L.A. Reid Bel-Air's Newest Fresh Prince
L.A. Reid is putting Will Smith's 'Fresh Prince' Bel-Air mansion to shame after he snapped up a multi-million dollar crib fit for a king in the same neighborhood.
The music executive -- and one-time host of "The X Factor" -- just bought a palace of a home with features you couldn't even find at a 5-star resort ... all for a pretty penny of about $18 million.
The 11,246 square foot property -- built in 2015 -- runs three stories high and has 7 bedrooms with 10 bathrooms ... you know, for his guests' guests and their cousins. There's also no shortage of amenities: built-in gym, indoor home theater with a bar, 300-bottle wine cellar, infinity pool and spa and elevator. Oh, and retractable glass walls for maximum space ... no biggie.
Check out the spread for yourself ... it's about as modern as modern gets.
As for the price ... it's probably nothing to a guy reportedly worth $300 million himself. Good buy.

There are multiple houses ... and she gets 3 out of the 4, including the super-expensive one on Broad Beach in Malibu.
Marta is a prolific producer, who also created "Grace and Frankie," which is currently on the air. She also gets residuals from "Joey," "Dream On" and "Veronica's Closet." And the money from all these shows is hers and hers alone.
