7:40 AM PT The Boston Globe says no arrest warrants have been issued -- yet -- but the paper also claims police have seen video footage of Hernandez and Odin Lloyd hanging out at a bar on Monday.

Lloyd's body was found Monday night.

Aaron Hernandez will be in handcuffs soon, and charged with obstruction of justice -- and possibly more -- according to reports.

An arrest warrant has been issued for the New England Patriots star -- according to WBZ in Boston -- and Massachusetts State Police are expected to handle the arrest sometime on Friday.

Police have been swarming around Hernandez's home all week investigating the death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd ... who was found shot in the head about a mile away from Hernandez's home.

Police searched Hernandez's house, and the obstruction charge would reportedly stem from evidence he destroyed his home security system -- which included video surveillance footage.

As we first reported ... Hernandez is also accused of shooting a man in Miami back in February. The victim has filed a civil lawsuit against Hernandez, but it's still possible he could face criminal charges.

NFL star Aaron Hernandez has NOT been identified as a suspect in the shooting of Alexander S. Bradley ... but that could change ... cops tell TMZ.

We broke the story ... Hernandez has been sued by Bradley, who claims the New England Patriots tight end shot him in the face and left him to die back in February.

Cops tell TMZ ... ever since the incident, Bradley has been extremely uncooperative with investigators -- and has refused to identify his assailant ... until he pointed the finger at Hernandez in his lawsuit, which he filed last week.

So what does it mean for the investigation? The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Dept. tells us ... it doesn't mean much.

In fact, we're told cops have no plans to meet with Hernandez ... and have neither named him a suspect nor a person of interest in the shooting.

And why not? With an uncooperative witness and no hard evidence ... it's a safe bet investigators don't feel they have a strong enough case to go after the NFL star.

Of course, plans could change ... but for now, it seems unlikely Hernandez will be prosecuted.

2:45 PM PT -- Cops tell TMZ, Hernandez has NOT yet been identified as a suspect in the shooting, but that could change.

11:55 AM PT -- According to police reports, obtained by TMZ, the victim was discovered outside of a John Deere store in Riviera Beach, FL on Feb 13 around 6:48 AM.

The manager of the store, who found Bradley, says the victim was bleeding from his head and one of his hands.

According to the police report, Bradley instructed the John Deere employee to call 911 and warned -- "Tell them to hurry -- I'm gonna bleed out."

When the employee tried to ask Bradley if he knew who shot him, Bradley replied, "I'm done talking -- it hurts too bad."

Emergency responders raced to the scene -- but when they arrived, Bradley was being difficult ... refusing to cooperate and being "rude" to personnel.

Eventually, cops say Bradley identified his attackers as being "both Hispanic and black males."

According to the police report, he never identified Hernandez by name.

10:34 AM PT -- Sources connected to the case tell us ... Bradley's legal team only dismissed the case because there was an error in the paperwork ... and they FULLY plan to REFILE the lawsuit TODAY.

We're also told ... Bradley will argue that the bullet initially struck him in the arm and continued traveling through his body until it struck him in the face .... blowing out his eyeball.

New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was sued earlier this month for allegedly shooting a man in the face following an altercation at a Miami strip club ... TMZ has learned.

The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Florida on June 13 -- five days before investigators searched the NFL star's Massachusetts home in connection with a homicide investigation that appears to be unrelated.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Hernandez and Alexander S. Bradley went to Tootsie's Cabaret in Miami on February 13, 2013 ... and during the outing, the two men got into an argument.

Bradley claims ... After the dispute, both men left the club -- and got into the same car which was heading to Palm Beach. During the ride, Aaron allegedly aimed his weapon at Bradley ... and the gun discharged, striking Bradley in the face.

Bradley claims he suffered major injuries from the gunshot ... including the loss of his right eye.

Bradley also claimed he required major surgery to reconstruct his face ... which required plates and screws. Bradley also claims he suffered damage to his right hand and arm, which also required surgery.

There's more -- Bradley claims Aaron was not licensed to carry a firearm in the first place.

Bradley demanded more than $100,000.

But just 4 days after Bradley filed the lawsuit, the case was DISMISSED.

We reached out to Aaron's people for comment -- so far, no word back.

