was ranked the 13th richest man in Japan at the time of his death.

Hiroshi was 85. He is survived by his wife and 3 kids.

Now fire up that NES and kick some Bowser ass in his honor.

Rapper Young Buck is a new man ... he's about to emerge from bankruptcy with a clean slate ... but creditor/good friend 50 Cent doesn't even get 50 cents.

Get this ... 50 had loaned Buck $300k, and there was an outstanding balance of $171,000. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, 50 will get zilch.

Ditto G-Unit Records. It had it's hand out for $10 MILLION. Just like 50, G-Unit will end up with goose eggs.

Someone got lucky. Of course, it's the lawyers, the bankruptcy trustee and Uncle Sam -- they'll split about $330k.

Kelly Osbourne is suing her former landlord, and it's not just for a lot of money. She's also defending her honor that she's not a filthy slob.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ ... Kelly says she rented a fancy apartment in West Hollywood, which has been home to many a celeb, including Lindsay Lohan, Adam Lambert and Brody Jenner.

Kelly plunked down $18,700 as a security deposit before moving in. When she moved out, she claims the landlord never bothered to stop by to check out the unit, but shortly thereafter Kelly got bad news -- the landlord sent her an email notifying her of an estimate of damages. According to the landlord, the damage and cleaning expenses ate up her entire deposit so Kelly was informed she'd be getting zilch.

Billionaire "Beanie Babies" creator Ty Warner better hope he didn't take the tags off any of his stuffed toys -- Nana the Monkey, anyone? -- because he just got slammed with a $53.5 million penalty for tax evasion.

Warner -- worth a reported $2.3 billion -- was charged with federal tax evasion Wednesday morning after allegedly failing to report more than $3 mil in income he earned in an offshore Swiss bank account back in 2002.

The toy tycoon agreed to plead guilty to the charge and pay the penalty ASAP, presumably in the hopes the judge will take mercy on him. FYI, the maximum sentence for federal tax evasion is 5 years in prison.

Warner's lawyer said the billionaire accepts full responsibility for his actions, calling the debacle "an unfortunate situation that Mr. Warner has been trying to resolve for several years now."

Terrence Howard is waving the white flag in his bitter war with his ex-wife -- agreeing to stay the hell away from her ... at least for the next three years ... after he allegedly beat the crap out of her this summer.

As we reported, Terrence's ex Michelle Ghent obtained a temporary restraining order against Howard in August, after the "Iron Man" actor allegedly roughed her up during a blowout fight in Costa Rica in July.

The temporary order prohibited him from coming within 100 yards of her at all times -- but today, that order was made permanent, this time requiring Howard to stay 300 yards away from Ghent until 2016.

Howard didn't put up a fight either ... agreeing to abide by the terms of the order and pay $14,800 of Michelle's attorney's fees.

"Grand Theft Auto 5" star Shawn Fonteno (who plays Franklin in the game) believes the age of TV actors ... and even film actors ... IS OVER ... because video game actors are taking over the game BIG TIME.

Fonteno was hanging out by his skyscraper-sized "GTA" billboard last night in Downtown LA ... and hearing him talk, it's incredible. He's straight-up the real-life version of Franklin from the game. You gotta listen.

Stephon Marbury's about to lose his SECOND home due to foreclosure, at least if his bank gets its way ... because the former NBA star has allegedly failed to pay his mortgage yet again.

U.S. Bank International filed legal docs against Marbury, claiming he hasn't made mortgage payments on his 2-bedroom 2-bathroom NYC condo since March 2010, and currently owes $844,035 on the property ... which he purchased in 2006 for more than a million dollars.

U.S. Bank wants Marbury to pay the full amount NOW, or get the hell out ... so the condo can be sold at auction.

It's the second time a foreclosure action has been brought against Marbury since he left to play pro basketball in China -- just last year he lost his L.A. home at a foreclosure auction.

Drake and The Game are teaming up to help cover funeral costs for 6 people -- including 5 young siblings -- who died in a tragic house fire in Ohio ... even though the rappers didn't know the victims.

The Game got the ball rolling after learning about Anna Angel -- who was working her shift at Burger King when a fire consumed her home while her 5 young children and her boyfriend were trapped inside. There were no survivors.

