Floyd Mayweather Continues to Grieve ... In Courtside Lakers Seats

Published | Updated

For the second night in a row, Floyd Mayweather decided to deal with the murder/suicide involving his friend Earl Hayes by sitting courtside at a NBA game.

Floyd -- along with model Liza Hernandez -- went to Staples Center and sat on the hardwood to watch the Lakers take on the Sacramento Kings ... laughing and smiling as if nothing was wrong.

Shocking ... considering Mayweather witnessed the horrific incident on FaceTime -- and you'd think a public place like a NBA game would be the last place he'd want to be.

As we previously reported, cops want to speak with Mayweather about the incident. We're told police have reached out to Floyd's people ... but they've been "less than willing" to cooperate.

Meanwhile, Kobe Bryant walked on to the court last night with a shirt that read "I Can't Breathe" ... as a tribute to Eric Garner.

'Billy Bob's Gags to Riches' Ranch Hand Pulls Gun on Wannabe Inventor

Published | Updated

The star of Discovery's "Billy Bob's Gags to Riches" -- a redneck version of "Shark Tank" -- apparently had a tough decision to make ... humor an inventor he thought was a stalker, or let his ranch hand go down in flames -- and guess which he chose?

Billy Bob's show showcases inventors with gag products, like fake teeth that make you look like a hillbilly. A guy named Dennis Weir had an invention he wanted to pitch ... badly, so he hunted Billy Bob down to the point BB felt like he was being stalked.

Dennis showed up at Billy Bob's Illinois hunting lodge earlier this month, and the ranch hand went to the edge of the property, pulled a .45 caliber pistol on Dennis and told him to get out of Dodge.

Dennis called the cops and the ranch hand was arrested for assault. But it appears from the police report cops had an idea that would make everyone happy and presumably the criminal case would go away. All Billy Bob had to do was meet Dennis and hear about his invention.

The cop escorted Dennis into Billy Bob's office and asked to see him, but the assistant sent them packing. So Dennis didn't get to pitch is invention, and the ranch hand just got charged with a crime.

Earl Hayes Rapped About Murder-Suicide Four Years Ago

Published | Updated

Rapper Earl Hayes had thoughts of suicide long before killing his wife and himself on Monday -- back in 2010 he recorded a song with lines like, "I could just kill us both, go out with a smash."

The song was called "Suicide" and it was part of a mixtape Hayes put out called "The First 48" (which also happens to be an A&E show about murder investigations).

It's pretty eerie ... in the song Hayes describes almost exactly the tragedy with his wife, VH1 star Stephanie Moseley:

Shoot your girlfriend or when you get surrounded by cops.
F**k the real life shoot it out and do your time on the spot.

Make a family crying with your girl and their hearstses.
Take somebody with you who really didn't deserve it.
Show everybody that life just ain't perfect.
And when you get mad, it's time to close curtains,
Cuz this song is for you.

In another song ... "Introducing Hayes" ... he raps, "I want respect even if I got to die for it. Even if my family gotta stand over my casket and cry for it."

As we reported, Hayes was distraught over what he believed was repeated infidelity, including a fling he said Stephanie had with Trey Songz.

One Mayweather source says Floyd challenged Hayes, saying he was weak for not leaving her.

At that point, as Floyd was on FaceTime, Hayes went off and said he was going to gun down Stephanie. We're told when the boxer realized Hayes was going to shoot Stephanie, he begged Hayes not to go through with it.

Our law enforcement sources say Hayes went into the bathroom and fired 10 to 12 shots as Stephanie was taking a bath. We're told she was hit multiple times.

Neighbors who heard the shots called the LAPD and cops rushed to the scene, but when they got to the door they heard another shot and retreated. That shot was Hayes taking his own life.

The SWAT team showed up and broke down the door. Cops found Stephanie's body in the bathtub and Hayes was in the bedroom.

We're now told the LAPD wants to interview Floyd ... presumably because he was a witness to the murder-suicide.

Mama June Oops, Sorry for the Death Threats I Didn't Mean It

Published | Updated

Georgia prosecutors clearly don't have a sense of humor -- they can't even tell the difference between a real death threat and a funny one ... so claims the guy who threatened to kill Mama June and Pumpkin.

Andrew Kurt Summers -- who now faces felony charges of making terroristic threats -- went on Facebook and threatened to shoot June and her daughter.

But Summers tells TMZ ... he was never serious. It was simply, as he puts it, "a joke, a dumb mistake."

Summers says he has no ill will toward the family. He says he was trolling her Facebook page because of the Mark McDaniel situation. As for what he specifically wrote ... he won't say because the case is going to trial. Nor would he explain how a threat to shoot someone is funny.

Summers was in proximity of the Honey Boo Boo clan. He lives just outside Atlanta, 2 hours from their home.

He's freaked out about the prospect of prison, saying he's a law abiding citizen with a clean record.

And clearly not that funny.

Chinese Family to Kardashians Feng Shui You!

Published | Updated

A Chinese man -- considered the Asian Ryan Seacrest -- has filed a lawsuit alleging the Kardashians trashed his house in the worst way -- they told America it had bad feng shui.

Jianxiang Huang and Li Weihong bought the house in Calabasas in 2012 ... right next door to Kourtney. They left it vacant and asked their realtor to maintain it until they eventually moved in.

Fast forward to last August, when Jianxiang returned to America to find the house in what he believed was shambles -- there was oil on the backsplash, metal bowls were not stacked properly, sugar and salt were "significantly used" and there were even Pittsburgh Steelers slippers in the closet!

Jianxiang sued his realtor, and dropped a BOMBSHELL ... a neighbor told Jianxiang his house was on an episode of "Keeping Up the with Kardashians" in January, when Khloe was looking for a home to escape the Lamar drama. Cameras were rolling when the fam trashed the house, saying it had bad feng shui.

Jianxiang was humiliated, saying in his lawsuit 2 million people worldwide -- plus his neighbor -- saw the Kardashians bring great dishonor to his house.

He's suing the realtor for all sorts of things, including "aiding and abetting a trespass." The Kardashians were not sued.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Mama Joyce regrets her toxic relationship with her in-law Miss Sharon, but still ... she has no plans to go to the funeral.

But now Joyce tells TMZ she is sorry for attacking Sharon by repeating gossip (which turned out to be false) -- and wishes they'd patched things up before Miss Sharon died on Tuesday.

Silver lining? Kandi Burruss' mom says she wants to have a better relationship with Todd.

MJ added she won't attend the funeral out of respect for Miss Sharon's friends and family. She knows a lot of people would be pissed if she showed her face ... so instead she's going to send flowers.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino -- who was once rolling in cash -- is now so desperate for money he's literally selling the tires off his car.

Sitch is auctioning off the custom wheels on his Ferrari on eBay. There's a good reason he needs the money ... he owes millions in taxes and is being criminally prosecuted for tax fraud.

Under the category "every little bit counts," there have been 67 bids at the time of this post and the frontrunner is willing to shell out $4,050.

He wants more than that before he parts with the rubber, but unclear how much.

It has not been a very Goodyear.
