Harvey Weinstein has been fired from his own company, amid allegations of chronic sexual misconduct.

The Board of Directors of The Weinstein Company just issued a statement: "In light of new information about misconduct by Harvey Weinstein that has emerged in the past few days, the directors of The Weinstein Company ... have determined, and have informed Harvey Weinstein, that his employment with The Weinstein Company is terminated, effective immediately."

The firing is breathtaking and breathtakingly fast, after a New York Times article reporting that Weinstein has sexually harassed numerous women, including Ashley Judd and Rose McGowan.

Anton Yelchin once again stood among loved ones at his burial site this weekend and will remain that way thanks to his family ... TMZ has learned.

A bronze statue of Anton was unveiled Sunday above his grave at Hollywood Forever -- where the deceased actor was laid to rest after his tragic death more than a year ago.

Sources close to the service tell TMZ ... his family wanted their only son to have a ground monument, which is why he was moved from Mount Sinai Cemetery to Hollywood Forever shortly after he died. Mount Sinai does not allow ground monuments.

We broke the story ... Anton was crushed to death by his car after it rolled back and pinned him against a brick mailbox pillar at his home. His parents have been in a legal battle with Fiat Chrysler ever since, claiming their product caused his death.

Eyewitnesses tell us a few celebs came out to pay their respects to Anton during Sunday's service -- including Jennifer Lawrence, Zoe Saldana, Demi Moore and Simon Pegg.

James Bond fanatics rejoice ... a piece of history can be yours, for a pretty penny.

The original DVD illustration for the 2002 release of "Casino Royale" will be auctioned off by Heritage Auctions on Friday the 13th. The painting's by Robert McGinnis and it's expected to fetch anywhere from $15k to $25k.

McGinnis also created the artwork poster for the 1967 version of "Casino Royale." But the 2002 illustration -- used again in the 40th anniversary collector's edition release in 2008 -- has different figures and patterns in the silhouette. It's a colorful masterpiece.

Harvey Weinstein's attorney, Lisa Bloom, says there's nothing strange about her representing a man accused of years of sexual harassment ... because he's handling it way better than most.

Bloom famously ripped into late FOX honcho Roger Ailes and host Bill O'Reilly when they were accused of some of the same things Weinstein allegedly did to employees. She even repped one of O'Reilly's accusers.

So, a photog asked her Friday in Manhattan if working with Weinstein was a conflict of interest.

Harvey Weinstein yukked it up with the paparazzi just hours after he announced he'll take a leave of absence to get help, in the wake of a story chronicling his long-standing sexual harassment of women.

Harvey was leaving his West Village apartment Friday morning. Check out the video ... he jokes with photogs, telling them he understands they have a job to do.

Harvey Weinstein allegedly asked Ashley Judd if he could give her a massage during a business meeting -- that's just one of multiple sexual harassment allegations pushing the Hollywood honcho to step down temporarily.

The Weinstein Co. founder was the focus of a New York Times investigation claiming he engaged in sexual harassment and misconduct with actresses, former assistants and employees over a 3-decade period. The Judd incident allegedly went down 20 years ago when Weinstein invited her to his Beverly Hills hotel. She expected a business breakfast meeting, but according to the report ... Weinstein was in his room, wearing a bathrobe when he made the indecent proposal.

The Times says Weinstein's reached at least 8 settlements with women over the years -- the most recent with an Italian model in 2015.

Weinstein -- the studio exec behind 6 Best Picture Oscars, including "Pulp Fiction" and "Good Will Hunting" --released a statement, saying ... "I came of age in the 60s and 70s, when all the rules about behavior and workplaces were different. That was the culture then."

He added, “I appreciate the way I’ve behaved with colleagues in the past has caused a lot of pain, and I sincerely apologize for it. Though I’m trying to do better, I know I have a long way to go.”

"Wonder Woman" director Patty Jenkins says Cam Newton has two choices -- he can either get used to a world where women know football, or get left behind with the rest of the cavemen.

We got Patty out at Craig's and asked her what she thought of Newton sticking his foot in his mouth, telling a female reporter it was "funny" she was asking him about route running.

Cam's in the hot seat for the comments, and Patty told our guy it's probably best he rethink things.

"I think it's a changing world. It takes people time to get used to the fact that so many things like that have changed."

But she saved her most important words for last.

"Everybody has to catch up or get left behind."

Some background ... there are a ton of unconfirmed reports that WWE Studios is moving forward with what's essentially being described as an origin movie about Vince. It's reportedly called "Pandemonium."

Some of the early criticism of the flick is that it's a SUPER sensationalized version of the real story of McMahon -- and with Cooper's name floating around, seems like the rumors could be true.

