Tarek El Moussa has filed for divorce from wife Christina, but we're told they are resolved to continue their show, "Flip or Flop."

According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Tarek cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for ending his 8-year marriage.

He's asking for joint custody of their 2 kids. But this is interesting ... he wants her to pay him spousal support but wants the judge to block any move she makes to collect it from him.

A source close to the couple tells TMZ, "It's civilized, or as best it can be under the circumstances. They have to make it work if they want to continue monetizing what they do."

Vivica A. Fox pissed off the director and producer who made her male stripper reality show possible -- Jean-Claude LaMarre is cutting ties with her after she said gay men aren't welcome at the strip shows.

Jean-Claude put Vivica in his movie, "Chocolate City" ... which led to her spinning off 'Black Magic' into a TV show. You'll recall, she was promoting the show last week on "The Breakfast Club" when she strongly objected to the suggestion gays were coming out to see her strippers.

As she put it ... "Hell no!"

Now LaMarre tells TMZ ... "The comments were out of order, and it does not represent our attitudes toward the LGBT community. All are welcomed." He added, "Vivica speaks for herself not the business or the show."

LaMarre will remain an Executive Producer on the reality show, and made it clear he wants 'Black Magic' to succeed -- he just doesn't want to work with Vivica anymore.

Kim Kardashian has been truer to her word than we ever thought ... the bling around her neck has taken a nosedive from 7 figures to 3.

Kim vowed after her robbery in early October she would lose the expensive jewelry for good ... jewelry that exceeded $4 MILLION for certain pieces.

He's only been out of rehab for a few hours, but Lamar Odom says he's already thinking about his next professional move ... a new reality TV show.

Odom completed a 35 day stint at a San Diego treatment center on Thursday and immediately hit up Beverly Hills to celebrate with a mini-shopping spree.

He looked and sounded great -- and touted the rehab experience as "life-changing."

Bethenny Frankel got screwed in her divorce -- once by her ex-husband and once by her own lawyers -- so she claims in a new lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, back in 2011, Bethenny bought a Manhattan condo for $5 million. Jason Hoppy, her hubby at the time, suggested she put the property in a trust. She claims she wanted it held in her name alone, but went along with the trust idea and they had their lawyers draft the document.

Bethenny claims, after divorce papers were filed -- to her horror -- she discovered the trust gave Jason a 50% interest in the condo. What's more, he had the right to live there and not pay a penny in rent.

Bethenny claims the snafu made the divorce super messy and it took 3 years to resolve.

Heidi and Spencer Pratt's return to the "Celebrity Big Brother" UK house didn't come cheap ... the show dropped hundreds of thousands of dollars for the couple to come in and cause trouble.

Speidi will make $700k to compete this season -- quite a bit more than the normal $250k cap.

TMZ broke the story, Ray J's raking in even more -- $1 MILLION for his participation.

As for why the show is opening its corporate wallet ... interest has faded in the past couple of years. Aubrey O'Day, Jonathan Cheban and David Gest didn't deliver the ratings, so producers needed to goose things.

Heidi and Spencer were universally hated by the cast on 'Celeb Big Brother' in 2013, but managed to finish as runners-up. Producers are hoping they'll stir up all sorts of drama this time around as well along with Ray and Khloe K's BFF, Malika.

'Bachelor' star Corinne Olympios makes no apologies for her aggressive pursuit of Nick Viall, and if Bachelor Nation wants to label her the villain ... she's cool with it and so are her parents.

We're told the family watched Monday's premiere together and Corinne's parents tell us they enjoyed it, and have no problem with contestants and fans hanging a scarlet 'V' on their little girl. They also said Corrine was happy with the label.

10:32 AM PT -- Now this is interesting ... Kim just restored "Kardashian West" to her Twitter name, around an hour after she began going just as "Kim." Unclear why she did and then undid it.

Kim just made her first real move on Twitter since her robbery back in early October, and she's lost 2 famous monikers ... Kardashian and West. She changed her twitter name to just plain "Kim."

It seems ominous on the surface, but when you look a little deeper it doesn't seem to have anything to do with her fam. She just a posted candid video of her, Kanye and the kids.

The word is ... she's trying to rebrand herself as a one-named celeb, like Oprah and Cher.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar was off the mark in his scathing critique of "The Bachelor," because love blossoms the same way on TV as it does in real life ... so says a contestant.

We got "Bachelor in Paradise" star Jared Haibon -- who's been on 2 seasons of "BIP" and 1 season of "The Bachelorette" -- and he says the idea that people aren't their true selves on the reality shows mirrors what happens with everyone on a date ... they put on a good but sometimes false face.

Jared's got a point ... but it seems like Kareem was getting at something a lot deeper than being phony for the cameras. Kareem rails on the shows, saying it portrays "cartoonish physical and mental restrictions" on relationships. He also comes close to calling the shows racist, saying, "If you're black ... you're usually kept around as a courtesy for a few weeks before being ejected."

A&E got betrayed and embarrassed by putting it out to the world none of the subjects in the KKK documentary got a penny ... when they actually did.

The network has pulled the plug on "Generation KKK," after producers fessed up on XMAS eve they slipped money to some KKK members to "facilitate access." In other words, they were paid.

A&E was clear to us a few days ago ... no one was paid because it's against network policies for documentaries and also network officials gave assurances to the Anti-Defamation League no one would like the pockets of the hate group.

Thing is ... the subjects of the documentary wanted to sell the idea they were not a hate group but rather a "hate preservation group."

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's massive fight ending with Chyna storming out of the house with Dream wasn't drummed up for their show ... in fact, we've learned cameras weren't even rolling when it went down.

Production sources say film crews weren't at Rob's place last Saturday morning when Chyna allegedly got physical with her baby daddy. We're told things were so bad, Corey Gamble had to rip Chyna off of Rob and even called Rob's sisters over ... but Chyna took off before they arrived.

Our sources say reaction interviews were filmed shortly after the fight, but the brawl itself was the real deal.

For what it's worth, we're told the two got back together just a few days after Chyna left and are co-parenting Dream.
