Cardi B and Migos' Offset are learning love pays big time ... if they can make it to the altar.

Multiple production sources tell TMZ ... shortly after the couple got engaged, BET, VH1 and WE tv started jockeying to seal the deal on a TV wedding special that could be worth about one million dollars!

We're told the goal is to set up freshly engaged Cardi and Offset with a deal similar to what Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka'oir nailed down with BET to air their lavish wedding.

Our sources say renowned producer Mona Scott from VH1 has already reached out to Cardi B. Mona created 'Love & Hip Hop' ... so you'd think she'd be the front-runner.

We're told the couple's down for a TV special, and they're mulling over offers.

2:30 PM PT -- Warner Bros. tells us, "We take all allegations of workplace harassment very seriously. These allegations were brought to our attention and were thoroughly investigated earlier this year. Our findings did not support the plaintiff’s characterization of the events claimed to have taken place, which is why we are disappointed by the filing of this lawsuit."

The company that produces the 'Bachelor' franchise, along with several of its producers, has a sexual harassment case on its hands -- a former employee now claims producers repeatedly asked her sexually invasive questions that she says had nothing to do with the show.

Becky Steenhoek is suing Warner Bros. Entertainment and several producers from the show claiming they asked her gratuitous questions, including:

-- How often do you masturbate?

-- Do you own sex toys/dildos?

-- Have you ever had anal sex?

-- Do you enjoy giving hand jobs?

-- Is your vagina shaved? Do you have a landing strip?

-- Has a man ever got your "taco" talking?

Steenhoek says these questions were designed to embarrass her because of her "sexual inexperience and conservative views about sex."

She claims a week after complaining about the comments she was fired.

"Dancing with the Stars" front-runner Lindsey Stirling is in excruciating pain after suffering a devastating injury that could knock her off the show.

'DWTS' sources tell TMZ ... Lindsey was badly hurt Sunday in rehearsal practicing a rapid dance move and was rushed to a hospital. We've learned she suffered a blunt rib injury and possible separation, and the pain's so immense it could force her to bow out of Monday's show.

Lindsey's dance partner, Mark Ballas, went to the hospital with Lindsey, and she asked him what would happen if she's unable to perform Monday. It's crushing ... he tells Lindsey she'll have to forfeit.

Bethenny Frankel had an extremely tough weekend -- her family dog suffered a massive seizure ... and now she's saying she might have to put her down.

Bethenny posted a number of harrowing videos Saturday of her pup, Cookie, having a seizure at her home ... with a distraught Bethenny literally asking her social media followers what she should do, especially since her nearest vet is 40 min away.

Bethenny later said their docs didn't have good news at first -- Cookie was alive, but unconscious ... but she's now resting with a high temperature. During the seizure scare, Bethenny said she'd be putting her down if she didn't recover.

The ex-RHONY star caught flak for what some thought was a terrible reaction to the situation -- people assumed she waited 45 minutes before bringing the dog to the vet, and opted to film instead.

Bethenny cleared up the controversy, though ... she said they left for the vet only 3 minutes into Cookie's seizure, and that she only resorted to social media out of desperation.

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian took the cake for costumes Saturday night in Bel Air.

Kim got Madonna on the nose, and Kourtney did an impressive Michael Jackson. They were headed to a party in the fanciest of areas of L.A. when photogs got the pic.

The way the story goes ... Madge and MJ dated back in the day. Madonna once brought Michael as her date to the 63rd Academy Awards ceremony back in 1991, and that was the inspiration for the costumes.

Kendall Jenner kinda jammed out at a Migos concert but spent at least as much time yakking with friends.

Kendall showed up at Camp Flog Gnaw, a music festival thrown by Tyler the Creator. You see Tyler and Kendall at the beginning of the clip. She clearly knows lots of people there.

Sounds like a fun night ... Mac Miller, Lana del Rey, Tyler the Creator, and Vince Staples all performed.

10/30/17, 4:40 PM -- We spoke with a rep for Dr. Phil who tells us he never hit the skateboarder, and adds the only contact happened when the skateboarder put his hand on the roof of Phil's car to keep his balance.

Dr. Phil's not going to skate after hitting a dude with his car, because the skateboarder he struck is gearing up to go after him in court ... TMZ has learned.

Terrence Bembury's lawyer John Mardoyan tells us ... he's already filed an insurance claim over the accident, and it's very likely a lawsuit's coming next. The lawyer says Terrence sustained a serious shoulder injury and possible head trauma.

