Tori Spelling is having a nervous breakdown ... according to multiple people who are intimately involved in her life.

Our sources tell TMZ ... it all came to a head when Tori checked herself into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center over the weekend. We're told her "Ebola scare" was all a ruse ... "a lie" to cover up what we're told is her crumbling personal life.

Our sources are consistent about the problems that have caused Tori to lose it:

-- Her marriage is dangerously on the rocks. We're told Tori had a nuclear argument with husband Dean McDermott recently over a nanny he wanted to hire who she felt put the kids at risk. But the bigger problem -- we're told she's telling people he's skipping AA meetings and fears he's close to drinking again. Tori's biggest fear ... alcohol is what Dean says caused him to cheat.

-- Tori and Dean are financially strapped, if not flat broke. Candy is not helping her out financially, and they've blown through her $800K inheritance from Aaron Spelling. She's freaking out that she's turning 42 and believes her scripted career is over, and her reality career is shaky.

-- Tori is faking illness to the point she is actually making herself sick. The Ebola craziness was never real ... but Tori created such drama around it, staying up days at a time and not eating ... she made herself sick and her health is compromised.

One very close friend is trying to stage an intervention, telling TMZ, "I am hoping that shedding some light on it for all of her fans to read may actually lead her to seek some change in her life ... kind of like David Hasselhoff watching the drunk video of himself eating a hamburger."

Teresa Giudice will serve time in the prison that was the inspiration for "Orange is the New Black" ... but there will be no hookups AND she won't be as fashionable.

We got hold of the prison handbook for the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, CT -- where she'll serve her 15 months -- and the rules FORBID intimate relations between inmates -- a la Poussey and Taystee.

And she can forget prison chic -- the official uniform is grey, khaki, white, or pastel green.

Giudice will get family visits ... where kissing and touching IS allowed ... but her 4 daughters and Joe will max out at 12 visits a month.

She'll also have to work ... most likely in one of the prison factories -- those jobs generally go to inmates who have to pay off huge restitution debts, so she qualifies.

As for buying stuff ... inmates are limited to $320/mo. at the prison store. She's allowed to beautify herself at the prison barber shop.

Come to think of it ... it's a lot like Jersey.

"Blood, Sweat & Heels" star Melyssa Ford showed off the nasty head wound she got when a cast member smashed her with a bottle, and based on this video -- this was no fake reality TV fight.

Ford was being wheeled into Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC on Thursday ... where she's still getting treatment for head and foot wounds after Geneva Thomas allegedly attacked her while taping this week.

As we reported ... Geneva was arrested and booked for felony assault.

Dina Lohan is far from being a millionaire ... and she's got an insane amount of baggage -- but that's not stopping Patti Stanger from pimping her out to potential suitors.

TMZ has learned Dina will guest star on the upcoming season of "Millionaire Matchmaker" for a few dates -- normally that's reserved for someone with a lot of moolah ... but this season they're switching things up and featuring celebs.

We shot Dina heading into her pre-interview in NYC a few days ago ... and DiLo was mum about her appearance -- as well as the $$$ requirements to appear on the show.

So let this be a warning to any of the dudes Dina meets ... Lindsay Lohan is her daughter, Michael Lohan is her ex-husband, her house had foreclosure issues ... and well, just check Google.

Mama June is seeing someone new, but there's a big problem ... the guy just got out of prison after serving time for molesting one of June's relatives ... TMZ has learned.

The new guy is 53-year-old Mark McDaniel. He was convicted in 2004 for aggravated child molestation. Prosecutors say he molested an 8-year-old child -- forcing oral sex. June was dating McDaniel at the same time he molested the child.

We will not identify the child but it's someone with whom June has contact.

McDaniel served 10 years and was released this past March. He is now a registered sex offender in the state of Georgia.

We're told Honey Boo Boo's mom has been seeing McDaniel for the last few months ... sneaking away from production of the show and meeting up with him. We're told she's also been setting him up by buying him various gifts.

The photo was taken a few weeks ago in a hotel room where June, McDaniel, and other guests were hanging out.

We contacted TLC, which produces "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo." The official says, "TLC is not currently in production on HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO. We are very concerned about this new information and are reassessing the future of the series."

We reached out to June ... so far no word back.

Ray J called out Tyga in a big way ... saying he's crossed the line messing with Kylie Jenner.

Ray and Princess Love were leaving Warwick in Hollywood Wednesday night when they announced their allegiance to Blac Chyna.

Teresa Giudice's prison life is officially headed down a familiar path ... because a N.J. judge ordered the reality TV star to serve her time behind the bars made famous by "Orange Is The New Black."

After her request to spend 12 of her 15 months at a halfway house was denied ... Teresa got the news Wednesday that she'll be headed to the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, CT.

Strangely enough ... Piper Kerman, the author whose memoir inspired "OITNB" was similarly sentenced to 15 months at Danbury ... for money laundering.

Teresa's been begging the judge for weeks not to send her to Danbury ... which the show depicts as being one of the worst prisons in the U.S.

Don't drop the soap, Teresa!

11:50 AM PT -- Turns out the victim was Geneva's co-star Melyssa Ford ... whose rep tells us Ford had to get 3 staples to close the wound on her head -- and also cut her feet on the broken glass.

