Tyga You Can Run But You Can't Hide I'm Nailing You for 2 MIl!!!

Published | Updated

Tyga had better ante up A LOT of money he owes to his old biz partner, 'cause if he doesn't ... Sheriff John Brown could come knockin' for the dough ... now more than $2 mil.

Tyga's former business associate, Chuon Guen Lee, just filed docs with L.A. County Superior Court asking a judge for an assist in collecting a $1.9 million judgment she won against him last year ... which has now ballooned to $2,148,411.

You'll recall ... Tyga was sued by Lee in 2015 for allegedly stealing their t-shirt idea for a company they were starting at the time called Last Kings. Welp, he lost that lawsuit ... and was ordered to pay up.

Lee's saying she hasn't been able to track down Tyga.. If the court signs off on her request ... Tyga might get a visit from a sheriff's deputy.

We've reached out to Tyga for comment ... so far, no word back.

Floyd Mayweather How's an Extra $300k Sound? Just Come Through, Bruh!

Published | Updated

Floyd Mayweather will be staring down several racks of cash hours after the fight with Conor McGregor -- win or lose -- 'cause clubs are throwing big bucks to get him to show his mug Saturday night.

TMZ Sports spoke with several Vegas promoters and the numbers are insane. One of them told us he'll pay Floyd $30k just to walk through his establishment ... for only 10 minutes! Another doubled that, offering $60k for a 30-minute pool party appearance on Sunday.

Sources close to Floyd tell us he already has 3 other offers -- for $50k, $80k and $100k. We're told the offers would still stand even if he loses because people would still want to chat him up.

Unfortunately for all those promoters, Floyd hasn't agreed to any of it. But we're told he WILL make some appearances besides his Girl Collection strip club party. If he accepts everything on the table -- which is logistically possible -- he could pocket a total of $320,000.

Nice bonus, bro.

We're told Floyd wanted the car to make a splash on his way to the weigh in for the McGregor fight Friday afternoon.

Floyd's expecting to make around $300 MIL for the fight ... so, what's a couple mil on a new whip, right?

Powerball Winner Gets Extra Love From Local Cops

Published | Updated

Powerball winner Mavis L. Wanczyk is gonna have some extra manpower guarding her Massachusetts home from any crooks thinking about making a move.

Cops in Mavis' hometown of Chicopee tell us they'll be making extra patrol rounds each shift to make sure no funny business goes down on the heels of her HUGE win.

As for what cops are worried about ... they think Mavis is now a magnet for leeches, crooks and scammers who want a piece of the pie. Police are on the lookout for people casing her home, loitering on or around her property, or harassing her or her family.

Cops think the visibility of extra patrols may scare people with bad intentions away.

Mavis, a single 53-year-old mother of 2, won Powerball's largest ever solo payout on Wednesday night. She's expected to take home $336 million after taxes, according to lottery officials.

Bill Nye the Science Guy Disney Screwed Me With Bad Cash Formula!!

Published | Updated

Bill Nye the Science Guy is having a bad reaction to his old TV partners at Disney, which is why he's suing them for $9 million!

Bill filed docs Thursday in L.A., saying Disney -- which marketed and distributed his show -- cut him a check in 2008 for back-end profits. The check was for $585k, but a couple months later he says Disney drastically changed it's story ... and claimed he needed to return $496,000!

According to the docs, Disney told Bill it made an accounting error, and informed him he wouldn't get any future checks until it recouped the $496k.

All of this made Bill suspicious, and he called for an audit of Disney's book in 2016. In the docs, Bill says the auditor found he'd been shorted by $9.3 mil since signing his deal in 1993.

Bill's now retained attorneys at Hamrick & Evans to get his dough. We reached out to Disney, but no word back.

Side note: Science, apparently, pays like a mutha! Who knew Bill was such a baller??

Must be one of those millennial relationships ... y'know half tabs are the latest trend. After all, Chace and Rebecca Rittenhouse met a couple years ago while co-starring on ABC's "Blood & Oil," which got canceled only a few episodes deep. At least they got each other out of the gig.

