Joshua Allen -- the season 4 winner of "So You Think You Can Dance" -- faces serious time behind bars after allegedly attacking his girlfriend twice in a 2-month span.

According to the D.A.'s Office ... Allen went after his girlfriend last month, chasing her inside a coffee shop when she tried to run away. When a woman tried to step in, Allen allegedly threw a glass vase at her and vandalized the shop before bystanders took him down.

He also strangled her in April, according to the D.A. At the time, she already had a criminal protective order against Allen for a prior domestic violence conviction.

Allen's been charged with 2 felony counts of willfully injuring his girlfriend, 1 felony assault with a deadly weapon ... and 4 misdemeanors related to battery, vandalism and violating the protective order.

If convicted ... he faces more than 10 years in prison.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Stevie J says Joseline Hernandez is out to ruin his character, and calls her allegations he molested his 6-year-old daughter ... a sick attempt at revenge.

Joseline posted a message to Twitter earlier this month, claiming Stevie had molested the daughter he shares with Mimi Faust for years.

Stevie remained quiet about the claim until Wednesday when he filed for, and was granted, a temporary restraining order against Hernandez. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Stevie calls Joseline volatile, jealous and says she's filled with an evil sense of revenge after their nasty split.

We've learned the Logo network is shooting a gay 'bachelor' show, and the prize is Robert Sepulveda Jr. He's an interior designer with Puerto Rican roots who now lives in ATL. In case you didn't notice, Robbie's in good shape.

Our production sources say 13 male contestants have been cast and the show is filming at an L.A. mansion.

The show is called "Finding Prince Charming" and it's hosted by Lance Bass.

There might be a rub. We're told the show is not a spinoff of "The Bachelor," and it's unclear whether producers of the OG show might have a problem with the knockoff.

The co-founder of a product featured on "Shark Tank" is in serious trouble after he was busted for allegedly pulling a gun on someone outside his home.

Burbank police tell TMZ ... Mike Barzman -- who pitched "Invisiplug" in season 5 -- went off the rails earlier this month on a man smoking in front of his house. We're told Mike got into a heated argument over the ciggy, and pulled out a gun threatening to kill the man.

We're told cops arrived at his home the next day and recovered a semi-automatic handgun. Barzman was arrested for felony assault with a firearm. He posted $50k bail the next day.

Barzman's attorney, Gregory Brenner, says his client did have an unloaded gun on him ... but never pointed it at the smoker and never threatened him. In fact, he says Barzman is the one who felt threatened.

Lisa Vanderpump seems to be rejiggering her priorities ... because she's letting her TV career go to the dogs.

We found out Lisa and hubby Ken Todd are opening a dog rescue and adoption center in WeHo. They're locking down a location and plan to break ground in the next few months. We're told it will all be chronicled on 'RHOBH.'

We broke the story ... Lisa held out re-signing for 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' until producers agreed to showcase her work for the LGBT and animal rights communities.

She's becoming downright Oprah-ish.

Kim and Kyle Richards are being sued by a stylist who claims Kim's pit bull viciously attacked her and Kim refused to call 911 unless the woman lied to protect the dog.

Paige Sanderson says in a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- she went to Kyle's house in April to help Kim dress for a promotional appearance for 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.'

Sanderson says when she saw Kim's pit bull, Kingsley, she became fearful and ran into a bathroom. She says she was assured the dog was docile, so she came out and says Kingsley went ham.

Sanderson says the dog lunged at her, bit and held on to her lower abdomen and crotch, tearing off her leggings and underwear and ripping out portions of flesh.

From there she says it only got worse. According to the lawsuit, Kim refused to call 911 unless Sanderson lied to EMT's by blaming the attack on a stray dog ... not Kingsley.

Kingsley has a history of attacking. The dog bit Kyle's daughter, Alexia, in November 2014, sending her to the hospital. The dog also attacked a dog trainer and an 80-year-old woman.

Lisa Vanderpump is coming back to 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' TMZ has learned, but there are serious strings attached.

Production sources tell us Lisa made some demands, but none had to do with money. She wants 'RHOBH' to showcase her work in the LGBT community. She also wants the show to put a spotlight on the work she does to fight AIDS. And finally she wants publicity for her fight to put a stop to the dog meat market in China.

"Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood" star Mally Mall got a stoner's dream gift for his 38th birthday ... a 4-foot blunt disguised as a weed sword, and he smoked it all at his Ace of Diamonds birthday bash while shooting out $50k from a laser gun.

The mega-joint was a gift from B-Real of Cypress Hill. The two are actually partners in the weed biz and their hallmark is packaging joints in creative silhouettes.

We're told B-Real rolled about 3 oz of weed into Mally's present ... totally legal in California where anyone with a medical license can possess up to 8 oz. As for the price ... $900 since it was packed with M&M Cookies -- not the candy, but the award-winning weed strain.

As it turns out ... it still wasn't enough to go around, so they sparked another blunt, this one shaped like an uzi.

Sources close to production tell us ... Lisa's the only 'Housewife' who hasn't signed on for a 7th season. She's complained to producers she didn't dig the "negative vibes" last season from castmates who ganged up on her.

She met with producers early last week at Pump, and added a concern -- time. She spends most of it focused on "Vanderpump Rules" as well as operating her 3 restaurants.

And there's more ... Lisa's on a mission to end the dog meat market in China, which also eats into her time.
