Tim Tebow is on the verge of picking up a pretty sweet side gig in the fashion world -- a huge offer to endorse socks.

TMZ Sports has learned Inspyr Socks reached out to the former NFL QB to peddle their sock line and the deal comes with a nice six-figure paycheck. The company even eludes to TT's NFL struggles in their offer letter praising the way Tebow "handled yourself in the face of so much adversity and pressure."

We're told Tebow has yet to accept the offer, but if he does, Inspyr will be darn pumped.

Kirk Cousins is turning his biggest NFL moment into a profitable moment ... selling, "You Like That?!" shirts ... but it's all for a good cause.

After the pumped up Washington Redskins QB shouted those 3 words at the media following his comeback victory over the Bucs this weekend, the video went crazy viral.

Romeo's record company is no shell company for his dad Master P to hide millions ... and he's got receipts to prove it to his mother -- who dragged him into her divorce war.

A source close to Romeo tells us the rapper insists No Limit Forever is more his deal, and less about his father. He's saying he founded the label, and all the money in its bank account is his.

Master P and his estranged wife, Sonya Miller, started No Limit Records in the '90s -- and she's fighting for a cut of that fortune, but claims Master P is hiding cash in their son's similarly named label.

12:15 PM PT -- There's NO deal! Sources with direct knowledge tell us although Jas filed the docs saying he's very close to a settlement agreement with Aspire ... there's no deal signed yet. More importantly, we're told no checks have been signed yet either.

Birdman might have one less lawsuit on his hands -- the war over Drake's millions upon millions in royalties is one step closer to being settled ... and Drake's pal Jas Prince is finally getting paid.

As TMZ first reported ... Jas Prince sued Cash Money Records and Aspire Music Group for unpaid royalties on all Drake's catalog of hit songs. Jas hooked up Drake with Birdman and Lil Wayne, in the first place -- and said part of the deal was he would get a chunk of Drake's royalties.

According to new docs filed last week ... Jas says he's reached a settlement with Aspire which will resolve all the financial issues. So, sounds like Cash Money is off the hook. The settlement was first reported by the Jasmine Brand.

The exact amount of the settlement remains under wraps, but in earlier docs Jas put the amount he was owed at $11 mil -- so it's a good bet he's getting a fat check.

Back in February, Jas told us he's through talking until he gets his money.

Khloe Kardashian isn't stupid, and she's ready to relaunch divorce proceedings if Lamar Odom shows any signs of going back to the world of drugs ... so say sources connected with Khloe.

Our sources say Khloe is annoyed by people on social media who are calling her naive for dropping the divorce. TMZ broke the story, Khloe and Lamar both signed off to dismiss the divorce case, which was all but final.

We're told Khloe knows better than anyone about Lamar's battle with drugs. Feelings aside, she's game to drop the divorce partly because Lamar has no one else in his life to help him recover. And, by the way, we're told Lamar is on the Kardashian health insurance policy and he needs to stay on.

Lamar's medical bills will total in the many millions, and our sources say he doesn't have the financial wherewithal to handle it on his own.

It's murky, because if this were just about health insurance, Khloe could easily buy it for him and go through with the divorce.

Bottom line ... if he goes back to drugs, she's gone.

In the market for an authentic X-ray of Muhammad Ali's broken jaw??? Well, too bad ... 'cause it just sold at one of the coolest charity auctions we've ever seen.

It's a pretty cool piece of memorabilia -- taken right after Ken Norton busted his face during their big fight in 1973 ... a fight Ali actually lost.

Ali signed the X-ray, "To Carol & Russ From Muhammad Ali, 1973" ... and it ended up in the private collection of "Simpsons" creator Sam Simon, a HUUUUGE boxing fan.

Simon's massive collection was auctioned off to raise money for his charity organization -- along with a TON of other cool stuff -- with the X-ray raking in a cool $1,500! No word on the I.D. of the buyer.

All of the proceeds from the auction -- which raised more than $250k -- supports both animal welfare programs and poverty alleviation and disaster relief organizations.

Landon Meier, the mask's creator, tells TMZ he made the mask for Comic-Con and wore it there. Somehow the mask ended up at a party with a ton of 'GOT' actors.

To Landon's surprise, he woke up the next day to see a picture of Sophie Turner aka Sansa Stark giving the mask a licking. Landon says to this day the mask hasn't been washed and the facial hair where Sansa licked is still parted.

Meier has the mask up on eBay and he's asking for at least $5,500 ... current bidding is at $500.
