Ray Lewis Bank Screwed Over My Foundation ... Demands $20 Million

Published | Updated

Ray Lewis claims his dream of giving 52 homes to 52 families in need was CRUSHED thanks to the bank that was funding the operation ... and now he's suing for MILLIONS to make things right.

Lewis -- along with several members of the L2 Family Foundation -- has filed a lawsuit against American Bank ... claiming AB had agreed to give L2 $5 million over 5 years to help fund Ray's program.

FYI -- the program was supposed to give 52 single moms the money they need toward the down payments of their new homes.

In exchange for the $5 mil, L2 says it agreed to give American Bank the right of first refusal on all of the mortgage loans that resulted from the program. Ray claims the bank got $4.5 mil in business from those deals.

Problem is ... Ray and L2 claim the bank "frantically" shut down the branch they were working with just 9 months into the program without explanation.

L2 says it never got the $5 million it was promised -- or any of the other benefits -- and says the closure "deprived the foundation of its ability to continue operations."

Now, Ray and L2 are suing for close to $20 MILLION -- claiming, in part, the bank has damaged Ray's stellar reputation.

We reached out to the bank for their side of the story -- but we haven't heard back.

Erin Andrews Court Screwed Up Marriott Should Pay Me More

Published | Updated

Erin Andrews wants more than she got from a jury that awarded her 10's of millions of dollars ... she wants Marriott to foot the entire bill, despite the fact the jury only assigned the hotel partial blame.

As we reported, the jury awarded Erin $55 million. It socked Marriott with $27 million, and Michael Barrett with $28 mil. The basis for the decision ... each defendant was essentially 50% responsible.

Problem is ... apparently Barrett doesn't have a pot to piss in. So Erin wants the verdict adjusted so Marriott is responsible for the entire amount.

Her argument is that the case is all about a peephole in the hotel and a horrible invasion of privacy. Her lawyers say both Marriott and Barrett are each responsible for the entire amount and Erin has the choice of going after one, the other or both.

Saudi Prince Sued You Trashed My House With Naked Strippers And Blow

Published | Updated

A Saudi prince is being sued for hundreds of thousands of dollars for throwing a wild party, allegedly fueled by coke and naked women.

Prince Aziz al Saud rented a house for $90k a month in the Hollywood Hills. He threw a bash in August where 800 of his closest friends attended.

The owner claims the party was a disaster. First of all, he says he only authorized the 29-year-old prince to have 150 guests. He claims in a lawsuit he was present at the bash and at 4:30 AM it was out of control ... guests snorting coke, smoking weed and "numerous strippers dancing naked on the kitchen's countertops."

The lawsuit claims the prince promised he'd pay for the damages, but that didn't happen.

The owner says the floors, furniture and walls were trashed and the repair bill came to more than $86k. He's suing for more than $300k because of lost rent.

The house is spectacular ... it's listed by uber-realtor Valerie Fitzgerald of Coldwell Banker for $100k a month. The likes of Justin Bieber have called the place home in the past.

Justin Bieber Security Scare Triggers Big Concert Changes

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber had a scary moment at his concert Monday night, when an obsessed and potentially dangerous fan got within 10 feet of him during a meet and greet, and it's triggered a big change in his interaction with concertgoers.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, the fan in question was on the "watch list" of Justin's security. Justin wasn't aware the fan was so close, but security became alarmed when they noticed her and removed her from the area.

We're told this was the last straw in an increasing problem Bieber's team has had in managing the number of people who wanted special access to the singer before and after the concert. Up to now, around 20 people purchased 1-on-1 packages, and up to 200 others paid to meet Justin in groups.

He's had his hair pulled, clothes ripped and one fan even gave him the flu. We're told Justin never complained, but Monday night's scare was a wake up call for security.

Effective immediately, the group meetings will consist of Justin jumping on a stage and talking to his fans, without 1-on-1 interaction.

Our sources say Justin will do premium 1-on-1's at his Vegas concert Friday, but security is rethinking these individual meet and greets for the balance of the tour.

People who have already purchased special concert access received emails offering them refunds.

Justin just addressed the change on social media, but softened the blow, saying the meet and greets leave him "drained and unhappy." He added, "I want to make people smile ... but not at my expense, and I always leave feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted to the point of depression."

BTW ... the cost of 1-on-1 meet and greets -- $900 to $2,000. Hey, the album's really good.

Tyga Landlord Sues You're an Ink Stain on Humanity!!!

Published | Updated

Tyga did the equivalent of dining and dashing with his landlord ... so he's being sued again for being a nightmare tenant.

Here's the lowdown. Tyga rented space for his company, Egypt Last Kings Clothing. As you know, he's into Egyptian design, even naming his kid Cairo.

So, one day in June 2015, Tyga's landlord found the place abandoned, and it was a disaster. The doors had been painted black with Egyptian patterns, the ceiling tiles were painted over and there were ink stains around 5,000 feet of concrete flooring. What's worse ... the landlord says someone poured ink down the drain and into the public sewer ... an environmental no-no.

