Linda Hogan's Ex BF She Treated Me Like a Day Laborer

Published | Updated

Linda Hogan treated her 19-year-old boyfriend like a guy holding up a sign at Home Depot ... this according a lawsuit he filed against her for $1.5 MILLION for his menial labor.

You'll recall ... Linda -- then 48 -- started dating 19-year-old Charlie Hill after she split from hubby Hulk Hogan.

Charlie claims in his lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Linda took advantage of their relationship and made him do all sorts of things, including wax the yacht, dig a creek and fertilize 25 acres of avocado trees.

Charlie's list of laborious chores goes on and on ... pulling reeds from the lake, construction, landscaping and running a chain saw team.

Charlie does not mention in the lawsuit ... he was living off Linda in a Simi Valley mansion on a lake.

But there's a twist. We've learned Linda and Charlie struck a settlement when they split -- he promised confidentiality and she let him keep his truck, dirt bike and the engagement ring he gave her. And he got $9K.

We're told Linda is now furious ... because Charlie did an interview violating the confidentiality agreement.

So Linda's lawyer, Ray Rafool, has filed a lawsuit against Charlie asking for an order gagging him. We reached out to Linda's rep, Gary Smith ... he had no comment.

Kelly Osbourne Sued Her Dog Pooped All Over My Condo

Published | Updated

Kelly Osbourne was a barbarian who let her dog crap and pee all over her swanky WeHo condo ... and had the cajones to sue for her security deposit -- according to her ex-landlord who's now suing her right back.

Arshia Refoua claims he rightfully kept Osbourne's $18,700 deposit when she moved out in April 2013 ... because she left the place a dump -- holes in the walls, destroyed hardwood floors and dog poop and piss everywhere.

He also claims she caused extensive damage when she left the bathtub running ... flooding her condo and the ones under her.

We broke the story ... Osbourne fired the first shot by suing Refoua to get back the deposit -- and denied all pigsty allegations.

Now she could lose way more than the $18K -- Refoua's suing her for damages of at least $50,000.

Shark Tank's Daymond John I Struck Out on $20 Million Pitch

Published | Updated

Daymond John scored a great role in Hollywood, but it hardly makes up for his biggest regret on "Shark Tank" -- the missed opportunity that cost him $20 mil!

We asked Daymond a bunch of questions about Sharking and Sharknadoing -- he's in the sequel premiering tonight -- and he confessed to a bonehead decision about a product. One that's made fellow 'Shark' Lori Grenier a ton o' cash.

As for his "Sharknado" scene ... Daymond says don't blink, cause y'know how black guys fare in horror flicks.

Other revelations? His favorite 'Shark' product, the stupidest one -- and why celebs keep investing in booze. Brutal honesty at its best.

Mariah Carey Buyer Backs Out Anybody Want A $13M Mansion?

Published | Updated

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon aren't packing up their toothbrushes just yet ... their Bel Air mansion -- which they thought was sold -- is BACK on the market, TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell us an out-of-state-buyer had negotiated a deal to buy the pad for about $10M -- it had been listed for just under $13 mil -- but had a change of heart.

We're told the client didn't give a reason -- just simply backed out of the deal.

As we told you ... the house sits on 3 acres and has a movie theater, a gym, an indoor basketball court and a putting green.

Did we mention curb appeal?

Petra Ecclestone I'm Done with L.A. Wanna Buy My Home for $100 Mil?

Published | Updated

Petra Ecclestone -- the fashion designer and daughter of a Formula One billionaire who plunked down $85 Mil on Aaron Spelling's mega-mansion just 3 years ago -- wants to unload the property, but ONLY to someone who will pay more than the most expensive house in L.A.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Ecclestone and her husband are moving back to London and want to unload the 57,000 square foot Holmby Hills estate. She's given 5 top L.A. realtors a secret listing ... aka a pocket listing.

Petra -- who came to L.A. hoping to be the next big socialite thing -- bought the mansion from Candy Spelling for $85 mil. Petra spent a fortune redoing the joint, and now she's got a price ... and it's astronomical.

Petra wants AT LEAST as much as the most expensive property in L.A. -- it's called Fleur de Lys, and it sold in March for $102 MIL. To give you an idea ... it has a ballroom that accommodates 650 rich souls.

We're guessing part of the problem might be the fact that Petra and her hubby have one kid, and maybe 57,000 square feet is a little too big.

Terrence Howard I'm Too Broke To Pay My Ex I Live On $6K A Month

Published | Updated

Terrence Howard's ex-wife threatened to blackmail him to get a RIDICULOUS amount of spousal support -- or so he claims -- leaving him with a scant $6K a month ... and now he's gunning to undo the injustice.

Terrence filed new court docs ... asking a judge to throw out his divorce settlement with Michelle Howard. He says they were only married a year and he was extorted and blackmailed into signing the settlement.

Michelle's not backing down, claiming he owes her $325K in spousal support.

Terrence claims he could never pay her that money ... because he only takes home $5,878 a month.

Howard claims the balance of his earnings are earmarked for another ex-wife, Lori McMasters, to pay spousal and child support.