But Cena doesn't think so -- telling TMZ Sports the former Sexiest Man Alive has the right amount of cuteness to play the most powerful man in pro wrestling.

Can't argue with those dimples.

Al Pacino, Jack Nicholson and a bunch of other huge celebs were all under one roof to honor the late Harry Dean Stanton.

The flock of stars hit up No Name in L.A. Monday night to pay tribute. Warren Beatty, Elliot Mintz, John Savage, Henry Buck and Anjelica Huston were all there too.

Check it out ... Mintz gave his take on what made Harry so great while Pacino and Anjelica shared some thoughts on the horrific Vegas tragedy.

We lost another Goodfella -- Chuck Low, who famously played Morrie Kessler died at the age of 89.

Low was a close friend of Robert De Niro -- he was actually his landlord when he first got into acting ... eventually co-starring with him in "Goodfellas."

He reportedly died at a nursing home in New Jersey on Sept. 18 and, having served 30 years in the service ... got full military honors.

Low's most memorable role came as Morrie of Morrie's Wigs fame. His pal De Niro actually got to whack him. He went on to land roles in "The Sopranos," "Scent of a Woman" and "The Mission."

You'll recall Frank Vincent, who also starred in "Goodfellas" and 'Sopranos,' died the week before Low.

Jada Pinkett Smith's need for speed requires at least 3 wheels these days, which is great news for anyone who wants her old 2-wheel hog she nicknamed "Lil Beast."

Jada's 2011 Yamaha Vstar 650 is for sale. Will bought it for Jada in 2011, and she put fewer than 100 miles on the black and red hog before she sold it 2 years later.

She even posted a send-off on Facebook saying she was a 3-wheeler girl now and forever.

As for the old bike, it's being sold by Yamaha of Cucamonga for $5k ... $1k over market value based on its previous famous owner and low mileage.

The bike now has 3,000 miles.

And the new UFC welterweight champion of the world -- O'SHEA JACKSON JR.!!!

Not really ... but Ice Cube's son looked the part at LAX ... struttin' around with what he says is one of Tyron Woodley's UFC title belts!

O'Shea told us he won it in "an ass kickin' contest" at first ... but when our photog didn't buy it, he admitted the real-life champ hooked it up.

The backstory -- Tyron played one of Cube's boys in "Straight Outta Compton" ... which led to him and O'Shea (who played Cube) becoming boys off set.

So when OSJ asked T-Wood if he could swag out with the strap, the champ obliged.

We reached out to Woodley to see if there was more to the story ... but all he would tell us is, "O'Shea is my homie."

Jonathan Rhys Meyers has had a rough time of late ... his wife had a miscarriage earlier this month, he relapsed and ended up again in rehab for alcoholism, but he's just snagged a huge honor ... Best Actor at the Boston Film Festival.

Jon was tearful as he accepted the award for the lead role in 'Damascus Cover,' a spy thriller about a secret agent who goes on a mission to Syria to smuggle out a chemical weapons scientist. The film, written and directed by Daniel Berk, also won Best Picture and Best Director.

Meyers broke down as he accepted the award as he talked about working with the late John Hurt, who co-starred in the film, which was his last.

Meyers left rehab to attend the event last weekend. He's back getting help.

Tara Reid's in total disbelief at the score -- Tara 1, Beyonce 0 ... at least when it comes to "Josie and The Pussycats."

Tara appeared on "TMZ Live" Friday and was still in shock to just learn -- 16 years after the release -- she beat out Bey for the role. The revelation came just last week when the co-writers and directors -- Deborah Kaplan and Harry Elfont -- told Billboard Beyonce auditioned for the role Tara ultimately won.

Tara's also in a new flick -- "Andy The Talking Hedgehog" -- and she thinks it could be another "Sharknado!"

Kevin Hart's been ruffling feathers lately with his cheating scandal but Thursday it was him who got his feathers ruffled while hilariously dressed in a chicken costume for his new flick.

Hart's been filming "Night School" in L.A. and during Thursday's shoot he got a serious whipping from co-star Tiffany Haddish with a belt!!!

If you're wondering why he's wearing a chicken costume in the film ... he plays a sign spinner, in this one scene at least.

Tom Cruise is a real-life action hero on the set of his movies -- but his ass is even realer ... according to one of his co-stars.

We got Annabelle Wallis -- who starred alongside Tom in "The Mummy" this summer -- and she confirmed 2 stories about him all in a matter of seconds.

She says it's true that Tom saved her life while filming 'Mummy' when something got wrapped around her neck during a stunt. More recently, though, folks speculated he used a prosthetic booty in his 2009 Nazi movie, "Valkyrie" ... and you can kinda see why.