Bembury's also got a major problem with how he says Dr. Phil handled the situation. He claims he was in a state of shock after being hit by a celeb and was definitely not OK before Phil took off ... even though cops say he told Phil he was fine -- which gave the Doc the right to leave.

Terrence thinks whatever he said, Dr. Phil had a civic duty to stay until help arrived.

As we reported ... the skateboarder posted a pic from an exam room after the accident and lashed out at Dr. Phil online, but cops dispute some of his allegations toward the TV host.

'Big Brother 2' winner Dr. Will Kirby had it all -- the perfect woman, perfect 2 kids and perfect career ... all that was missing was a wedding ring. But now ... check!

Will finally tied the knot with longtime fiancée Erin Brodie ... who btw won the reality show "For Love or Money" back in 2003. The intimate, all-white affair went down in Malibu. We're told about 50 people attended ... including their 2 kids -- Scarlett and Cash.

Shannon Beador and her husband, David, have separated after 17 years of marriage ... TMZ has learned.

The 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star told her fellow housewives Friday while filming the season 12 reunion show. She says David and her split a little more than a month ago.

Shannon released a statement saying she felt alone in her marriage and tried to do what she could to keep the family together ... but it wasn't working in their relationship.

Shannon and David's rocky relationship has been portrayed on the show during her 4 seasons, especially a bombshell in season 10 -- that David cheated on her. They worked on repairing their marriage ... but it was very up and down.

The ex-couple have 3 daughters together.

Kathy Griffin is ripping into Andy Cohen for dissing her to a TMZ photog -- and says he was a horrible misogynist to her while she was at Bravo.

Kathy was reacting to a video we posted where Andy joked he had no idea who Kathy was. It seemed clear he held some sort of grudge ... possibly over Kathy calling their mutual friend, Anderson Cooper, "spineless."

But she is making it clear it goes way deeper than that. Andy was a Bravo exec when Kathy's 'My Life on the D-List' was airing ... as well as several of her comedy specials. She claims Andy "Treated me like a dog" and was "deeply misogynistic."

She wasn't more specific about the allegation.

If Simon Cowell's being honest ... he's going to recover just fine from that nasty fall down a flight of stairs.

Simon was driven back to his London home Friday after spending a few hours in the hospital. He gave the thumbs-up on his way into the house. As we reported, he had to get a CAT scan after fainting while walking up a steep staircase.

Kylie Jenner just threw down millions for a very well-placed pile of dirt, and it's the first sign the mom-to-be could be looking to expand ... TMZ has learned.

Kylie scooped up the plot of land adjacent to her $12 million Hidden Hills home for a cool $5 million ... ALL CASH! The corner lot is about 1.5 acres, and we're told the plan is to turn it into a garden and possible barn with horses since there's a ton of horse trails nearby. Although nothing's set in stone yet ... the purchase gives KJ plenty of room -- 3 acres when combined with her current crib.

She could also build a badass playground for that baby she's got on the way.

As we told you, the Kardashians just signed a new $150 million TV deal -- and while the elder sisters are getting a bigger chunk of the deal, Kylie's obviously more than making due.

Kylie's go-to realtor, Tomer Fridman of Compass, helped her seal the deal.

Tamar Braxton won't have to go through her divorce alone ... 'cause the cavalry has arrived.

We got the Braxton sisters, sans Toni, at LAX and it's clear they've got Tamar's back. In fact, it's no coincidence they arrived days after she filed to divorce Vincent Herbert.

The Braxton ladies hinted this is sort of a family tradition.

E! Network execs still know where their Kardashian bread is buttered, which is why Kim, Kourtney and Khloe are getting the lion's share of the fam's new $150 million deal ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources predict 50 - 60% of that 5-cycle deal will be split between the 3 oldest sisters -- despite the fact lil sis Kylie Jenner has gained immense popularity and success since their last contract. Think about it ... Kylie's the only one with a spin-off currently, and she's the only sister who rivals Kim's social media presence.

Still, as one source put it, "It's called 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians'" -- and that show has a formula that works: focusing on Kourtney, Khloe and, of course, the OG ... Kim, who our network sources say still gets more than everyone else.

Kylie's next in the dough line though -- thanks to her show. As for Kendall ... she's busy traveling and modeling all the time -- so less screen time translates to a smaller share. Ditto for Rob, despite no modeling or traveling.

We're told the next generation isn't part of the $150 million deal ... but we're told if the young 'uns, born and soon-to-come make an appearance they'll earn some coin too.

As we first reported, master negotiator Kris Jenner gets her 10% managing fee ... a paltry $15 million. Job well done.
