Leonardo DiCaprio was kung fu fightin' the hell out of someone in his mind ... as he ripped off some seriously high kicks in the South of France.

The Wolf of Wall Street was kicking air, taking names, and rocking a pony ... while onboard a yacht off St. Tropez Tuesday.

We know Leo loves MMA ... so the kickfest could be a new workout regimen -- or maybe he seriously wants a rematch with the guy who crushed him at Coachella.

Sarah Palin may be conservative, but her driving is unabashedly radical ... giving TMZ an epic rationalization for speeding in her pick up truck in Alaska.

The former guv was stopped in her hometown of Wasilla last Wednesday for going 63 in a 45 MPH zone in her Toyota Tundra. The cop wrote her up and she was on her way.

Palin cops to the crime, telling us, "I wasn't speeding, I was qualifying." She didn't accept full blame, saying Sammy Hagar's, "I Can't Drive 55" on the oldies station contributed to her lead foot.

We're told Palin will pay the $154 ticket STAT.

Hopefully a big black and white won't crush her groove next time.

Bella Hadid -- the 17-year-old daughter of Yolanda Foster -- who appears on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- was arrested early Tuesday morning for DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Bella -- whose stepdad is legendary music producer David Foster and whose dad is Mohamed Hadid -- was driving on PCH at around 4 AM when she allegedly blew through a stop sign and almost collided with an L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. patrol car.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Bella was pulled over and the deputy detected a strong odor of alcohol.

Bella blew a .14 -- which approaches double the legal limit -- but because she's a minor it's even worse. She can't drive with ANY alcohol in her system.

It gets worse. Bella was driving on a suspended license.

She was arrested and ultimately released into the care of her famous stepdad.

Pamela Bach -- famous for once being married to David Hasselhoff and 2 DUI arrests -- is now accused of slamming into a parked car while drunk.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the LAPD is currently investigating an incident last Friday night ... when Pamela was driving down the block where she lives and she slammed into a parked car.

We're told an eyewitness says Pamela skidded down the street and pulled into her driveway 5 houses up the block. When she got out she was stumbling and the witness says Pamela was clearly intoxicated.

The LAPD has taken a hit-and-run report and the case is currently under investigation.

This is not Pamela's first brush with the law or another car. She was prosecuted for hit-and-run in 2007 but the case was dismissed. She's also been convicted twice for DUI and served jail time.

Bach tells TMZ ... there's a simple explanation for the latest mishap. She says she was on her way home from the dog park when she dropped her cell phone and as she reached for it she sideswiped the parked car, but insists the damage was minor.

Bach says she drove up to her house and when she walked back down she couldn't find the car she hit ... so she went back home.

Omarion was just hauled off to jail because he committed a cardinal driving sin -- not showing up to court on a traffic ticket.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the singer was tooling around the San Fernando Valley late Friday morning when he was stopped for running a stop sign. The officer ran his license and found there was a warrant out for his arrest ... for failing to appear in court on an earlier traffic ticket.

The singer was cuffed and taken to jail.

Omarion -- the former lead singer of B2K -- is being held on $20,000 bail.

Big night for the "Friends" chicks ... that didn't end well at all for Jennifer Aniston.

Jennifer joined Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow at Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood Wednesday night, where they broke bread, talked about old times and Jennifer's upcoming wedding.

The paparazzi got real excited ... too excited, and crowded Jennifer's chauffeur-driven Mercedes as it left the restaurant. You can feel the pain as her struggling driver scrapes a pole, and the damage is significant.

Kylie Jenner has broken the law AGAIN behind the wheel of her Mercedes.

Kylie was pulled over on the 101 Freeway Monday after cops noticed she was driving her G-Wagon with tinted windows. The CHP officer looked inside and saw the 16-year-old was driving with a friend.
Here's the problem. There's a law in California ... a new driver who is 16 can't have a teenager as a passenger unless there's also an adult 25 or over who is accompanying them.

So Kylie got 2 tickets -- one for tinted windows and the other for driving with a teen -- which add to her vehicular hijinks. She crashed the same SUV last August, 18 days after she got her license. And she also got a ticket allegedly for speeding in January.

They need that reality show to pay her insurance premium.

Chris Brown loves throwing up Bloods gang signs, but you can't tell by looking at his ride -- he just dropped $10,000 to turn his Lambo ... BLUE!

Chris hit up JC Customz in Bellflower, CA shortly after being released from jail to get a fresh new look for his 2013 Lamborghini Aventador. It's not quite Crips blue ... in fact we're told it's a custom shade called Sky Blue.

The car -- which was previously designed to look like a Nike Air Foamposite Camo sneaker -- had to be totally stripped down during the month-long process, repainted, and then put back together ... according to the shop.