The big question: Did either of them cheat? On the tip amount.

XOXO, gossip girl.

Prince's Sound Engineer Makes 8-Figure Offer For Massive Music Vault

Published | Updated

Prince's former sound engineer is claiming victory over the estate in their battle over song rights, at the same time the engineer made an 8-figure offer to own Prince's enormously valuable music vault.

George Boxill claims the late singer gave him the masters and the rights to a number of Prince's published songs, which Boxill also claims he co-wrote.

The songs have been the subject of prolonged litigation, but Boxill says the estate recently admitted in open court he did indeed have the right to release the tracks and profit from them. This is a dramatic turn, since the estate actually got an injunction that derailed Boxill from releasing all but one song. Boxill is aggressively trying to get the injunction overturned.

Now here's where it gets good. Sources connected to Boxill tell TMZ, Boxill and his music label, RMA, recently made a $10 million offer to the cash-strapped estate for the entire vault of unreleased music, but our sources say they were turned down flat.

There were reports Jay-Z offered $40 mil but we're told it was way less and was for the entire catalog. Universal actually made a $31 mil offer for the entire catalog but the deal fell apart.

Prince's estate denies saying Boxill has any rights to Prince's music ... and adds, "After Prince passed away, Mr. Boxill began treating the recordings as his property, and used them for his own benefit at the expense of the Prince Estate."

Rihanna Snaps Up New Crib In Same Hood Kendall Left

Published | Updated

Kendall Jenner's WeHo hood is Rihanna's future hang ... 'cause she just closed on a mansion right near the house KJ fled.

Sources close to the deal tell TMZ ... Rihanna recently purchased the crib above the Sunset Strip for a cool $6.8 million. It's got 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and just over 7,000 square feet of space. There's also a movie theater inside, a fully equipped gym, a fireplace, a billiard room and a guest house ... plus a pool and a huge yard.

It's also gated ... which could come in handy around those parts. As we reported, Kendall recently unloaded her WeHo home after about a year of grief -- which included a stalker encounter and a high dollar theft.

No sign of concern from Rihanna just yet, though. Just a moving truck.

Floyd vs. Conor 'Money Belt' Revealed 3 Pounds of Gold, 3,300 Diamonds!

Published | Updated

This is what they're fighting for -- in addition to the $400 million -- the official "Money Belt" ... and it's LOADED with gold and diamonds.

We spoke with a rep for the World Boxing Council (WBC) who tells us the belt was specially made for the McGregor vs. Mayweather fight -- and they spared no expense!

We're talkin' 1.5 kilograms of 24k gold (that's roughly 3.3 pounds).

3,360 diamonds placed throughout the piece -- with an additional 600 sapphires and 160 emeralds!

The strap is made from crocodile leather.

It's not the first high-priced belt the WBC has made for a Mayweather fight -- they commissioned a special "Emerald Belt" when Floyd fought Manny Pacquiao ... which was valued at $1 million!

Mayweather vs. McGregor Hollywood Gettin' Lots of Free Tix ... But Don't Bug Floyd for Any

Published | Updated

Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor's fight was already gonna be a who's who of Hollywood -- the question now ... who's in good enough with a top agent to go for free?

Sources close to the boxing match this Saturday tell TMZ Sports ... talent agency WME's head, Ari Emanuel, as well as one of his company's core financiers, Silver Lake, has snatched up 250 tickets to the Vegas event ... and he's doling 'em out to Tinseltown's finest.

We're told most tickets cost $10k -- for a price tag of around $2 MILLION, and most are going to WME clients.

Here's the thing ... Ari's got a helluva lot of famous clients -- everyone from Charlize Theron to Oprah to Steven Spielberg and almost every big name in between. We don't know which clients got the tix, but there are a lot of happy ones.

Remember, WME bought UFC last year, and Silver Lake helped back the $4 billion deal. Guess it helps to have friends in high places when worlds collide.

As for Floyd, we're told he's pissed off that celebs and others are hounding him for freebies this week while he's preparing for the fight, and he's gone radio silent on everyone. He's already doled out the tickets he's been given, and he's not going into his pockets for celebs in search of a free fight.

