Cesar Millan is under attack from a former employee who claims she was steamrolled by a runaway llama while on the job.

Adriana Barnes -- who was director of Cesar's dog rehab facility -- says the "Dog Whisperer" worked with many kinds of animals, but untrained employees let them run wild ... according to a lawsuit she recently filed in L.A. County.

Barnes claims the "Dog Whisperer" forced her to work 12-hour days with no lunch or bathroom breaks, and since most of the other employees were inexperienced ... the bulk of the work fell on her shoulders.

In the suit, she claims things got so bad that she was bitten 5-6 times by dogs and on one occasion she "was trampled by a llama."

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Cesar fired her when she confronted him about the work conditions.

Barnes says in the suit ... the stress of getting canned caused her to overdose on anti-anxiety pills, landing her on life support for 3 days.

Kid Cudi was signing an autograph for a fan during his show in Chicago on Saturday night when he passed out and was carried away by several security guards.

Cudi was performing at the North Coast Music Festival and the video shows him clearly covered in sweat. He appeared fine one moment ... and was laying on the floor the next.

Joan Rivers is on life support ... and sources close to the legendary comedian tell TMZ she is completely reliant on machines to stay alive.

According to our sources, the family will have to decide in the next couple of days whether to keep the 81-year-old on life support. We're told the family remains hopeful that if they do decide to turn off the machines, she will make a turn for the better and fight through it.

"Hercules" director Brett Ratner is being sued by a woman who went to an after party at his Beverly Hills mansion ... and left with a bloodied leg and a sliced Achilles tendon.

Lauryn Flynn -- a celeb stylist who says she's worked with Kate Bosworth, Eva Mendes and Kristen Stewart -- was at the party Brett threw July 24 after the Hercules premiere. She says she was asked to take off her shoes as she entered the home.

During the party, Flynn says she decided to go downstairs into the basement where a DJ was spinning for 100-200 people. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Flynn says someone decided to start dancing on a small glass table. You know what happened next.

Flynn says the table shattered, launching glass shards "like bullets across the room." She says she looked down and saw a pool of blood around her feet ... she realized her Achilles tendon had been cut.

In the docs, Flynn says she thinks a decision was made to NOT call 911 because it would cause bad publicity for Brett. Instead she went to the hospital in an Uber. She says she had to get 87 stitches.

Flynn says a friend told her later that Brett had said, "People get hurt here all the time. Just clean it up."

David Beckham didn't walk away clean from that motorcycle accident after all -- we just saw him at LAX with his hand in a cast.

Becks held up his damaged right mitt as he walked into the terminal with his kids, and photogs asked how he was feeling after laying down his bike on Sunset Boulevard yesterday.

We broke the story ... Beckham was leaving a tattoo parlor when he swerved to avoid paparazzi, according to our Becks sources -- which explains why he didn't feel like saying much to paps about his cast.

Joan Rivers remains in serious condition but is receiving the best treatment possible ... so says her daughter, Melissa Rivers.

Melissa just released a statement thanking everyone for their support ... adding that Joan would be touched.

TMZ broke the story ... Joan was rushed to Mount Sinai hospital in NYC Thursday morning after she stopped breathing during a procedure on her vocal cords.

After originally being listed in critical condition ... she's been "resting comfortably" and surrounded by family since late Thursday afternoon, according to her daughter.

David Beckham is not perfect (SHOCKER!!!) ... he lost control of his motorcycle in the middle of Sunset Boulevard, but walked away unscathed.

Beckham was leaving the famous Shamrock Tattoo in West Hollywood Thursday when he lost control of his motorcycle -- a custom-built Super Vintage 93" Knuckle -- and tumbled off in the middle of the street.

We're told Beckham recruited a few friends from the tattoo parlor to help him roll it back to the store.

Sources close to Beckham tell TMZ the accident happened when he swerved to avoid the paparazzi.

Jake "The Snake" Roberts was rushed to a Las Vegas hospital Wednesday night ... and doctors say he has double pneumonia.

The WWE Hall of Famer fell ill on a flight from Atlanta to Vegas ... and was immediately hospitalized when he landed. We're told he's been in and out of consciousness ever since.

Wrestler Sinn Bodhi -- who has been at Jake's bedside all night -- tells us Roberts went to a doctor 2 weeks ago, and was told he had the flu and needed rest.

Bodhi says Jake's been in pain since ... but didn't think it was a big deal because of the prognosis.

We're told Roberts is in ICU, and his immune system is in bad shape. Doctors are letting him rest for a few days while they take more tests.

5:00 AM PT (8/29) -- Melissa Rivers released a statement saying Joan is now "resting comfortably."

8:49 AM PT -- The NYPD tells us ... Joan is currently in critical condition.

We're told ... at one point, Joan's heart stopped beating.

It's unclear if doctors were able to restart the comic's heart.

