Even though Bill Paxton was one of the leads on the TV version of "Training Day," no one will take his place in the role ... according to producers.

Will Beall, the creator of the CBS crime series, and executive producer Barry Schindel, told us Bill was perfect and irreplaceable as crooked cop Frank Roarke. They've already finished shooting the show's premiere season, and they're playing it close to the vest when it comes to Bill's character's fate.

They did hint at a perfect "send-off." If that sounds like the character dies, don't be so sure. Just watch.

It's unclear if the show will be back for a 2nd season, but if it is ... the guys are sure how they'll handle Bill's death.

You'll recall Suge Knight was behind the wheel and Tupac was in the passenger seat in 1996 when they were ambushed. The car was littered with bullets on the Vegas strip.

The whip's been restored to its former glory, but a close inspection reveals its bullet-ridden history ... the indentations are visible inside the door panels.

As for how the BMW ended up at an auction house ... after the murder, Vegas PD impounded it and the car was auctioned off. It changed hands several times before finding its most recent owner.

9:45 AM PST -- A rep for the castle says, "The magic community mourns the loss of one of our most beloved and talented performers and the AMA’s deepest regrets and heart-felt sympathy go out to Daryl’s family." They also added that Daryl was found fully clothed, but multiple law enforcement sources tell us he was in his underwear.

The Magic Castle shut down to the public Friday evening after the body of a magician was found in a closet ... and it appears the man hanged himself ... TMZ has learned.

We're told paramedics responded to the Hollywood landmark around 7:30 PM after a man with a bag over his head, and dressed only in his underwear, was found by an employee. The magician, who we're told is Daryl Easton was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Magic Castle is a legendary private restaurant and performance nightclub ... and has become a favorite for magicians while they're in L.A.

As of now, cops are investigating the death as a possible suicide.

We now know why Jose Fernandez's marital status was listed as divorced in his death certificate -- he wasn't even old enough to drink when he got married back in 2012.

Christine Dolce -- better known as ForBiddeN on MySpace during its super early days, who amassed over 2.1 million friends -- died from liver failure ... TMZ has learned.

Christine was arguably MySpace's biggest star in its heyday -- behind Tom, of course -- and built an enormous following after posting tons of pics with her in racy outfits. Rock star David Navarro and Nine Inch Nails were just some of her many followers.

Christine's family tells TMZ ... she had been hospitalized since December after battling with alcohol-related issues. Christine -- who famously feuded with Tila Tequila's crew and built a brand that included a clothing line -- had tried getting help but to no avail.

She died at the hospital surrounded by family. Her funeral was last week.

Jose Fernandez was divorced at one point in his life, but it's unclear to whom he was married ... according to his death certificate.

Atlanta rapper Bankroll Fresh had an assault rifle in his hands and was ready for a major shoot-out seconds before getting shot and killed himself ... according to newly released video.

Atlanta PD released surveillance video Wednesday of the moments leading up to the massive gun battle last March ... after an altercation in a recording studio between himself and fellow ATL rapper No Plug.

Law enforcement sources tell us the rest of the video cannot be released due to its graphic nature. More than half a dozen firearms were involved.

No Plug has admitted to being involved in the shooting ... but claims it was all in self-defense. He has not been charged, and is a free man today.

Bankroll -- a close friend of 2 Chainz -- died at age 28. Cops continue to investigate the incident.

Alan Colmes, half of the FNC hit show "Hannity & Colmes" died after a brief illness.

Colmes teamed up with Sean Hannity in 1996 and became a cornerstone of Fox News Channel. Colmes was the liberal and played against Hannity, a stalwart conservative. The team split up in 2009, when Hannity went solo on FNC.

Colmes had been doing a radio show on Fox News Radio until last month, when he took a leave of absence.

Daveigh Chase got busted after rushing a dying man to the hospital -- but her arrest has nothing to do with his death ... well, almost nothing.

Daveigh, the voice of Lilo in "Lilo & Stitch," dumped the guy outside an L.A. hospital in the wee hours of Feb. 15, and immediately bounced ... according to our law enforcement sources. He was pronounced dead after hospital staffers found him.

We're told someone told police Daveigh had been hanging out with the guy in the hours before his death. When cops ran her name, they found an outstanding warrant, and arrested her early Wednesday.

Our sources say Daveigh -- who was also the creepy chick in "The Ring" -- is NOT a suspect in the man's death. We're told cops are treating it as a possible overdose, and Daveigh says she was merely trying to get him help at the hospital.

