3:45 PM PT Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Bruce volunteered to go to the hospital to have his blood drawn for blood alcohol testing. He was taken in a Sheriff's cruiser. We've also learned the woman who was killed in the white car was coming to a stop at a red light when Bruce hit her. We're told law enforcement has already determined Bruce was not speeding.

And we're told there was a 4th car involved in the accident. The woman in the white car hit a Prius in front of her before moving into oncoming traffic.

Bruce Jenner was involved in a horrific car accident on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu at around noon Saturday, one person is dead, and it looks like Bruce caused the accident ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... there were 4 vehicles involved in the crash. We're told there were 8 people involved and all sustained some sort of injury ... but one person died at the scene.

Eyewitnesses say Bruce rear ended the white car and that car went into oncoming traffic and was struck by the Hummer. You can see the impact in the pics below. The woman driving the white car died.

One law enforcement source said Bruce seems to be ok, but again, we're told the 7 survivors sustained some injuries, ranging from minor to moderate.

Jenner family sources tell TMZ Bruce was being chased by as many as 5 paparazzi at the time of the crash. Bruce told cops he wasn't drinking and passed a field sobriety test.

We're told Bruce had picked up his Polaris UTV after loaning it to a wounded veterans group.

Chris Brown has cops on high alert these days ... and an anonymous tip that the passenger in his car had a gun was enough for L.A.'s finest to spring into action.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the LAPD got a call from someone saying Chris' passenger was carrying a gun. Chris was already inside Sayer nightclub in Hollywood, but the cops were able to coral the friend, detain him and search Chris' Lambo. They found nothing.

Chris was attending TI's pre-Grammy party when it went down. Cops are well aware trouble sometimes finds him. You'll recall he was performing at a VMA party at 1OAK last Summer when shots rang out and Suge Knight was hit 6 times. Last month 5 people were shot when Brown was performing in San Jose.

2:20 PM PT -- Chevy confirms Butler will get his own truck on Tuesday.

Super Bowl hero Malcolm Butler is one step closer to getting a free truck ... because the powers that be at Chevy are actively discussing hooking him up ... so Tom Brady won't have to give up his MVP ride.

TMZ Sports spoke with a rep for Chevrolet who tells us ... they're well aware of Tom's intentions to give his Chevy Colorado to Butler ... but they don't want to see Tom part ways with the vehicle.

"Obviously, it was part of his prize as MVP, but we're aware of Tom Brady's wishes for Malcolm to have the truck," the rep tells us.

So, we asked if Chevy would be giving Butler a ride of his own ... and the rep told us, "We've discussed it. That's all I can really say right now."

Sounds to us like plans are in motion ... but when we pushed, the rep was pretty tight lipped.

Bottom line ... if you're Malcolm Butler, you might wanna start making room in your garage.

TMZ Sports has obtained pics of the SUV that Lance Armstrong's girlfriend Lance Armstrong allegedly smashed into 2 parked cars during a hit and run in Aspen, CO ... and it's as wrecked as his reputation.

As we previously reported, Lance initially let his girlfriend Anna Hansen take the fall with police for the hit and run ... before Aspen PD found holes in her story ... and she eventually confessed that Lance was behind the wheel.

According to police, Lance smashed into TWO parked cars while leaving a fancy museum party at the St. Regis Aspen Resort on December 29th ... and then fled the scene.

Lance was cited for the incident -- and he's due in court next month.

Lance Armstrong has disgraced himself all over again ... so say police who claim the cyclist hit two parked cars after partying in Aspen ... and then let his GF take the blame.

According to the Aspen PD, Armstrong's SUV was identified in the December 29th incidents -- and upon questioning, Lance's GF Anna Hansen initially told cops she was the driver that night.

She also told the investigator that she and Lance had been driving home from an Aspen Museum Party at the St. Regis Aspen Resort ... and didn't want Lance to drive because he had been drinking.

According to the police report, Anna told cops she lost control of the SUV and struck two parked cars ... then returned to the scene on foot moments later and told the owner of the vehicles she'd pay for the damage.

But the investigator didn't buy Anna's story ... and contacted the valet company that worked the party that night.

The valet told cops ... he specifically remembered helping Anna into the PASSENGER seat after the party and Lance WAS THE DRIVER.

When the investigator confronted Anna with the new info, she "became upset" ... and said that they had stopped at a market on the way home and traded seats, so she drove.

The investigator still wasn't buyin' it.

Get this ... two days later, Anna changed her story AGAIN ... and finally admitted Lance was driving that night. But now she insists he was NOT drinking at the time.

According to cops, Anna said ... "He was not intoxicated, and that was um, you know, I’m sorry I lied to you that morning but I was trying to make [it] sound like, well, I was driving because that was, just, I don’t know … I was just trying to make something up at that time."

As for Lance, he was hit with two citations. He's due in court on March 17th.

But get this ... Uber says drivers from out of state are out of luck ... because Uber drivers are only authorized to pick up passengers in the state where they are registered.

If you stand in front of a moving car, you're gonna get hit -- which is Justin Bieber's defense in a lawsuit filed by a photog he mowed down.

Bieber was sued last year by Walter Lee, who claims Biebs struck him in 2013 as he left a comedy club on Sunset Boulevard.

Bieber claims Lee deliberately stood in front of the moving vehicle so TS.

Bieber also doubts Lee was actually hurt. As TMZ first reported, despite claiming serious injuries Lee filmed Bieber just a few days after filing his lawsuit.

Bieber wants the case tossed out and if the judge wants to award him court costs, that would be swell.

Red Sox outfielder Rusney Castillo only came over from Cuba a few months ago, but he's already BALLIN' OUT like an American ... dropping $85,000 to trick out his $84,000 Porsche!!!

Castillo took his 2014 Avorza Porsche 911 Turbo to Alex Vega and the guys at the Auto Firm in Miami with the following marching orders -- MAKE IT AWESOME!

So what do you get for all that money? Vega says he and his crew took the entire car apart piece by piece to paint it "Snow White" ... then added detailing in red and black, Castillo's favorite colors.

Vega gutted the interior as well to put in red and black leather seats. Watch the video though for the highlight ... a custom grill with Castillo's #38 in lights. There's even a #38 light that shines on the road when he opens the doors.

Castillo signed with the Sox last year for $72.5 million ... so he's not struggling to make payments.

In the hip-hop world, you don't steal another MC's name ... even if MC stands for motor car -- which is exactly what Rolls-Royce claims a rapper named Rolls Royce Rizzy has done.

According to the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- the legendary car company says Rizzy advertises and sells "Team Rolls Royce" shirts on his website ... and they want him to stop ASAP.

Rolls-Royce claims they've sent R.R.R. multiple cease and desist letters to no avail ... and since he's continued to wear the shirts in pics on social media they've been forced to file suit.

Rizzy tells us he dropped the "Rolls" from his name at least a year and a half ago and he's no longer selling the shirts ... just wearing it. He also claims he's never gotten a letter from Rolls.

Jermaine Dupri -- the head of Rizzy's label -- tells us he personally made sure the name change happened before putting him out as an artist ... adding,"I know how business works."