Game Instagram'd about the tragedy ... saying, "I can deal with a lot of things but people losing their children is something that kills me every time."

The Game -- who recently pledged to donate $1 million dollars to people in need as part of his Robin Hood project -- says he was on the phone with Drake when he read about the woman's loss ... and they each agreed to donate $10,000 to help Anna cover the burial costs.

Drake later posted about the situation ... saying, "What [The Game] is doing will never be forgotten. Honored to be able to help people along side my brother."

In addition to their $20K ... the producers of Game'sTV show, "Marrying the Game" also pitched in $2,500.

Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s baby mama is LIVID -- telling TMZ, her 10-year-old daughter was dressed up like some gold-digging hoochie at the big fight on Saturday ... and it's all one designer's fault.

The designer in question is Project Runway's Michael Costello -- and Floyd's baby mama Josie Harris tells us, Costello was hired to design a very special dress for the boxer's 10-year-old daughter Jirah to wear at the Canelo fight in Vegas (left).

Josie says the dress came out great -- but when they showed up to the fight, she noticed Floyd's on-and-off-again side piece Shantel Jackson wearing the same exact dress (right).

According to Josie, she paid Costello $795 for a one-of-a-kind dress, and now she's pissed the guy gave a replica to none other than Floyd's girlfriend ... who also sat ringside.

Josie tells us, "It's an unspoken rule and a cardinal sin for a 'real designer' to dress clients alike going to the same major event ... Tacky, tacky, tacky."

And Josie didn't stop there, turning her anger toward Jackson as well ... adding, "She is a total gold digger ... She conveniently came back around 2 days before Floyd got his $41.5 million check."

As for the designer, Costello says he will NOT be giving anyone a refund -- telling us, "No exclusivity was promised regarding the dress. If you want exclusivity, you need to pay more." Costello says his people told Miss Jackson that Floyd's daughter would be wearing the same dress and she didn't care.

Scott Disick's latest despicable act -- bragging he uses hundred dollar bills as toilet paper -- has us thinking he's so damn awful ... he's actually charming.

Britney Spears will spill the beans about her upcoming Vegas spectacular tomorrow, TMZ has learned -- and the announcement itself will be an extravaganza in the middle of nowhere.

We're told Britney will unveil plans for her big new Planet Hollywood show from an undisclosed location in the Mojave desert at around 4AM PT, and it will be broadcast live on "GMA."

It's going to be huge -- 1,350 participants will be bused from Vegas to the desert. And get this ... all attendees must be between 5' and 6' tall ... we don't know why.

As for Brit ... she'll be arriving via helicopter.

All told, we've learned the show announcing the show will cost roughly $100,000 -- including $27,176 to bus all the people (28 buses total), $4,200 for tents, and $5,154 for craft services ... which includes 2,100 bottles of water, coffee, 918 Gatorades, and 567 Red Bulls.

We're told Britney will be performing her new single "Work Bitch," and she'll then blast specifics about her new show that debuts in December. In case you can't wait, we have a bunch of particulars, including what she'll be raking in.

The man who allegedly attempted to extort $250,000 from Paula Deen has just been sentenced to 2 years in prison, TMZ has learned.

As we reported, a man named Thomas Paculis contacted Deen's attorney claiming he would release "true and damning" information about the celebrity chef's n-word usage if he didn't receive a huge check. The FBI tracked Paculis down and he was subsequently arrested and charged with two counts of extortion.

Paculis struck a plea bargain with prosecutors last month, agreeing to plead guilty to one count of extortion. In exchange, prosecutors dropped the remaining count.

Paculis was sentenced today to 2 years in a Georgia prison, plus one year of supervised release and 40 hours community service. He has already been remanded into custody.

Before the NFL season began, NY Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz promised ... if he got a new contract, he would get a new Ferrari.

It appears Victor is a man of his word.

Cruz was spotted pulling into MetLife Stadium in Jersey yesterday in what appears to be a Ferrari California convertible ... which reportedly starts around $200k.

Of course, Cruz signed a HUGE contract over the summer -- 5-year extension worth up to $43 MILLION. Before that, he was making close to the league minimum.

The Giants lost to the Broncos in the Manning Bowl yesterday ... but we're guessing Victor wasn't too bummed out on the drive home.