The landlord claims he spent more than $75,000 to repair the damage. The landlord also wants 5 months of rent.

As for Tyga ... he says the problems were the landlord's doing and the building wasn't up to code.

Kim, Khloe, Kourtney Sued Over Beauty Line

Published | Updated

Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney could be on the hook for more than $200 million for not tweeting about their own makeup line ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Hillair Capital Management claims it ponied up more than $10 million to save the Kardashian sisters' struggling cosmetics line, "Kardashian Beauty" ... after their former business partner went belly up.

As we previously reported, the Kardashians originally partnered up with a company called Boldface in 2012, launching a makeup line called "Khroma Beauty."

Problem was ... a year later, a judge blocked the company from using the name "Khroma." The girls changed the name to "Kardashian Beauty," but Boldface started tanking.

A savior stepped in ... Hillair Capital Management, buying out Boldface and sinking $10 mil into the business.

Hillair now claims the Kardashian girls didn't hold up their end of the bargain by blasting out the virtues of "Kardashian Beauty" to their millions of followers.

Hillair wants its $10 mil back plus what they would have made ... up to $180 mil.

Hulk Hogan Scores $25 Million in Punitive Damages

Published | Updated

Hulk Hogan just scored $25 million in punitive damages in his sex tape lawsuit, bringing his total haul to $140 million.

A jury just awarded the famed wrestler the punitive award, with this breakdown. Gawker Media must pay $15 mil, site owner Nick Denton is on the hook for $10 mil, and A.J. Daulerio, the Editor responsible for posting the tape, must pay $100,000.

As we reported, the jury awarded Hulk $115 million Friday for actual damages.

Gawker just issued a statement saying it is confident the verdict will be overturned on appeal. The site maintains it has a right to post the tape because it was newsworthy and therefore protected by the First Amendment.

Gawker also believes the judge erred by not allowing critical evidence and testimony in the trial ... notably the testimony of Bubba Clem, who claims Hulk knew he was making a sex tape.

Kesha Judge in Sony Case Doesn't Get It Slavery Was Abolished

Published | Updated

Kesha and her lawyer are lashing out at the judge who turned a blind eye to her plea to get out from under her Sony contract, saying the law could not be clearer ... slavery is illegal.

The singer's lawyer, Mark Geragos, filed legal docs trying to overturn the decision, forcing her to stay with the label at least for now. Geragos wrote, "Although [the court] recognized that 'slavery was done away with a long time ago' and that 'you can't force someone to work ... in a situation in which they don't want to work,' the Court's ruling requiring Kesha to work for [Dr. Luke's] companies ... does just that."

The court is still giving Kesha the chance to break free, but only after a trial, which could take a long time.

THAT JUST AIN'T RIGHT

Maino says he's got a real problem with Adrien Broner doing "stupid s**t" -- like making it rain in a Walmart line.

The video that pissed Maino off was footage Broner posted on social media last week -- in which the boxer throws money in the air at a Walmart (in front of other people in line) saying he's too rich to need change.

"It's one thing to throw money in a strip club," Maino said ... "but it's another to be standing in line and throwing money up when you got regular people, every day working class mothers and working class fathers on the line."

Maino kept insisting he has no lingering "beef" with Broner -- but this clearly rubbed the dude the wrong way.

Naud claims Rogers made a bunch of promises he never made good on before his death, including ... a $500,000 trust, a $1,000,000 life insurance policy, plus college expenses and child support.

Add it all up, and she says it comes to $3,418,000.

Rogers passed away on December 31, 2015 of complications from pneumonia.

Sean Kingston Sued for Pulling the Ol' ... Pay Ya Tuesday for a Rolex Today!

Published | Updated

Sean Kingston picked up a Rolex and a diamond bracelet with nothing more than a promise that he'd pay for them the next day -- but now the jeweler's suing to get the dough.

According to the lawsuit, Kingston went to Haimov Jewelers in Florida and traded in a used Rolex for a new $59,000 model, and the balance owed was $25k. The bracelet was a lot less ... just $19k to buy it or $4,000 to rent.

Sean chose door #3 -- pay nothing, according to the suit ... even though he signed the receipt, agreeing to pay the next day.

These allegations are becoming a thing. Kingston was involved in an ongoing dispute over a $226k jewelry tab, and once claimed to have been kidnapped over another jewelry deal gone wrong.

Elle Fanning I'm Hitching My Wagon to Ben Affleck

Published | Updated

Elle Fanning has scored a sweet payday for her role in Ben Affleck's next directorial effort.

Fanning will pull in $250,000 for playing Loretta Figgis in the movie, "Live by Night." The paperwork was filed with an L.A. County judge, who must approve the contract because she's only 17.

Fanning can make extra if the movie does really well at the worldwide box office -- she'll get an additional $75k if the flick pulls in $300 million, and an additional $100k if it tops $400 mil.

Unless they change the title to "Batman: Live by Night" ... this flick probably won't reach blockbuster status. Nevertheless, Elle struck a good deal.
