Kanye West, the same guy who went on an EPIC anti-award show rant thinks the entire Kardashian clan deserves multiple Emmys for being pioneers in the reality show world.

In an interview with SHOWstudio, Yeezy relates Caitlyn's public transition and how new it was to society to rappers Run-D.M.C. and Will Smith. He says rappers weren't accepted into high class society at first because it was a new concept -- just like Caitlyn's transition.

He then goes on about "Keeping up with the Kardashians." The good stuff starts around 1:02:21 ... Kanye says the reality show was such a ground-breaking "art form" that it deserves multiple Emmys for starting a whole new genre.

We'll leave that up to the Academy.

"16 and Pregnant" star Whitney Purvis says her adorable Boston Terrier Chumpy ran away and was adopted by a new family before she even had a chance to look for him, so she's fighting the rescue shelter to get the pooch back.

Purvis says Chumpy was being watched by neighbors while she was on vacation when he ran away.

Animal control says they picked up a Boston Terrier Sept. 23 and kept him for the 3-day stray hold. No one claimed him, so the dog went to Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee and someone adopted him.

Whitney says BTRET refused to ante up the name of Chumpy's new fam.

BTRET claims they did everything by the book, adding the dog wasn't tagged or microchipped.

Here's where the story doesn't add up ... animal control says it picked the dog up Sept. 23, the day before Whitney left for her trip ... so someone's lying.

"Vanderpump Rules" star Jax Taylor is looking to wipe the smile right off of a teeth whitening company's corporate face ... claiming his pearly whites have been jaxed.

Taylor filed legal docs claiming he had a deal in 2009 with Lumibrite to pose for ads for its teeth whitening product. He says the deal ended a long time ago, but the company's kept using his mug.

This is Jax's second lawsuit in a month ... he sued a shoe company in September for another endorsement deal gone wrong.

We reached out to Lumibrite for comment ... so far, no word back.

Big Ang decided to go on the attack against Caitlyn Jenner ... but her choice of venue was odd ... a gay night club.

It all went down during the question round of the Miss Feathers Pageant in New Jersey, where Ang asked contestants what they thought of Caitlyn Jenner.

A contestant's answer sends Ang off in a third-person pronoun tirade.

Big Ang punches below the belt a couple more times before walking off stage. She kinda reminds us of an evil Rodney Dangerfield, no?

"Millionaire Matchmaker" client Michael Bernback, the guy accused of raping three women, says they all wanted it and one of the women even let him pee in her mouth.

Bernback says in legal docs, obtained by TMZ, he met all three women on sexual hook-up websites. He claims at least two of the women knew they'd be engaging in bondage and/or anal sex -- a totally different story than what his eight felony and three misdemeanor charges indicate.

During one encounter, Bernback says one of the women allowed herself to be tied up with various bondage devices and let Bernback "urinate into her mouth" in the shower.

According to the legal docs, the woman all admitted they advertised on sexual hook-up websites they were looking for sexual liaisons. The docs say at least 1 of the women told cops she knew there would be multiple women on hand for a sexual encounter.

Scott Disick's 18-year-old travel companion says she's NOT sleeping with or dating him ... at least that's the story she's telling her friends.

Lindsay Vrckovnik insists she's never hooked up with Scott. She says she's been traveling with a group of models and met Scott in NYC, and hung out for a day. The girls wanted to move the party to Miami over the weekend, and according to what she's telling friends ... Scott happily followed.

Lindsay -- who's from Canada -- has a boyfriend there and the photos that surfaced have caused a problem between the two of them.

Whatever Lindsay claims ... she's having trouble convincing her BF for a few reasons. First, she and Scott didn't meet for the first time last week ... they hung out at least once before, in July, at a party in Malibu.

Lorenzo Lamas hopes his son can pull through his legal troubles -- he got busted for theft at a Target -- but dad's hardly jumping through hoops to save A.J. Lamas' bacon.

We asked Lorenzo about A.J.'s theft, battery, and child endangerment arrest. He was also allegedly carrying a meth pipe. L.L. sounded concerned about his son, telling us ... "He's in a difficult spot. My heart and prayers go out to him."

But Lorenzo also hinted A.J. has burned him in the past -- "My family has been there for him on numerous occasions."