Sinead O'Connor is issuing a full mea culpa for accusing Arsenio Hall of providing drugs to Prince, and saving her ass from a $5 million lawsuit in the process ... TMZ has learned.

Arsenio and Sinead tell TMZ, in a joint statement, "Sinead has retracted and apologized for statements she made about Arsenio last year, which prompted his defamation lawsuit against her."

TMZ broke the story ... Arsenio sued the crap out of the singer after she went on a rant -- weeks after Prince's death -- and accused him of fueling Prince's drug habit.

Sinead tells us, "I apologize for my Facebook posts about Arsenio to the extent that anyone thought I was accusing him of acting as Prince's drug dealer and supplying him with illegal hard drugs, or insinuating that Arsenio had something to do with Prince's death. I sincerely apologize because those statements would be false, and I retract them unequivocally."

The "This Is Us" episode that pissed off so many fans is not necessarily the end for the guy who played -- or plays -- Randall's biological dad, William.

The guy suspected of killing T-Pain's 23-year-old niece last year has been found dead in a wooded area close to the original crime scene, and cops suspect suicide.

The body of 25-year-old Tavon Jackson was found in Tallahassee Tuesday night. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ an officer found his body while searching the area in an unrelated case. We're told all preliminary signs in the investigation point to Tavon killing himself.

You'll recall ... T-Pain had reached out to the public for help last summer after his niece, Javona Glover, was stabbed to death while working at a Walgreens. Law enforcement had been looking for Jackson, reportedly Javona's ex-bf, ever since.

WWE Hall of Famer George "The Animal" Steele died Thursday night in Florida from kidney failure ... George's wife, Patricia, tells TMZ Sports.

Patricia tells us George had been in and out of hospice care since April.

George had some legendary bouts with Randy Savage back in the day -- and other wrestling greats are reacting to the sad news. Hulk Hogan said, "My brother, only love, only grateful."

George was 79.

Former Miami Hurricane and NFL player Leonard Myers is dead at 38 after losing a battle with cancer ... this according to the University of Miami.

Myers was a standout at Miami before going on to win a Super Bowl with the New England Patriots in 2001 ... Tom Brady's first year as the Pat's QB, when the team defeated the St. Louis Rams.

Myers made headlines off the field in 2005 when he sold his championship ring on eBay for $32,600.

A Porsche employee gleefully shared news with fellow employees of a slew of crashes of the Porsche Carrera GT -- the model in which Paul Walker died -- saying it would boost the value of the remaining cars.

In new legal docs obtained by TMZ, lawyers in Meadow Walker's wrongful death lawsuit against the car company revealed Porsche concealed emails from them ... emails about the Carrera.

One of the lawyers for Paul's daughter was reviewing company emails on his office computer that were heavily redacted. The lawyer was shocked when he reviewed the same emails on his iMac home computer and found he could see the portions that were not visible on the office computer.

Among the emails from 2006, an employee wrote as many as 200 of the 1280 Carrera GTs which Porsche had produced had been "totaled" in the first 2 years they were sold ... 2004 - 2006.

The Porsche employee who wrote the email goes on to say, "This would be great news to the remaining owners as the GT becomes more rare."

The employee also told this story ... "Another Carrera bites the dust as a bodyshop mechanic who claimed he was going less than 30 MPH smashed into a telephone poll. Looks like he was going more than 30 to me!"

There's another email from another employee who is reacting to the number of wrecks, saying, "This is in the back of my head every time I get behind the wheel of one of these. It's just hidden behind the shit-eating grin!"

Paul died in 2013 when he was a passenger in a Carrera GT that swerved out of control, hit a lamp post and tree and then burst into flames.

We reached out to Meadow's lawyer, Jeffrey Milam, who told us, "Any ethical company would have withdrawn the car from the market -- or, at the very least, warned the public about its dangers."

The lawyers are asking the judge to impose sanctions on Porsche for allegedly deliberately hiding the emails from them.

We called Porsche ... so far, no response.

Ricki Lake's ex-husband, Christian Evans, has died, and Ricki is calling him a man the world did not understand.

Ricki posted notice of Christian's death, saying "he succumbed to his life long struggle with bipolar disorder."

She went on, "The world didn't understand this man, but I did ... For anyone who has ever lost a family member or friend to mental illness, my heart goes out to you."

Christian claimed in the divorce Ricki defrauded him in negotiating the prenup and tried setting it aside. The divorce became final in 2015.
