If you see boy band singer Roc Royal tooling around L.A. in a brand new Beemer ... the LAPD would like to know about it.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops want to talk to the singer from the group Mindless Behavior ... because they think he may be rolling in a stolen whip.

Sources involved in the investigation tell us ... record producer Chris Clark's BMW 325i went missing Monday, after a Hollywood studio session with Royal. We're told Clark had left the car keys on a table in the studio ... and when he went to leave, the keys -- and Roc -- were gone.

We're told Clark contacted RR and threatened to go to cops if the car wasn't returned STAT ... but Royal refused, so Clark reported the vehicle stolen.

V. Stiviano finally ditched her dumbass visor -- which is good -- but she's also exchanged her Ferraris and Bentleys for a BRAND NEW ... Hyundai!!

Go ahead, it's OK to LOL.

Stiviano rolled out from her L.A. home on Tuesday in her new whip -- a Hyundai Accent. Looks like a base model ... MSRP around $15K. Sensible vehicle, but nothing at all like the exotic 6-figure sports cars Donald Sterling used to "gift" her.

In the video ... paps try to nail Stiviano down on why she downgraded. But c'mon, NO ONE voluntarily makes this move.

A Karma seems like a better fit for V. -- but they cost $100K.

Now we know why Nicki Minaj and her longtime boyfriend broke up ... one of them was on the verge of going to jail after she smashed the windows of his Mercedes with a baseball bat.

Here's what we know. During the summer, Nicki and Safaree Samuels got into an argument. She started screaming, he got pissed, and she EXPLODED in anger, grabbing a bat and chasing him out of the house. She wisely chose property over person, and pulverized the 2012 Benz.

And for bad measure, she threw his clothes in the garbage -- just like in the movies.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops were called to the house, but no arrests were made. Safaree was escorted out of the house and left.

As for why Nicki didn't get in trouble ... it appears she owned the Mercedes, but allowed him to use it, and you can't get arrested for destroying your own property.

They broke up a short time later. Wise move.

Reese Witherspoon may have found a police officer who knows who she is ... and that could be how she charmed her way out of a parking ticket.

Reese was leaving boxing class in Brentwood Monday afternoon when she came across a traffic cop who was writing her a ticket ... but Reese flashed that smile and the officer responded by cutting her a break.

An official from the L.A. Department of Transportation tells TMZ ... Reese got to the officer "prior to completing the citation" ... therefore it stands to reason the officer had started to write her up.

The official adds, "The individual was allowed to depart, as would any other motorists in a similar circumstance."

That is just ... beyond.

"Transformers: Age of Extinction" star Jack Reynor allegedly went all Decepticon -- mowing down two women in a Hollywood intersection ... according to a new lawsuit filed by the women.

The women claim they were in a crosswalk 2 years ago when the Irish actor plowed into them ... throwing them into the air and onto the hood of his vehicle.

According to their lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- both women got messed up pretty bad ... one had injuries to her knee and back, while the other suffered head trauma and hurt her leg.

The alleged victims are suing Reynor for at least $25K.

A Virgin Galactic spaceship exploded during a test flight Friday over California's Mojave Desert ... leaving one crew member dead and another severely injured.

Virgin Galactic says their SpaceShipTwo experienced "an in-flight anomaly" after it launched at 9:15 AM.

The spacecraft is launched after it is released from another aircraft in flight. According to reports the spaceship blew up shortly after the release and it's engines ignited.

The plane that released the spacecraft landed safely.

The spaceship is designed to go 62 miles above Earth. It's unclear how high the doomed craft was when it blew up.

A bunch of celebs have reportedly signed up for the initial launch already -- including Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt and Justin Bieber.

Virgin Group founder Richard Branson tweeted about the incident, saying he planned to fly to Mojave immediately to be with the team.

Vinessa Shaw could use a "fixer" like Ray Donovan to get her out of her current mess ... she's being sued for allegedly running down two women with her car.

According to court docs, the "Ray Donovan" actress was driving in Hollywood when she hit two female pedestrians in a crosswalk.

Maridalia Chepi-Nolasco and Anastasia Gregorio Arce claim they had a green light when Shaw turned the corner and plowed into them. They say they were knocked to the ground and suffered severe injuries.

Good news for Vinessa -- she can probably fix this ... with cold hard cash.

Turns out Mama June is a sugar mama ... buying the guy who molested her daughter a car.