Howard says he's actually an employee on Lori's payroll -- his Hollywood movie money goes directly to her ... and she cuts him his monthly check.

The single life ... so underrated.

SLAP HAPPY

The woman Tim McGraw bitch slapped during a concert earlier this month has taken the first step in slapping Tim back ... with a lawsuit.

Jesslyn Taylor has hired a lawyer who has already contacted Tim's people ... and it's pretty obvious she wants Tim to ante up ... or face a personal injury lawsuit.

Her lawyer, Eric Hertz -- a Georgia personal injury attorney -- tells TMZ his client was NOT trying to grab Tim's junk when he hauled off and slapped her. He says she was nothing more than an enthusiastic fan who was part of the show's "interactive environment" and merely wanted a touch.

Hertz says Jesslyn is furious Tim's been slinging mud at her by claiming she was aggressive ... trying to rip his jeans ... and she was thrown out of the concert as a result. He says she feels humiliated and for starters wants an apology.

Cops told us they side with Tim and feel he's the victim.

When you hire a P.I. attorney to contact someone who slapped you, you want one of two things: money or a lawsuit to get you money.

We reached out to McGraw's reps ... so far no word back.

According to documents filed in Casey Kasem's conservatorship ... attorneys at Haney & Young are asking the court to relieve them as counsel for Jean, ASAP.

The lawyers claim Jean rarely responds to their emails -- and refuses to communicate by phone -- and she's ignored mounting fees (temporary conservator, Casey's attorney and others) against Casey's Estate ... which they say could end up totaling $500,000.

In a letter to Jean, the firm says if she doesn't deal with the bills -- and also pay her tab to the firm -- the total will come out of Casey's Estate.

We've made calls to Jean, but she's not getting back to us either.

Published | Updated

Disney star Bella Thorne stands to make a small fortune from her new horror flick, "Amityville" ... but there's one perk even Bella couldn't get from producers -- fresh underwear.

The 16-year-old "Shake It Up" star is shooting the latest reincarnation of "The Amityville Horror" ... and according to her contract -- obtained by TMZ -- she's raking in $3,276 a week.

The contract obviously says producers will provide all costumes for the flick, with one exception -- undergarments ... an essential in a horror film.

But here's the real poop ... Bella gets a series of $25K bonuses if the movie does well -- up to $150K if it passes the $100M mark.

And if there's a sequel -- with 12 Amityville flicks, the odds are good -- she'll collect an additional $125K ... and bonuses of up to $300K.

That's underwear money to burn.

Eddie Murphy Faux Son Drops $50 Million Lawsuit

Published | Updated

The comedian who kinda faked being Eddie Murphy's son has now backed off his defamation suit against Eddie ... admitting the suit was BS and pinning the blame on his dumb management.

Brando tells us he was hoodwinked into filing his $50 million defamation lawsuit, in which he claimed Eddie was threatening to destroy him with lies and even physical violence.

It's easy to understand why Eddie was pissed ... Brando changed his last name to Murphy, performed with Richard Pryor's son in the "Sons of Comedy" tour, and showed up at the coffee shop Eddie frequented, often screaming, "My father won't talk to me."

It sounds like someone scared the crap out of Brando ... and we're guessing it's Eddie's pit bull lawyer Marty Singer. So Brando dropped the case, telling us, "It was never my intention to offend Mr. Murphy."

Funny thing ... some people find $50 million lawsuits offensive.

Avril Lavigne I Did Your Stupid Concert Fork Over My $375K

Published | Updated

Avril Lavigne signed on the dotted line for a huge gig that was supposed to pay her a whopping $500,000 -- but nearly a year after her performance she's still waiting for most of the cash ... so she's suing to get it.

Avril filed the lawsuit against 2VLive -- a live concert streaming company -- claiming it agreed to pay her the half million bucks in exchange for promotional appearances, and a concert in New York City on September 25.

The company agreed to pay Avril in 3 installments -- according to the docs filed in L.A. and obtained by TMZ -- $125K, $300K, and finally $75K. Problem is ... Avril says she only got the first payment.

Additionally, Avril says she got into bed with an affiliate of 2VLive that produces video greeting cards. In the docs, she says she was supposed to get 15% from that deal, but again ... she's still waiting for a payday.

The suit is 23 pages, but could've been way shorter -- for instance: Why'd they have to go and make things so complicated?

Published | Updated

Burt Reynolds has been divorced from Loni Anderson for 20 years ... but it's still not over, and we've learned Loni is still dogging him for nearly a quarter of a million bucks to make things right.

It was one of the most bitter divorces in the history of Hollywood. He accused her of sleeping around. She accused him of physical brutality. And there were drug allegations and lots of other things. The 5-year marriage officially ended in 1993, when Burt agreed to pay Loni $234,794.13.

Loni -- who starred in "WKRP in Cincinnati" -- says Burt paid some but still owed her $97K. He didn't pay, went into bankruptcy in the late '90s, continued to ignore the debt, and went into foreclosure, etc.

Loni went back to court and 2 months ago the judge ordered Burt to pay up once and for all. But with interest, the tab has now swelled to $154,520.98.

We contacted Burt's rep ... so far no comment.
