Kylie Jenner turned 17 and celebrated in true Kardashian style with a genital-themed cake, much older men, and guys offering her bottles of liquor.

Did we mention the dong cake? KJ's big sisters must be so proud.

Kylie Jenner celebrated her 17th birthday this weekend with all sorts of friends, including 34-year-old rapper The Game ... everyone holding full bottles of liquor.

TMZ posted video Sunday of Kylie grabbing a bottle of tequila from 24-year-old Tyga. You don't see Kylie actually drink it ... but what 17-year-old turns down good booze?

Then there's the photo Wackstar posted on Instagram ... showing him, Justin Bieber (who's 20), The Game and Kylie all posing ... with Game and Bieber holding a bottle of liquor.

Rapper Tyga jumped the gun by 4 years Saturday night ... offering Kylie Jenner a shot of tequila for her 17th birthday.

You clearly hear Tyga offering booze to the teen. You can also see Justin Bieber and Kendall Jenner.

They're not in the video ... but The Game and Chris Brown were also on hand.

For what it's worth ... you don't see Kylie drinking. But c'moooon!

Did you play tennis off the coast of a fancy island today with your family before being helicoptered back to your yacht? No? That's because you're not Bill Gates.

Gates -- along with his wife Melinda and their kids Rory, Jennifer and Phoebe -- knocked a few balls around in Porto Cervo, Sardinia before being flown back to the massive yacht they're renting.

After that, the family went through a rack of wet suits (because who doesn't keep their wet suits on a clothes rack?) before taking a dip in the Mediterranean Sea and hopping on jet skis.

Jared Leto took a leap of faith in Ibiza while cliff diving with friends.

The duo used to be besties. One of the most epic videos TMZ ever shot was when Paris took her new best friend Kim -- whom we had never seen before -- to Hyde back in 2005. They sauntered past Paris' enemy/former BFF Tara Reid ... who defeatedly watched from behind the velvet rope as the duo entered.

But Kim got famous -- even more famous than Paris -- and the relationship went in the dumper. In 2008, Paris bashed Kim during a radio interview saying her butt "looks like cottage cheese stuffed in a trash bag."

Kanye even performed some of his songs -- including "Black Skinhead"

Bloom arrived once Bieber was already inside -- and according to Page Six J.B.'s people put the screws on organizers to keep Orlando out. The actor never got inside.

So sad.

Zac Efron -- who was partying in a bar in Ibiza with Michelle Rodriguez -- is not only back on the bottle ... we're told he was never off it.

Zac has had big issues with substance abuse ... going to rehab twice last year for cocaine addiction. We're told he's also a big drinker.

People involved in Zac's life tell us ... his biggest problem is that he always believes he has the ability to stop. As one source says, "He'll stop cold for 3 or 4 days when he has to work and then he's back."

It's no secret Zac loves to party. We're told he's "climbing the walls" just before his various projects end ... waiting for the moment he doesn't have to show up for work in the morning so he can party hard.

Here's the good and the bad.

The good -- Zac's younger brother Dylan is a big influence on him. We're told Dylan has counseled him about the importance of sobriety and Zac doesn't blow him off.

Orlando Bloom is not acting like the loser of the Justin Bieber scuffle ... he looks like he's having the best time of his life at a restaurant near Ibiza.

Orlando looks a little -- well, buzzed -- as he dances furiously to "Happy" ... flailing his arms in the air.

At one point he pulls what appears to be his GF -- Erica Packer -- up on the bench he's dancing on and kisses her hand.

But Erica does not have a monopoly on Orlando. A bunch of chicks swarm him as he dances uncontrollably.

Zac Efron and Michelle Rodriguez acted like two horny teenagers Thursday night in Ibiza ... making out in the middle of a nightclub for all to see.

Efron and M-Rod have been all over each other the last few weeks ... although Michelle was spotted Wednesday afternoon hanging out on a yacht with Justin Bieber.

Also interesting in the video ... Michelle is dancing with what appears to be a beer bottle in her hand. Later on, Zac appears to be holding the bottle.

The tangled and convoluted apparent romance between Orlando Bloom and Erica Packer continued Thursday as the pair hung out at a restaurant in Formentera, Spain.

As TMZ previously reported, Bloom and Packer have been spending lots of time together this week, which wouldn't be weird ... except for the fact that late last year their exes, Miranda Kerr and James Packer, were reportedly romantically linked.

And all 4 of them were friends when the marriages were in tact.

This picture may be enough to put Columbus Short behind bars.

Short chose the Caribbean over court Wednesday. He had been ordered to appear before a judge in his domestic violence case but was a no show. The judge issued an arrest warrant.

Lo and behold ... Columbus was living large at a festival called Fantasy Barbados ... a Mardi-Gras-like celebration.

Nation News on the island got what could be the smoking gun for the judge ... surely enough to throw the book at the former "Scandal" star.

Justin Bieber made it clear immediately after he ducked an Orlando Bloom punch -- he was not shaken or rattled.

Justin and a buddy mocked the thwarted punch in the parking lot of Cipriani ... where the altercation went down.

Justin also chatted up some female fans ... knowing of course the photogs were clicking away.

As we reported ... some eyewitnesses claim Justin essentially told Orlando he banged Miranda Kerr... something she has denied.

If Orlando Bloom was worried about Miranda Kerr -- hours before fighting Justin Bieber -- he wasn't showing it because he had his hands full with multiple hot chicks.

Bloom was cruising around the island of Ibiza Tuesday on a speedboat, pumping his fists in the air, dancing with beautiful women ... and looking like he's shouting, "Turn Down for What!" Ultimate bachelor's life.

Looking at these pics, it was VERY GOOD to be Orlando yesterday. Last night? Not so much.

Kiefer Sutherland didn't just drink while filming -- "24" co-star Giles Matthey says ... he drank BIG ... which is interesting in the wake of Freddie Prinze, Jr.'s recent rant.

Giles played Jordan Reed on the latest season of the hit show and was known to partake in an adult beverage or two (or 3 or 4) with Kiefer. When we caught up to him back in May, Giles said there's no hops or barley on Jack Bauer's party menu -- only WHISKEY.

"No beers for him," Giles tells us.

This comes on the heels of former "24" star Prinze going off on Kiefer yesterday -- as we reported ... Prinze claimed Kiefer would regularly show up on set drunk and was so unprofessional Freddie almost quit acting altogether.

Cool thing is -- this video was shot two months ago, so Giles wasn't reacting to recent events.

Gotta give it to Kiefer, though ... when he goes hard, so does everybody else -- he's well known for ringing the bell and hooking up the entire bar.

Kendra Wilkinson's marriage to Hank Baskett is officially on the rocks ... as were all the drinks last night at Warwick, where Kendra was partying until early this morning -- minus Hank.

Kendra spent the evening/morning drinking and dancing with a large group of friends at the owner's table ... sources tell TMZ.

The photo clearly shows her behind the velvet ropes in the middle of a rocking dance floor.

Reports of the couple's impending demise have been well documented after Hank's alleged affair with transsexual model Ava London.

Kendra hasn't worn her wedding ring in public for weeks ... and Hank continues to beg for forgiveness on a daily basis.

The chances of them getting back together keep looking worse and worse ... despite the two giving birth to their second child just two months ago.
