Aaron Carter Accused of Stiffing 'Intern' $50k

Published | Updated

Aaron Carter got a sweet new website to market and sell music, all designed by a guy who thought he was getting paid -- until Carter allegedly tagged him as an unpaid intern.

In a letter obtained by TMZ, John Cantu's demanding $50k from Aaron for developing and maintaining his website. John says he spent months developing it, but things went south in June when he asked for a paycheck.

He says that's when Aaron dropped the bombshell -- dude, you're an intern. John found that laughable, since Aaron didn't teach him a damn thing ... so, the "intern" struck back.

John crashed Aaron's site and replaced it with a message instructing AC's fans to "follow a genius" ... and included his own Twitter handle.

Aaron fired off his own letter, demanding control of the website. John -- who's represented by attorney Sam Park -- says he'll hand it over, IF he gets his dough.

NBA's Byron Scott I Can't Afford My Ex-Wife's Lifestyle ... I'm Unemployed!!

Published | Updated

Ex-Lakers coach Byron Scott says he can't keep paying for his ex-wife's baller lifestyle, 'cause he hasn't found a new job yet.

As we previously reported, Scott signed a $17 MILLION contract with the Lakers right after he filed for divorce in 2014. He'd been married to his high school sweetheart, Anita, for 29 years.

Since he was making around $300k per month at the time, the judge ordered him to pay $26k per month in spousal support.

But in new court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Byron claims his financial situation has changed drastically ... 'cause he got fired in April and isn't pulling those huge NBA checks anymore.

Byron says his only form of income these days is a $50k-per-month deferred compensation check from the Cavs ... and half of that already goes straight to Anita.

On top of that, Byron says he probably won't find a new job 'til next year .... 'cause every team has filled their coaching spots and "there will not be a need for an analyst or commentator" at this point in the season.

Byron is asking the judge to cut off all spousal support payments ... at least for now. The case is due back in court later this month.

Tupac Movie Derailed by Blind Ambitionz

Published | Updated

Tupac's biopic is in mortal danger ... because of a feud between a rapper and a publishing giant.

Rapper Daz Dillinger claims he holds the rights to the track "Ambitionz Az a Ridah" ... prominently featured in the "All Eyez on Me" movie. But Daz claims BMG publishing house begs to differ, insisting only it can green light the song for the flick. Thus, there's now a standoff.

The movie release has been pushed from September to November ... we're told so Daz and BMG can resolve the conflict.

This is the latest in a series of nasty legal battles between Daz and BMG. The rapper sued BMG back in April, claiming the company owes him more than $75k in royalties.

For it's part ... BMG says Daz's beef is really with eOne, the music licensing company that controls rights on the song. BMG says it merely collects royalties on eOne's behalf.

The guitar's sale was intended to benefit Johnny's wife, Brenda -- who had been fighting Leukemia -- but, sadly, she passed away a few weeks ago. All proceeds will now go toward Leukemia research.

Published | Updated

The Kardashians need to seal their beesting lips, and if they won't a judge will seal them for the girls ... at least that's the goal in a new lawsuit against the brood.

Haven Beauty is outraged the klan has publicly bashed them. As we first reported, the Kardashians claim the company has falsely represented that Kim, Kourtney and Khloe are behind the makeup line.

Haven insists, in new legal docs, the girls are just trying to weasel out of the deal they made, so they're asking a judge for 2 things.

First ... an order prohibiting them from talking smack against the company.

Haven, who's repped by attorney Gregory Fayer, also wants more than $10 mil for the damaging comments and for turning their back on the deal.

Matthew denies ever agreeing to that deal, and says he actually did pay Peter generously in excess of what acting coaches are normally paid ... although he doesn't say a specific amount.

On top of asking the court to wipe out the amount, Matthew's suing Peter for using his name and images on a website.

Ne-Yo 2 Homes Better Than 1 For My Mom

Some people give Mom flowers and jewelry, but Ne-Yo gives homes.

TMZ has learned the singer just handed over a $300k townhouse in Mableton, Georgia to his mother, Harriet Loraine Burts.

It's not the first crib he's gifted to dear ole mom. She already has a $550k mansion in nearby Alpharetta ... which Ne-Yo bought in 2012.

The Mableton home is smaller -- only 3 bedrooms compared to 6 in the Alpharetta pad -- but it's closer to Atlanta.

Ne-Yo's becoming ATL's mini-Donald Trump, as real estate goes anyway -- he dropped $1 mil last year for a downtown ATL condo for his baby mama and 2 kids.