"Jersey Shore" alum Vinny Guadagnino doesn't care if people think he's a washed-up reality star desperate for cash ... he's unloading his white 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo on eBay.

Vinny posted a pic of the whip with the message, "Attention rich people! I'm selling my car ... I know I know what you haters want to comment, 'reality star, washed up, broke, need money, etc..' Feel free to!"

It's unclear if he's really strapped for cash or just cleverly wording his post to generate buzz ... like a good used car salesman would.

Starting bid is $169k and so far ... no takers, but there's still a week to go. If Vinny's pitch doesn't net a buyer, perhaps the mileage will -- he's only logged 1,190 miles!

Maddie Ziegler just turned 13 and if you're wondering what a kid who's starred in 3 Sia music videos and a reality show gets when they reach teen-hood ... ice, as in a pair of diamond stud earrings.

Ziegler's family surprised the "Dance Moms" star with a birthday party at their family's favorite hibachi restaurant. We're told the youngster was punked by her family and friends, who all profusely apologized saying they couldn't make it out for her birthday.

But when Maddie showed up at the restaurant ... her BFFs Nia, Kendall and Mackenzie from the show all yelled SURPRISE!!! We're told 2 dozen people were in on it, even Abby Lee Miller.

After the group sang happy birthday, they took down a cheesecake. And to top it all off she also got what every other 13-year-old out there wants ... an Apple Watch.

Next stop for the youngsters ... L.A., where they'll be filming the new season of "Dance Moms."

"Fast N' Loud" host Richard Rawlings says he broke his back promoting a famous auto parts store and all he got was the shaft.

Rich says in a new lawsuit, he signed on with the company that does marketing for O'Reilly Auto Parts to make personal appearances and sing the virtues of O'Reilly on social media sites. Rich also owns a car shop and agreed to slap O'Reilly banners on the walls.

In return for his good work, Rich says he was promised a cool $100k.

Rich says he's been shorted by $40k and is now suing for payment.

We reached out to a rep for the marketing company. So far ... no word back. Oh!!!

Before he was crushing real estate, "Million Dollar Listing" star Josh Altman was crushing ass at Syracuse ... where he says being the kicker for the football team paid off HUUUGE!

It seems Paris is hooked up with the guy she's with, and it's interesting to see 13-year-old Blanket, who has flown under the radar since his dad's death.

The show airs on Lifetime.

"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Nikki Mudarris claims she had no idea a recently leaked sex tape would surface and she's warning everyone who posts it to take it down ... or she'll sue.

Mudarris appears in the video with 'L&HH' co-star Mally Mall and it hit the web this week like wildfire. Nikki's lawyer threatened legal action in a letter sent to various blogs that posted the video to take it down STAT.

Her attorney claims the video was recorded without Nikki's knowledge and reports of her speaking with Vivid about a deal for the tape are flat out lies.

Brandi Glanville has another trick up her sleeve to get the smelly vagina lawsuit thrown out ... she claims Joanna Krupa signed away her right to go after Brandi in court.

In documents obtained by TMZ ... Brandi says Joanna's defamation suit should be tossed, because Joanna's 'Real Housewives' contract forbids her from suing her fellow 'Housewives' cast members.

It would make sense since the heat on those shows comes from the women sniping at each other.

Joanna was on "The Real Housewives of Miami" back in 2013 -- and, in fact, Brandi's vagina comment came on the heels of the 'Miami' reunion show.

Brandi admits she doesn't have a copy of Joanna's contract ... but considering Brandi was on the Bev Hills edition, it's a good bet she knows what's in the fine print.

Krupa's lawyer thinks Brandi's reaching -- trying everything she can and "hope something sticks."

"Big Brother" stars Austin Matelson and Liz Nolan are shattering the taboo of reality show romance ... much to the dismay of a torrent of online haters.

Austin tells TMZ when Big Brother ended ... he was flooded with messages calling him a "disgusting cheater" and "classless" for breaking up with his then-GF on TV.

For the non-fans ... Austin and Liz kicked off a relationship early in the show ... despite the fact that Austin was a taken man.

They both got called out for the love triangle ... in one of the most awkward moments of the season.

Austin says, he and Liz are now exclusively dating, have met each other's families and Liz plans on moving from Miami to LA to be close to him.

Love is cool ... but $500k would have bought a lot of friends.