8:15 AM PT -- We're told an emergency call was placed to 911 at 9:39 AM ET and the caller said, "We have somebody in either cardiac or respiratory arrest."

Joan Rivers was rushed to a hospital in New York City moments ago ... after she stopped breathing during a surgery on her throat ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Rivers was undergoing the throat procedure in a clinic (specifically on her vocal cords) ... when she stopped breathing during the surgery.

Sources say 81-year-old Rivers was rushed to Mount Sinai hospital in New York.

We're told her daughter Melissa is on her way to New York.

Bobby Shmurda fans heard gun shots ring out early this morning during his nightclub appearance last night in New Jersey ... as a drive-by shooter opened fire.

Police say shortly before 2 AM ... someone driving out of the Club Eden parking lot in Roselle, NJ fired 2 shots ... and set off a chaotic mess. Three different police departments had to respond to control the crowd.

According to cops ... about 200 people were packed in the lot and became "unruly and agitated" when officers tried to clear the area.

Bobby was not there when cops responded. We're told no one was struck by the bullets.

The good news: Nick Gordon walked away from a terrible car accident Thursday morning with no major injures. The bad news is ... he got arrested for DUI.

Law enforcement sources in Roswell, GA tell TMZ ... Gordon (who is married to Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina) lost control of his BMW, hit a curb, took out a fire hydrant and flipped his car upside down. We're told it finally came to a rest after sliding around 200 feet.

When cops arrived on scene, we're told they discovered Nick was driving on a suspended license and cops felt Gordon's behavior gave them probable cause to arrest him for DUI.

We're told police did not conduct a breathalyzer test, but they are seeking a warrant for a blood test.

Suge Knight left an L.A. hospital early Wednesday ... just 3 days after taking SIX gunshots to the gut at a pre-VMA party -- and he's healing amazingly well.

Suge's rep tells TMZ ... the music mogul left Cedars-Sinai around 6 AM, and doctors say he won't need any rehab -- just a few follow up visits.

As we previously reported ... Suge got blasted Saturday night at 1Oak nightclub at a Chris Brown hosted event -- but he's refusing to cooperate with the police investigation.

We're told Suge is already back on a regular diet, and if he keeps his bandages clean ... he'll be good to go.

Conrad Hilton, the younger brother of Paris Hilton, was involved in a major car crash over the weekend ... but TMZ has learned he emerged without any major injuries.

According to the California Highway Patrol, Hilton was driving in Palm Springs Saturday afternoon when he clipped the back of another car while trying to change lanes. CHP says his car then hit the rear of a tractor trailer before coming to a rest on the side of the road.

Police say paramedics had to use the ol' jaws of life to free Hilton from his car. As bad as that sounds, ours sources say Hilton suffered a fracture in his hand, a few cuts and bruises, but no major injuries.

According to the CHP, drugs and alcohol were not a factor, but Hilton was observed to be speeding before the crash. Police say before the crash, another driver called 911 to report Hilton's reckless driving and an officer tried to pull Hilton over, but lost sight of him.

This isn't Hilton's first major crash. Back in 2011, he smashed his car into a parked car while speeding down a residential street in Brentwood.

Suge Knight is NOT talking to cops about the 6 bullets that penetrated his body ... refusing to drop a dime on anyone.

Sources close to Suge tell us ... the wounded mogul is fully conscious, although on several occasions police were turned away on false info -- that he was supposedly sedated.

But during one visit cops were actually allowed to see Suge. A source tells us when they asked about the shooting ... Suge acted disoriented, asking, "I was shot?"

A big German guy guzzled some OJ at McDonald's and claims he got supersized -- with a 4" spear that fired into his throat.

Klaus Geier claims in his lawsuit he went to a San Fernando Valley McDonald's in April, 2012, and ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and a large OJ at the drive thru.

Klaus reached in his bag, noticed there wasn't a straw so he took the plastic top off as he drove away and started guzzling it.

Klaus claims he felt something lodge in his throat -- a 4" valve which he believes was part of the OJ dispenser. As he reached in his mouth to remove it, Klaus says the serrated spear on the tip deployed and fired into his esophagus.

Attorney Anthony Liberatore, who reps Klaus, says his client grabbed the valve and spear and ripped them out of his throat, causing severe injury.

Klaus claims he is left with 2 bad options -- either highly risky surgery which could cause him to permanently lose his voice, or live with the damage which causes raspiness and a constant mucus buildup.

Fashion model Megan Hawkins just earned her street cred ... but it may hamper her career ... she took a bullet apparently meant for Suge Knight at Chris Brown's VMA party ... and took it in the butt.

The 5'11" blonde-haired, blue-eyed model posted photos -- showing her in a hospital bed and using a walker to get around -- with the comment, "my ass took a 9mm and I'm keeping it as a souvenir."

Megan -- who's just 19 -- was one of 3 people shot inside 1Oak nightclub early Sunday morning.