Demi Lovato Tapped for National Anthem ... For Conor, Floyd Fight

Published | Updated

Demi Lovato has signed on to sing the national anthem at the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight on August 26 ... Showtime has confirmed.

Lovato is a HUUUUGE fight fan. She's not only a regular at UFC fights, but also trains MMA at Jay Glazer's gym in Los Angeles.

She also just released her new single, "Sorry Not Sorry," last month -- so the timing is great for her.

Also, Diddy and Mark Wahlberg are making a $200k bet on the fight (doubling down on their Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight bet).

Diddy has Floyd. Mark has Conor. Mark lost the first bet and paid the money to charity. Guessing it's the same plan for this fight.

Blac Chyna Sure, She Gave Rob Lambo and Ferrari They Were Leased!!!

Published | Updated

Blac Chyna was so incensed Rob Kardashian kept the Range Rover she gave him, some eyewitnesses say she tried to steal it ... but we've learned none of the whips in question were owned by either of them.

We broke the story ... Chyna and Rob met at a Century City office building to try and hash out their custody dispute, Rob called the valet to get the Rover but stayed back until Chyna left.

Two witnesses tell us, Chyna went on a rant and tried getting in the Range Rover to drive it away. Her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, told TMZ, her client was pissed because Rob had given her a Lambo and a Ferrari and she gave them back to him, yet she gave him the Range Rover and he kept it. Bloom also says Chyna had some choice words when she saw the Rover but never tried getting in.

We've just learned ... all three vehicles were LEASED! So, when Chyna gave Rob back the Lambo and Ferrari, she washed her hands of any lease payments. We're also told the Range Rover was leased and Rob is making the payments.

Wow ... if they're fighting over this, good luck settling the custody case.

President Trump Making the Secret Service go Broke!!! (Update: Wait, Not Really)

Published | Updated

8:45 AM PT -- Wait, seems Alles is backtracking ... or clarifying (depending on how ya look at it).

"The Secret Service has the funding it needs to meet all current mission requirements for the remainder of the fiscal year and compensate employees for overtime within statutory pay caps," Alles said in a new statement.

"The Secret Service estimates that roughly 1,100 employees will work overtime hours in excess of statutory pay caps during calendar year 2017.

"Our agency experienced a similar situation in calendar year 2016 that resulted in legislation that allowed Secret Service employees to exceed statutory caps on pay."

"To remedy this ongoing and serious problem, the agency has worked closely with the Dept. of Homeland Security, the Administration, and the Congress over the past several months to find a legislative solution."

"As we work to ensure that employees are compensated for the hours they work, the Secret Service continues its rigorous hiring of special agents, Uniformed Division officers, and critical support staff to meet future mission requirements."

"The issue is not one that can be attributed to the current Administration's protection requirements, but rather has been an ongoing issue for nearly a decade due to an overall increase in operational tempo."

President Trump's breaking the Secret Service's bank because he's too damn expensive to protect, this according to the guy who RUNS the agency.

Secret Service Director Randolph "Tex" Alles told USA Today the agency can no longer pay hundreds of agents tasked with protecting POTUS and his family because they've already hit federally mandated caps for salary and overtime.

Alles says the budget for agents is supposed to last the entire year -- but more than 1,000 agents have already hit their ceiling.

He chalks up the surge in hours to Trump's large family and travel schedule.

Alles says the Secret Service must protect 42 people under Trump -- 11 more than the 31 who got protection under Obama.

"The president has a large family and our responsibility is required in law," Alles says ... "I can't change that. I have no flexibility."

Alles says the workload has also increased with Trump traveling to his properties in FL, NJ and VA almost every weekend.

The Prez has reportedly made so many visits to his golf properties the Secret Service has spent $60k in golf cart rentals alone. It costs at least $3 mil each time Trump visits Mar-a-Lago.

Alles says the situation is so dire, some agents have started to leave -- and he's lobbying to Congress to raise the combined salary and overtime from $160k to $187k.

We reached out to the White House for comment. So far, no word back.
