Rick Ross Pretty Much Destined to Go Broke Thanks to New Chin Tat

Published | Updated

The only thing rich about Rick Ross' new chin tattoo is the irony.

Ross just posted the ink pic on Instagram -- but clearly, the Boss isn't familiar with the #1 rule of the universe ... tattooing the phrase "Rich Forever" on your face pretty much guarantees you will NOT be rich forever.

It's true, Ross is rich -- reportedly worth around $30 million -- but he's not rich enough that he doesn't have to worry about money for the rest of his life ... especially the way he spends it.

Then again ... "Rich for the next few years" doesn't really have the same ring to it.

The Hamptons Kardashians Will Be Cash Cows

Published | Updated

The mayor of ritzy Southampton has beef with "Keeping Up with The Kardashians" -- claiming producers lied to him -- but he also knows the family's about to help his town make bank, and as they say ... money talks.

Mark Epley tells TMZ he was initially told by producers Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian would NOT be opening a new Dash in his town while filming there this summer, but it turns out a pop-up store is in the works. He says he has no problem with it -- he just wishes producers hadn't lied.

Epley says some residents are worried about possible traffic issues with the Kardashians in town, but he thinks the financial gain from the exposure will be huge -- record sales for Dash, and a sales boost for neighboring businesses.

As for reports the Kardashians are getting their space rent-free ... Epley says that's not true.

As TMZ first reported, the Ks had quite a difficult time finding a place to live in the Hamptons for the summer ... with most of the town refusing to rent to them.

They should've gone to the mayor from the beginning.

Green performed at Riverfest in Little Rock, Ark. on Saturday night. Green was contractually obligated to play for at least 75 minutes ... but his performance only clocked in at around 40 ... at least that's what Riverfest board member Cheddy Wigginton tells TMZ.

Wigginton said they had to pay nearly half of Green's fee up front -- they're withholding the rest. He said Riverfest won’t be looking to recoup the deposit.

We reached out to CeeLo's camp ... so far no word back.

Jay Z I'm Waayyy Too Busy For Your Stupid Lawsuit

Published | Updated

Jay Z's the hardest working man in show biz ... so claim his lawyers, who say the rapper has such a "grueling" work schedule he can't possibly make time for what they say is a ridiculous lawsuit.

A guy who sued Jay over his Roc-A-Fella logo wants the mogul to sit for a deposition next month. The man says he designed the art back in 1995 and now wants $7 mil for his creation.

Jay's lawyers say in legal docs the depo is trivial and way less important than all the other things he's got going on. The attorneys describe their client as "one of the most prolific and hardest-working businessmen and recording artists in the world."

The lawyers say Jay's 18-city North American tour with Beyonce must take priority over a stupid lawsuit, adding "preparing a stadium tour is a non-stop effort."

Short story ... Jay Z will sit when he's ready. Who gon stop him?

Casey Kasem's daughter -- an aspiring singer -- claims her weight problem went from bad to DEADLY ... all thanks to a quack wellness center that plied her with crappy weight loss meds ... and now she's suing.

Liberty Kasem filed the lawsuit against Dr. Edgar Guess of Beverly Hills Wellness Center, claiming she sought out his medical advice on losing weight while prepping for a music video shoot in 2012.

Kasem claims Guess gave her a treatment plan that included a new diet, vitamins, meds, and supplements. Six months later Kasem says she began to experience serious health problems.

One day, Kasem says she began to sweat profusely and vomit -- and exhibited other symptoms that caused her to fear for her life. Worst of all, she claims she hadn't lost any weight ... in fact, she'd GAINED.

Shelly Sterling Meets with Microsoft Billionaire To Sell Clippers

Published | Updated

Shelly Sterling will meet with former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer Sunday afternoon ... and the subject of the meeting is selling the Clippers ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The meeting will take place at Shelly's Malibu mansion. TMZ Sports broke the story ... Donald Sterling has surrendered control of the team to Shelly.

We're told Shelly sees the handwriting on the wall -- the NBA wants the team sold -- but she wants to do it on her terms. She and her lawyer, Pierce O'Donnell, have been secretly meeting with NBA Commissioner Adam Silver to see if they can reach an agreement whereby Shelly has the right to voluntarily sell the team.

Shelly is taking matters into her own hands. Ballmer -- worth an estimated $20 billion -- has indicated he wants to buy the team. We're told O'Donnell will be present at the meeting.

Here's the rub for L.A. fans. Although Ballmer has publicly said if he bought the team he would keep it in the City of Angels ... he's deeply entrenched in Seattle. He was actively trying to keep the Sonics in his home city before the team moved to Oklahoma. With such deep family ties and city pride ... there's fear Ballmer would move the team North.

Published | Updated

The Offspring lead singer Dexter Holland has serious rich people problems -- Cessna wants to repossess TWO planes from him ... because he failed to pay them back for a THIRD plane he tried to buy.

Cessna's finance corp says the rocker is $782,422.16 in the hole to them ... according to a lawsuit filed this week, and obtained by TMZ.

Holland's fly guy issues date back to 2007 when ... according to the docs ... he financed a plane, but eventually had trouble making the payments.

Cessna claims it struck a deal with Holland: He sold the aircraft privately, gave those funds to Cessna ... and they gave him until 2017 to pay off the remaining balance. He also had to put up 2 other planes he owns as collateral.

The commercial shows them slaving away in a warehouse when they suddenly break into song.

Swedish humor ... it's not that funny.