Terrell Suggs is no punk bitch ... and tells TMZ if Vladimir Putin ever tried to jack his Super Bowl ring (a la Robert Kraft) ... he'd MAN UP and get it back.

The Baltimore Ravens badass was leaving Boa in Hollywood this weekend ... when we asked how he would react if he was in Kraft's shoes when the Russian prez reportedly strong-armed the New England Patriots owner out of his ring during a 2005 encounter.

(FYI -- Putin's people swear Kraft offered the ring as a gift. Suuuuure.)

Tim Tebow is in a GREAT situation in New England ... so says "Sunday Night Football" sportscaster Cris Collinsworth who tells TMZ ... Bill Belichick is a GENIUS.

Collinsworth was strollin' Rodeo Drive with his family yesterday when he talked about the biggest signing in the NFL -- Tebow to the Patriots.

"I'm happy for him," Cris said ... "Bill Belichick's a genius, he'll figure out a way to make it work."

As for what position Tebow could play -- Cris says he still believes Tim's a playoff caliber QB.

Tim Tebow's prayers have been answered ... 'cause the former Heisman Trophy winner is reportedly all set to ink a deal with the New England Patriots.

The details surrounding the deal are still unclear ... but according to ESPN, Tebow is expected to report to minicamp TOMORROW.

Chances are ... Tebow won't ever play a down at QB, 'cause there's this guy on the team named Tom Brady ... but clearly, coach Bill Belichick's got a plan for the guy.

Tebow was released by the New York Jets a few months ago ... after a lackluster season in which he BARELY saw the field.

But like some other people Tim's familiar with, his career is experiencing an unexpected resurrection.

Buffalo Bills star Stevie Johnson hates his rival New England Patriots so much … he’s now asking North Korea to hit 'em with a nuke strike.

Johnson – a Pro Bowl wide receiver – just made the plea on Twitter … writing, “War is nothing to be played with. I apologize North Korea........but if y'all do bomb 1st... Bomb Foxboro, Mass.”

Stevie was immediately RIPPED by basically everyone on the Internet … and soon tweeted a quasi-apology -- “PatsFans i lo...like yall also. ask any1 in my fam. ive said TheBoro is my fav place to play-bkuz you Pats fans are Live! BUT not for long.”

Rob Gronkowski is SORRY -- sorry for putting his busted forearm in danger last week in Vegas while partying like a dumbass ... just ask Gronk's tank top.

A Patriots fan posted the photo on Twitter this weekend -- showing Gronk wearing a tank that reads, "Sorry for partying." According to the fan, the photo was snapped Sunday at Universal Studios in Orlando.

The shirt's obviously a reference to the video TMZ posted last week, in which Gronk body slams his friend on stage at XS nightclub in Vegas ... and lands hard on his broken left forearm, which was wrapped in a support sleeve.

So, here's your apology, New England. Satisfied?

There's no way this is real -- just two months after Gisele Bundchen popped out a baby girl ... the Victoria's Secret supermodel whipped her hair back and forth in Hawaii ... LOOKING LIKE THIS.

While every other new mom on the planet has been contemplating excess skin removal surgery, Gisele and her supernatural genes basked in the Hawaiian sun Thursday.

Gisele gave birth to her and Tom Brady's second child on December 5 -- a daughter named Vivian Lake Brady.

It's bad enough Rob Gronkowski could have screwed the Patriots by re-re-injuring his broken arm -- but the real travesty of his Vegas trip ... those insanely awful dance moves.

Rob Gronkowski scared the hell out of New England Patriots fans last night ... when the superstar tight end BODY SLAMMED his friend on stage at a Las Vegas nightclub ... landing hard on his broken forearm ... and TMZ has the footage.

Gronkowski -- who signed a $54 million six-year contract extension in June -- broke his forearm last season, then injured it again during the Pats' first playoff game against the Texans.

But that didn't stop him from executing a Stone Cold Stunner-esque move on a friend during a playful dance battle at XS nightclub last night.

As Gronkowski was throwing his friend to the ground, the tight end -- who was wearing a protective sleeve on his busted wing -- also crashed to the ground and smacked his damaged arm on the stage in the process.

Matt Damon is in NFL denial ... 'cause the guy honestly believes the New England Patriots would NEVER have been defeated by the Baltimore Ravens if they weren't riddled with injuries.

