The Cowboys just wrapped up organized team activities Thursday ... and it didn't take long for the stud running back to pack up his OL on a private jet to take them to hunt some fish.

Unclear where they're headed ... but if Zeke's footin' the bill -- you know it'll be baller.

The ex-NFL star was leaving the White House on Wednesday as part of the President's Council on Sport, Fitness and Nutrition ... when we asked if he'd be down to help out his old pal, Donald Trump.

A few months ago, it was reported that POTUS is trying to live a healthier lifestyle -- starting with changing his diet.

So, would Herschel be down to share some of his fitness wisdom?

"Maybe I can work with him," Walker said ... noting that he won't put together an official workout plan until he talks with Trump.

But seriously ... 1,500 push-ups a day?!

Johnny Manziel's Canadian Football League coach told reporters Thursday the former Heisman Trophy winner has ZERO chance of being the Hamilton Tiger-Cats' Week 1 starter next month.

Check out Ticats coach June Jones' exchange with a reporter on the matter:

Q: "Is there any scenario that Manziel could push [Jeremiah] Masoli for the No. 1 job? Like if Jeremiah's healthy Week 1, is he going to start?"

Jones: "[Laughs] Absolutely, absolutely."

Q: "So there's no scenario that --"

Jones: "No."

FYI ... this ain't a surprise, at least not in Vegas. Johnny's odds of being the starter were +200.

As for Manziel, he's takin' it in stride, telling reporters: "I feel like I'm in a great situation and in time things will work themselves out."

Manziel's first in-game work in the CFL will begin Friday in the team's first preseason game.

Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis was sitting right up on the glass at the Vegas Golden Knights game Wednesday night ... and even though the team lost, it's probably another big win for him.

The Raiders have been on a PR push to win over Vegas fans before the Silver and Black move into town -- they've taken out newspaper ads and put up billboards.

But, having Davis with his face pressed against the glass (sitting next to Jim Gray) is another good look for the Raiders ... especially since he's been to a TON of Knights' regular season games.

He's also supported other Vegas teams -- attending the WNBA's Las Vegas Aces game on Sunday night. That's commitment!

Don't worry Bay Area teams ... Mark's been courtside cheerin' on the Warriors this season -- he just likes Vegas better now.

The man who allegedly punched a police horse outside a Philadelphia Eagles 2018 playoff game is suing the team and police ... claiming he was brutally beaten by cops for NO REASON.

And he's adamant he did NOT intentionally punch that horse.

The man behind the suit is Andrew Tornetta ... who was arrested Jan. 21 outside Lincoln Financial Field in Philly before the Eagles crushed the Vikings in the NFC Championship.

At the time, cops said Tornetta punched a police horse with a closed fist TWICE while mounted officers were attempting to break up a violent tailgating situation.

But, Tornetta says the allegations are horse crap ... claiming he was innocently hanging out when the mounted cops rode up on him, grabbed him and started dragging him.

In the lawsuit, Tornetta says at least two cops unsheathed their batons and began beating him multiple times -- and he suffered serious injuries to his back, skull and face.

Tornetta says cops then provided a misleading statement to investigators -- saying he punched the horse -- when in fact, he never intentionally struck anyone ... human or equine.

On top of the injuries, Tornetta says he was "demonized on social media and internet sites reporting upon his assault on police and his cruelty towards an animal."

Tornetta is suing the two cops involved (a State Trooper and a Philly PD officer) and the Eagles organization -- claiming the security officers weren't properly trained.

Peyton Manning says he couldn't throw a football the same way after his neck injury a few years back -- but he adjusted his game and found success ... and he's convinced Tiger Woods will do the same.

The NFL legend played with Tiger at PGA's Memorial Pro-Am in Ohio -- when he was asked if he thought Tiger could return to greatness after back fusion surgery.

"I can certainly relate," Manning said ... "It's about being flexible, being adaptive."

"I couldn't throw the ball the same way after my injury, but you learn to use your experience and football intellect. That's what he's doing. He's adjusted his game and his swing and using his experience and using other parts of his body to get some strength and power."

"For a golf fan, it's great to see him back out here."

Manning was also REALLY impressed with some of Tiger's shots -- and judging from the video ... you can see why.

Mark Geragos says he knows "beyond a shadow of a doubt" the NFL blackballed his client Colin Kaepernick ... and it's entirely because of Donald Trump.

Kaep's attorney -- who's reppin' the former QB in his collusion case against the league -- revealed some of the ammo he's usin' to prove his case on Amy Dash's podcast Tuesday ... and he says it all starts and ends with Trump's disdain for anthem protests.

"[We] got an owner under penalty of perjury testifying that he changed his mind after he was told what Trump said," Geragos said.

The league's new anthem policy ... the blackballing of Kaep ... the unwillingness to sign fellow anthem kneeler Eric Reid -- Geragos says it all stems from POTUS.

"The only reason -- and the owners will admit that -- they haven't signed [Kaepernick] is they're afraid of Trump, and they've colluded because of Trump."

Ex-NFL star Arian Foster basically spoke for everyone when he saw the Drake blackface photo that Pusha T posted on Tuesday ... "WTF is this g?"

Foster was tweeting about Pusha's diss track, "The Story of Adidon," with his former Houston Texans teammate, Charles James, who said:

"Pusha T is like that one dude who doesn’t tell jokes well so he just gets personal

Drake: I wrote for Kanye

Pusha T: that’s why your best friend about to die"

Foster said he can't wait for Drake's clapback but said he's not really rooting for either side -- "Got no dog in the fight."