Tyga's baby mama has some 'splaining to do ... because Sunday in Malibu she got their Rolls-Royce Phantom impounded -- for a really dumb reason.

Law enforcement sources tell us Blac Chyna was pulled over after cops got complaints a matte black Rollie was being driven erratically ... and since there aren't too many of those $300k whips toolin' around, they quickly found Chyna and pulled her over.

That's when the real trouble began ... during the stop, cops ran BC's plates -- she was driving without a license, so they impounded the vehicle -- and will only release it to a licensed driver.

A critical scene for the upcoming "Fast & Furious 7" came to a screeching halt Thursday ... after studio suits pulled the plug because it was just too dangerous ... too risky.

Sources connected with the production tell TMZ ... the shoot was being prepped at the Willow Springs International Raceway near Palmdale -- 45 minutes from where Paul Walker tragically died.

Members of the crew tell TMZ ... producers brought in drivers who are "authentic street racers" for the scene, where a souped-up yellow Chevelle races another car and dramatically pops a wheelie, as bystanders stand right by the track and cheer. A similar scene appeared in the first F&F.

The scene was being prepped for several days. Vin Diesel and other stars were there. But just before filming, we're told the suits from Universal abruptly cancelled the shoot, saying it was too dangerous.

Someone who was at the track tells TMZ ... a person from the production told some staffers they couldn't get the proper insurance to shoot the race.

But the word circulating among the staff is that they are extremely cautious because of what happened to the star of their movie. They believe a second crash -- even though Paul's was not film-related -- could jeopardize the entire franchise.

Justin Bieber is not allowed to get angry anymore ... but he has no problem getting other people angry ... by cruising into a restaurant that has become synonymous with homophobia ... in a really ugly car we might add.

Justin -- who just copped a plea deal in the egging case by promising to deal with his anger issues by attending classes -- celebrated by going to Chick-fil-A in Hollywood in his custom cheetah print Audi R8.

Everyone thought Justin outgrew the whip a year ago ... that's the last time we spotted it ... get it.

So now we know ... a leopard and an Audi can't change it's spots ... we'll see if Justin can.

Katt Williams and cars on PCH are bad news this week -- the comedian crashed his Rolls-Royce into a car-full of people he says taunted him and cut him off in traffic ... and Katt claims they caused the accident on purpose.

Katt tells us ... he was driving on PCH Monday night when a beat up Honda pulled up alongside him and started taking cell phone pics, and as he put it, "talking s*** and trying to start a fight."

According to Katt ... the Honda swerved in front of him ... forcing him to slam on the brakes. Katt says he couldn't stop in time and the Rolls rear ended the lesser car. He's convinced the Honda people were looking for a payday.

Cops tell us the Honda driver was taken to the hospital with minor back injuries.

The Honda driver accused Katt of speeding ... but cops didn't buy it. They tell us they believe Katt -- who found more trouble on PCH 24 hours later.

"Californication" star Madeline Zima smashed her car into another vehicle on Sunset Blvd. Saturday night.

Madeline rear-ended another car in West Hollywood. It was bad enough that Zima's car had to be towed.

No injuries to speak of.

Madeline's friends consoled her -- she was clearly shaken up. Our photog asked her what happened ... but the 28-year old wasn't in the mood to talk. Maybe that was wise ... right to remain silent and all that.

Justin Bieber got a big break ... despite the fact that he and his buds turned a private jet into a hotbox during a flight to the Super Bowl ... the FAA has cleared the singer after an investigation.

As TMZ previously reported ... the plane was stopped after it arrived at Teterboro airport in New Jersey because of a strong odor of pot coming from the plane.

Nonetheless the FAA determined neither Biebs nor any of the other passengers interfered with the flight crew ... so case closed.

These are the Best of Times for Philly firefighters ... because Jukebox Heroes Foreigner and Styx just dumped a bunch of cash on the real-life heroes who saved their tour buses from some Unusual Heat.

No Head Games here ... the '70s and '80s rock Renegades performed Thursday night in Camden, NJ -- and decided to say thanks to the Blue Collar Man.

A rep for Styx tells us both bands decided to donate all the proceeds from their CD sales at the show to the Philadelphia Fire Department's Local #22 Widow Fund.

Of course, the Hot Blooded firefighters made an Urgent response Wednesday when flames engulfed two tour buses -- yes, two ... no Double Vision.

So, if you Want to Know What Love Is -- there ya go, firefighters. And you too, Mr. Roboto.

Justin Bieber has some gall ... having a better 4th than just about any true American ... knocking back a few cold ones on an enormous yacht.

Biebs ... was off the coast of Miami Beach -- shirtless of course -- drinking a frosty Corona on the bow of his rented luxury vessel.

Last time the pop star was in Miami Beach he was busted for DUI ... so this is a safe move unless Biebs takes the helm.