Bravo star Geneva Thomas has perfected her skills of being an out-of-control reality show bitch ... by getting arrested Tuesday night after cracking a bottle over a chick's head.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Thomas was on a boat in NYC during a shoot for her show, "Blood, Sweat and Heels." We're told she got into an argument with another woman and her choice of weapon was a vodka bottle, which connected with the other lady's head.

The injured woman was taken to a hospital where she was stitched up.

As for Thomas ... she was arrested for felony assault.

Thomas had a less violent run-in last month ... getting arrested for skipping out on an $18 cab fare.

Teresa Giudice wants to go only half way when it comes to serving her prison sentence ... but prosecutors are now saying over their dead bodies.

Giudice is asking the judge for mercy -- to allow her to serve most of her sentence in a half way house. But we just obtained a letter prosecutors sent to the judge ... vehemently objecting ... claiming the judge made it clear she needed prison punishment, and nothing less.

Teresa had sent a letter to the judge -- which we also obtained -- in which she seems to say she has a right under a law called The Second Chance Act to spend 12 out of the 15 months in the half way house.

Kris Jenner is way more bush league than we thought ... if you want to make yourself look younger by photoshopping, don't do it AFTER someone else posts the pic of you looking older than you want.

Kris is hawking her new cookbook and Gordon Ramsey gave it his stamp of approval. But check out Gordon's Instagram and then compare it to Kris's. Clearly she doesn't believe cookbooks get better with age.

Lionel Richie didn't answer immediately when we asked him if the rumor was true that he's Khloe Kardashian's dad ... but he answered definitively.

Khloe's paternity made headlines again when a tabloid claimed the "Dancing on the Ceiling" crooner was actually her pops.

But as he left Madeo Monday night, Richie laughed it off ... though he does care for KK very much.

Of course he isn't, everyone knows it's really O.J. Simpson ... We kid.

"Dancing With the Stars" is drawing a line in the parquet floor with some of its famous pros -- warning them to stay away from an upstart live dance show, or risk a tango ... in court.

Our 'DWTS' sources tell us producers fired off warning letters to several dancing pros right after they sued a touring show called "Ballroom With A Twist." The letter informs the dancers they could be violating their "DWTS" contract if they do any side gigs with the rival.

'Dancing' vets Peta Murgatroyd, Tony Dovolani and Val Chmerkovskiy have all appeared on promotions for 'Ballroom' ... but the show hasn't started touring yet. We're told they've now been told to bail, or face potential legal action.

In other words ... they own you, jive turkeys.

Tori Spelling had several of the symptoms, and got treated like an Ebola patient this weekend when she was hospitalized with a bunch of illnesses ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us Tori was running a fever, coughing uncontrollably, and having trouble breathing ... when she was taken to Cedars Sinai Hospital. We're told Tori was quarantined from other patients, and medical staff took precautions while treating her.

While it sounds scary ... we're told it's NOT Ebola -- but instead Tori was admitted for a severe case of bronchitis with a sinus infection. Doctors are running blood tests, and a lung specialist is going to check out her bronchitis.

We're told Tori had to cancel a scheduled press tour for the 2nd season of her reality show.

Kylie Jenner and Tyga still deny they're a couple -- smart since she's 17 and he's 24 -- but that's not stopping them from flying together all over Europe, where it just so happens the age of consent would be more favorable for them to ... y'know.

Tyga and Kylie were spotted together at England's Gatwick Airport on Friday ... then traveled on to Bordeaux, France and Geneva, Switzerland ... before landing in Athens, Greece where Tyga had a gig Sunday night.

Seems odd that Kylie would go on tour with Tyga -- if they're just friends -- but then we noticed the age of consent for sex in those countries:

England -- 16
France -- 15
Switzerland -- 16
Greece -- 15

The consent age is 18 under Federal and California law. Of course, there's still no evidence they're banging -- and Tyga's been adamant they're NOT -- but ya gotta wonder if they read up on international laws before departing ... just in case.

Former "American Idol" contestant Joanne Borgella died Saturday at the age of 32 ... after fighting for the past year against what she described as a "rare case" of cancer.

Borgella's family broke the news on her Facebook page Saturday ... saying the singer passed away around 5:45 A.M. -- adding, "Her faith, courage and strength were unshaken throughout every obstacle she encountered."

Joanne was the first winner of "Mo'Nique's Fat Chance" using the name "Miss F.A.T." in 2005. In 2008, she was on Season 7 of "A.I." and made it into the top 12 girls category.

Last year, Joanne said her cancer was rare because it had spread to her chest -- the family's post on Facebook described it as endometrial cancer ... a form of cancer that attacks the lining of the womb.

Borgella last updated her social media pages about her battle in September ... and said she was going back to radiation for 2 more procedures.

Kris Jenner has been crying every night over Bruce Jenner's new date ... who happens to be Kris' former best friend for the last 20 years.

We're told Kris feels utterly betrayed by Ronda Kamihira ... who to this day has not said a word to her about seeing Bruce. Kris has seen photos of Bruce and Ronda in public, including the Elton John concert on Oct. 4th in L.A. She feels humiliated and played.

We're also told Kris has not confronted Bruce about Ronda -- and doesn't care if they're banging or not. She feels Bruce being out with Ronda on dates -- even casual ones -- given that Ronda was a family friend with whom they vacationed and shared holidays -- is just appalling.

One source said Kris is "torn apart and angry."
