UFC legend Randy Couture says he jumped into action to pull a family from a flipped vehicle in Mexico Sunday ... rescuing several people trapped in their ride after crashing near Cancun, TMZ Sports has learned.

We spoke with Couture who confirmed ... he had just landed in Mexico to work on the movie "Bruja" and was on his way to his hotel when, "I looked up and this minivan went off the road."

"It rolled over twice into the jungle. My driver pulled over and called the police. We busted into the woods and helped the two women and the kid."

"The vehicle was on its side, so everyone was climbing out the side door. One of the women seemed like she was in shock. She was really weak. So I carried her out of the van and to the road. I wanted to get everyone away from the car because I was concerned it was going to catch fire. There were all these fluids leaking from the van."

Couture says all 6 people in the car were okay -- no serious injuries -- "there was some blood from some scratches."

"Once they were back on the road, and we knew they were okay, we left and continued on to the hotel."

We spent hours calling multiple local law enforcement agencies and emergency personnel but haven't heard back. Hey, those long distance charges can be a bitch ...

We got Joey out in Fontana getting ready to burn some rubber competing in NASCAR's Auto Club 400 Sunday when we asked about his driving habits away from the track.

That's when he dropped it on us ... saying he never lets his wife -- or anyone -- drive him around because the world class speedster gets an upset tummy if anyone else has the wheel.

Remember when Richie Incognito smashed his Ferrari with a baseball bat back in 2014???

Well, the Buffalo Bills lineman is finally ready to joke about it.

Incognito posted a pic of his whip and added the caption: "I'd hit it.... 👊🏼 😜#BeenThereDoneThat #FerrariFriday."

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Incognito went all smashy smashy on the car back in the day to "vent" in the wake of the Jonathan Martin bullying scandal.

Incognito was admitted into a psychiatric ward to receive help shortly after the incident -- but it seems the treatment worked ... because he's virtually stayed out of any real trouble ever since.

Don't believe everything you see in commercials ... 'cause when Odell Beckham Jr. whips around in Bev Hills, he ain't driving a Buick -- he's in a $300,000 Ferrari.

The NY Giants superstar was doing some shopping on Rodeo Drive Thursday -- and while he wasn't doing much talking, he was definitely flossin' in a big way.

Check out (what appears to be) a Ferrari F12Berlinetta -- which rocks a 6.3-liter V-12 engine and goes from 0 to 60 in 3.1 seconds. The price tag is reportedly somewhere in the $325k range.

FYI -- OBJ is still in his rookie contract with the Giants and is only expected to make roughly $3 mil this year ... unless he strikes a new deal with the team before the season starts.

Chase Chrisley drives a hard bargain ... in fact, he'll be driving a Range Rover because of a horse trade he made with his dad over a gnarly Bible tattoo.

Todd Chrisley was none too pleased about his 19-year-old son's holy tat ... so to incentivize Chase, the "Chrisley Knows Best" star offered him a sweet ride.

Chase told our photog at LAX Wednesday why he accepted the deal.

Quinton "Rampage" Jackson got a makeover for his most prized possession ... the iconic 'A-Team' van, and says it's finally worthy of a viewing from Mr. T himself.

Producers hooked up the ex-UFC champ after he played B.A. Baracus ... gifting him the van he and the crew mobbed around in for the 2010 'A-Team' flick. We're told it had been sitting in a garage for years and the paint job was jacked.

Enter the guys at L.A. Street Customs -- we're told Rampage took his baby to their shop in North Hollywood to make it presentable again. Check out the unveiling. Luckily for everyone involved ... Rampage seems happy.

Big news for Rolls Royce Rizzy ... his name change is now official after a judge ruled in favor of Rolls-Royce in its war over the ritzy handle.

The rapper can no longer go by Rolls Royce Rizzy, and can't use the company's RR logo in connection with his music or music videos. The luxe car company sued the rapper in January 2015 for trademark infringement.

After the suit was filed ... R³ preemptively toned it down to just Royce Rizzy and wiped the Rolls-Royce title and logo from his website, social media and advertising.

Jerry Seinfeld didn't quite hit the $28 million mark his rare Porsches were expected to make at auction, but he unloaded a VW Beetle for $121k! So, there's that.

All told, Jerry pulled in $22.2 million from selling 17 cars through the Gooding & Company auction -- and there were some deals to be had. Seinfeld's '73 Porsche 917 was a steal at $3 mil, since it was expected to fetch more than twice that.

Jerry introduced his car collection during the auction ... and 4 of his finished in the top 10 in sales, highlighted by his 1955 Porsche 550, which raked in a record $5,335,000. His Beetle sale was also a record.

Aaron Carter played judge and jury in Malibu, threatening to lock up a driver who gave him the bird ... and TMZ got video of the insane roadside conflict.

Sources on scene say Aaron went ballistic after a Volvo driver laid on his horn at a busy intersection, accusing Aaron of making him miss the light. We're told the Volvo driver punctuated the exchange by flipping a middle finger at Aaron.