June plunked down around $25,000 CASH at a car dealership in Macon, GA for 2 used Nissan Altimas ... an '07 and an '09. The pic shows a smiling June with her hand near the receipt.

We're told she bought the older car for someone in her family ... and the '09 for "a friend."

But we found out ... the friend's car was delivered to a home in Decatur, GA which McDaniel listed on his sex offender registration.

June's denied she has even seen McDaniel since he went to prison back in 2004. But we've already showed you pics of the 2 of them in a hotel room, and multiple pics of them house hunting last month.

Who you gonna believe ... her or your lyin' eyes?

TLC has plenty of evidence Mama June has been dating a convicted sex offender who molested her 8-year-old relative ... including the fact she went car shopping for the con.

As we first reported ... Mama June bought gifts for Mark McDaniel, who got out of prison in March after serving 10 years. We're told last month June went shopping for a used car ... a car we're told she was getting for McDaniel.

We know she went to at least one dealership near her home and said the used car was for her daughter. But sources say she was secretly car shopping for McDaniel.

Our sources say TLC also got wind of this. The car, the photo we posted, and other "compelling evidence" led the network to cancel the show ... despite June's denials.

Mark Wahlberg's wife got into a bizarre war over a Beverly Hills parking spot -- and her rival even played the cancer card to shame her ... but you gotta see the twist because we're not sure who's in the wrong.

The driver of a black SUV went off on Rhea Durham ... claiming Mark's wife swooped in and stole a curbside parking spot out from under her. Once Rhea walked away, the woman told our camera guy she's a breast cancer patient, and she was trying to get to her doctor for a chemo treatment.

Watch ... the sob story does make Rhea look heartless -- until we find out why the driver was REALLY there. Let's just say it turns out she wasn't going to the doctor at that moment ... and her sympathy points are shaky at best.

Biebs and Twist made a turbulent exit from Playhouse in Hollywood Thursday night. There's good reason why Bieber was behind the wheel ... Twist has already racked up a DUI arrest while driving one of Justin's cars.

Justin's people almost strong-armed the singer into cutting ties with Twist after a series of incidents ... including Twist speeding on an L.A. Freeway which ended with someone getting killed -- when a photog was struck by a passing motorist.

Maria Menounos thought a sniper was opening fire when her car window suddenly exploded Thursday morning in NYC -- but what really happened was still pretty scary.

One of our camera guys got Maria shortly after the accident ... and she told us shards of glass went flying everywhere because someone threw a friggin' TIRE IRON through the rear window.

The TV host was okay, but she explained how other passengers narrowly escaped serious injury.

Cops were on the scene ... but it's unclear if some tool threw the tool -- or if it was just road debris.

Celebrity photog Tyler Shields ... who once obliterated a $100K Birkin bag and called it art... just did something even CRAZIER ... he blew up a freakin' Rolls-Royce!

Shields tells us he parked a vintage Rolls Silver Shadow -- worth about $50K -- in the Mojave Desert north of LA over the weekend -- then detonated a massive explosion inside the car.

The blast blew parts of the whip sky high ... and Shields had cameras placed all around to record the whole thing.

Shields says he's dreamed of blowing up a Rolls ever since he was a kid.

"Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star Uncle Poodle was arrested Monday for allegedly vandalizing the car of his ex-boyfriend, but the love connection goes beyond just the two of them ... it's actually four people deep ... TMZ has learned.

Baldwin County Sheriff's officials tell us ... Poodle broke off a University of Georgia tag from the front of his ex's Dodge 1500 while it was parked last month in a Wal-Mart parking lot.

Now get this ... the ex was with his current boyfriend at the time of the incident. The two witnessed Poodle and his current fiancé driving away after the deed ... and Poodle's fiancé used to date Poodle's ex's new boyfriend.

Anyway ... Poodle was picked up and charged with trespassing and held on $1,000 bond. His hearing was scheduled to be held Monday afternoon -- at the time of this post, he's still in custody.

Johnny Manziel still has the golden touch -- because his autographed used Nissan truck just sold for WAYYYY over market value ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, Manziel traded in his 2014 Nissan Titan SL earlier in the month at Airport Nissan of Cleveland -- and the dealership decided to put up for auction on eBay.

Now get this ... Edmunds lists value of the truck somewhere between $32k and $36k -- but Johnny's ride ended up hauling in $42,500!!