But, James added this piece of wisdom for any other rapper thinking of getting involved ...

"If I’m any other rapper stay the F**K out of the way. Don’t get hit by a stray bullet trying to play sides."

A couple other NFL stars also weighed in ...

Chad Ochocinco: "I personally think it’s awesome for hip-hop, old school lyrical battle between two creative dudes."

Jim Carrey thinks the NFL and Donald Trump are the real "Dumb and Dumber" ... and he's attacking BOTH of 'em for the alleged blackballing of Colin Kaepernick.

"NFL -- who exploits players for 3yrs then abandons them to a lifetime of pain -- sided with a draft-dodging racist who uses fake patriotism to squash peaceful protest," Carrey posted on Twitter.

Carrey then sorta called on companies that do business with the NFL to boycott the league.

"Corporations shld rethink sponsoring moral cowardice before we start asking: whose side is Nationwide really on?"

And in true Jim Carrey style ... he included a painting to illustrate his point in which he included several NFL sponsors such as Gatorade, Ford and Gillette.

It's not the first time Carrey has gone after Trump -- in fact, he rips POTUS all the time. But, it seems to be the first time he's gone after the NFL.

Warren Moon is the only player in the CFL and the Pro Football Hall of Fame -- so, if Johnny Manziel is gonna make it in Canada, there's NO ONE BETTER to listen to than this guy.

TMZ Sports spoke with the 61-year-old legend, who truly believes Manziel can thrive up north and earn his 2nd shot in the NFL ... IF he takes Warren's advice.

But the bigger point ... Moon believes even if Johnny doesn't get back to the NFL, he can have a very long and successful career in Canada, because the game is uniquely suited for him.

Julio Jones ain't going NOWHERE and you can take that to the bank, because the NFL star said it himself ... he's a Falcon forever!!

We got Julio leaving Delilah in WeHo Thursday night and had to ask him what he thought about what Falcons owner Arthur Blank said earlier this week during the NFL owners meetings. ICYMI ... Blank said Julio will be a Falcon forever when asked to address Julio's commitment to the team after he scrubbed Falcons pics from his Instagram account and then skipping organized team activities.

The snub pitched Falcons fans into crisis mode ... but the entire city of Atlanta can rest easy now because Julio just put the issue to rest by telling our guy he will, in fact, be a Falcon forever.

Eric Dickerson says the fact players now have a choice to stay in the locker room for the national anthem is a "good thing" ... but says he would stand if he was still in the league.

"This gives you a choice. I think that's a good thing," Dickerson told TMZ Sports when asked about the NFL's new policy.

"If the guys want to stand they can stand, if the guys that want to stay in the locker room, I think they'll stay in the locker room."

Dickerson's larger point -- the league can't please everybody when it comes to this issue ... and he thinks Roger Goodell and the NFL owners are doing the best they can.

"You can't please everybody. By saying this, you know somebody's not going to like it. It is what it is. It's like religion and raising your kids. Nobody's going to agree with you all the time."

What's even funnier ... we asked if Odell Beckham's 315-pound bench press should count (because of the 2-finger spot from his trainer) ... and Dunlap hit us with the real talk -- HELL NO!

Don't get it twisted, both Pouncey and Dunlap think Beckham is a stud receiver -- but when it comes to weightlifting, they don't mess around!!!

Roger Goodell is doing a helluva job as NFL commish ... and that's coming from a guy who ran the NBA for 30 years, David Stern.

TMZ Sports saw Stern in NYC ... and with the debate over the NFL's new rule on the National Anthem protest raging ... we asked the former commish how he'd handle the controversy.

Stern didn't exactly answer the question ... but he did offer a ringing endorsement to the NFL's head honcho.

"I think that commisioner Goodell is doing a great job in difficult circumstances."

He went on to say ... "I think every league needs rules to cover every situation. I don't know what rule I would implement, but there should be a rule that treats everyone fairly, and uniformly."

FYI -- the new regulation has been polarizing. Prez Trump and VP Pence applauded the league ... while others have been super critical of Goodell and the NFL.

Former Cincinnati Bengals star T.J. Houshmandzadeh claims he got bamboozled into fronting hundreds of thousands of dollars for a bogus weed business.

The retired WR filed suit against two men -- Damien Marzett and John Wiegman -- for allegedly convincing him to invest $200K into construction for their new dispensary under false pretenses.

In the docs obtained by TMZ Sports, T.J. claims Marzett and Wiegman approached him in 2015, trying to get him to fund a new weed club in L.A. ... which they said would make hundreds of thousands of dollars a month.

He also claims they signed a contract to pay him back interest of $180K by Dec. 2017 if he floated them the dough.

Well, he says he paid ... but never saw any of that money by the due date -- and eventually learned they didn't even have a license to operate a weed club in the state.

Deion Sanders has a message for people worried about Tom Brady skipping organized team activities (OTAs) this week ...

WHOOOOO CARES!?!?!?

TMZ Sports asked Primetime -- who claims to have only attended OTAs twice during his Hall of Fame career -- about TB12 no-showing at the voluntary practices ... and he says it's NBD because Brady's already proven what he can do.

ICYMI -- Bill Belichick seemed pissed about Tom's absence from Patriots OTAs ... telling reporters, "I'm not gonna talk about the people who aren't here," on Tuesday.

Sanders ain't looking into that either ... saying that's always how the coach acts.