That's where this video picks up -- Carter pulled into a nearby parking lot, got out with his bulldog and yelled at the driver to pull over so they could fight. Carter also said he was going to get the guy arrested ... for the flick off.

When the driver tells him to "Go home!" Aaron's response is classic ... "Oh, you mean my $2 million mansion?" Check out the altercation -- even Aaron's dogs could tell this was a s*** show.

A rep for Carter tells us he wasn't in the wrong and was just standing up for himself.

The NYC cab driver who REFUSED to allow Kenny Smith into his taxi DID NOT racially profile the former NBA star ... so says the government agency who oversees the drivers.

TMZ Sports sent the clip -- which shows Smith being refused service by a yellow cab driver on Tuesday afternoon -- to the Taxi & Limousine Commission.

Some people -- including Rev. Al Sharpton -- suggested Smith was denied 'cause he's black ... an offense that would not only violate taxi regulations ... but U.S. law.

Using the video, the TLC identified the taxi, and investigated why Smith wasn't allowed in the cab.

A rep for the organization tells us the denial had NOTHING to do with Smith's race ... the driver was simply trying to go home.

"We've been able to confirm that he had just dropped off his last passenger, and did indeed then go off duty. He had no further pickups."

Buyin' it or not?

Antonio Cromartie might currently be jobless but he just gave the world 1.1 million reasons not to pass the hat around for him just yet ... showing off his ridiculous car collection.

Cromartie was cut by the NY Jets earlier this month but that didn't stop him from treating his whips to a little spa day in New Jersey ... calling a crew to come out to his crib to spiffy up the rides.

So, what got pampered? Cromartie's 2016 cherry red Lambo (price tag $600k), white Bentley (price tag $218k), along with a Range Rover ($85k), a Cadillac Escalade and of course ... a Prius.

All tolled ... $1.1 million worth of "Screw you, I'm still rich" to anyone who was wondering.

Okay, we doubt that's what actually happened, but the stunning model did get rear-ended Tuesday in Beverly Hills. The accident appeared minor ... especially considering the size of her SUV, compared to the other car.

Rosie exchanged info with the other driver before driving off, but we're guessing her personal cell was not part of the transaction.

Fire spittin' Lambo? Check. Tricked out Jeep? Check. And now Yoenis Cespedes can add a pimped out TRICYCLE to his stable of sick rides.

The story's pretty cool. Cespedes -- who was born and raised in Cuba -- didn't have a car growing up ... so he traveled using a 3-wheeled bike.

A Mets employee named Theresa -- who happened to have the same bike Yoenis had growing up -- got wind of the story, and wanted to do something nice for the Mets star. So, she took her trike to Alex Vega at The Auto Firm in Miami and asked him to hook up the 3-wheeler ... on her dime.

Theresa gave Vega free reign ... so he customized the tricycle to match his brand new Jeep Wrangler. Painted white with custom red spokes ... and a seat stitched to look like a baseball.

Vega tells us Cespedes was ecstatic when he saw his new ride -- and super blown away at Theresa's kind gesture.

Here's the twist ... Theresa had also brought her OWN whip to The Auto Firm to get some work done herself.

Yoenis found out ... and wanted to return the nice gesture -- so he paid for ALL of the work done to Theresa's car, which included custom rims and a new paint job.

Christina Aguilera's fiancé gave their daughter her first driving lesson ... unfortunately she's only 18 months old.

Matt Rutler took the fam out for a Sunday drive recently in Brentwood, and while stopped on the side of the road little Summer Rain hopped in Daddy's lap. No big deal, until they drove off and she remained in that dangerous position.

Based on the pics, it appears Rutler only drove about 100 yards or so down the road before pulling into a parking spot, but it's still a clear violation and extremely risky -- remember there's an airbag just inches from Summer.

Rutler could've been hit with a $475 ticket for a first offense, but cops didn't witness it ... and luckily, no one was hurt.

One of 38 Special's guitarists, Jeff Carlisi, has something more valuable than the first Fender guitar ever made ... a 1962 Jaguar, which can be yours for $280,000.

Jeff's dad imported the car from Spain back in '62 and it's been in the family since. The rock star decided to unload the Jag because he thinks the climate in his new home -- Florida -- will take its toll on the car.

The multi-platinum guitarist's car will go on the Gooding & Company auction block, along with his guitar from the 1989 video "Second Chance."

The items will go to the highest bidder March 11th at the Amelia Island Auction in Florida.

Kim Kardashian is getting sued for a smashup she had near the Beverly Hills Hotel a couple years ago.

Rafael Linares says he was driving on Sunset Blvd when the accident happened. In the lawsuit, filed Tuesday in L.A., Linares doesn't describe the accident any further -- but goes on to say he suffered multiple injuries, and has incurred expenses for physicians and surgeons.

He also says his car was damaged ... again not much detail beyond that.

As we reported when the accident happened in March 2014 ... no one was ticketed, and Kardashian and Linares exchanged info and hugged it out.

Sources close to Kim describe the damage as "minimal" and felt the guy was totally fine. Her G Wagon suffered a slight paint scuff during the collision.