Problem is ... the Pats weren't as injured as Damon made them out to be.

Matt -- a Boston-native -- had just arrived at LAX last night when someone asked why his team folded in the AFC Championship this past Sunday.

"Lotta injuries," Damon said ... "They couldn't beat us full strength."

Obviously, the Pats were missing Rob Gronkowski going into Sunday's game ... but that's really their only big-time guy who was sidelined with an injury (forearm).

A couple of important Pats players were hurt DURING the matchup -- including CB Aqib Talib and RB Stevan Ridley ... but hey, that's part of the game, right?

But when Damon was asked who he's rooting for in the Super Bowl -- the Ravens or the 49ers -- he still refused to acknowledge defeat ... saying, "I'm going for a healthy New England team, that's the best team in the country."

Wes Welker's wife should NEVER have said a peep about Ray Lewis ... this according to another famous (ex-)wife of the sporting world ... Linda Hogan ... who tells TMZ, it's never okay for an athlete's lady to be such a sore loser in public.

In case you missed it ... Wes' wife -- Anna Burns Welker -- went off on Lewis via Facebook after the Ravens dashed the Pats' Super Bowl chances. She later apologized ... but not before the personal jabs were already delivered.

Now Linda -- a former athlete's wife herself (kind of) -- is dishing out some jabs of her own ... calling Anna's outburst "way uncool."

According to Linda, Anna can say whatever she wants behind closed doors ... but "in a public situation, [athletes' wives] don't really have a place to make an opinion."

12:00 PM PT -- Anna just posted an apology ... "I apologize to Ray Lewis and his family for my comments. In no way did I mean for them to be mean or hurtful. I'm embarrassed for being a sore loser. I wish Ray and the Ravens good luck. Lesson learned!"

Wes Welker's wife hates Ray Lewis ... and not just because the Ravens beat the Patriots yesterday ... it's 'cause she thinks he's a terrible human being ... and she made her feelings known on Facebook.

After Sunday's AFC Championship game ... Anna Burns Welker went to her Facebook page and posted the following message:

"Proud of my husband and the Pats. By the way, if anyone is bored, please go to Ray Lewis' Wikipedia page. 6 kids 4 wives. Acquitted for murder. Paid a family off. Yay. What a hall of fame player! A true role model!"

The post has since been deleted.

FYI -- Lewis was charged with murder back in 2000 for his involvement in a fight that resulted in two deadly stabbings ... but the murder charge was dropped as part of a plea deal.

Oh yeah, the four wives thing ... Lewis has never been married -- but he does have six kids with four different women.

And you don't want to get on his bad side.

Fact is, Anna should've known better -- because last year after the Super Bowl, Tom Brady's wife Gisele Bundchen blasted Wes Welker for dropping a key pass ... and people trashed her for it.

The NFL superstar -- who has a serious reputation for getting loose -- inked a deal to buy the 4,781-square-foot mansion in Tampa just a few months after signing a $54 million extension contract with the Pats.

Gronk's new 4-bedroom, 5-bath crib is a partier's dream. It sports custom built-in fish tanks, primo surround sound for the whole house, three outdoor entertainment areas, infinity pool, spa, and ocean views ... which are sure to impress the ladies.

Of course, Rob needs to do a lil recovering before he can take full advantage -- he just had surgery last Monday to fix his broken forearm.

NBC may be in hot water with the FCC ... after the network aired a seemingly never-ending, crystal-clear "bullsh*t" chant that erupted in the stadium during the Ravens vs. Patriots game on "Sunday Night Football."

In case you were watching the Emmys last night ... things got pretty insane during last night's prime time NFL matchup ... when the crowd in Baltimore was convinced the replacement refs blew another call and unleashed the most perfectly executed "BS" chant we've ever heard.

Even announcer Al Michaels commented, "It's the loudest manure chant I've ever heard."

The FCC often declines to punish networks when a "fleeting expletive" makes it to air during a live sporting event ... and it's unclear if they're even legally allowed to do so. But since this "BS" chant was so clear and went on for several minutes, it's possible the FCC could drop the hammer on NBC for failing to cut the sound out of the broadcast.

We've reached out to the FCC -- and a rep told us they were "looking into the matter."

A rep for NBC had no comment.
