Floyd Mayweather has done it again ... buying ANOTHER million dollar watch -- and TMZ Sports has the pics.

The boxer has been on a CRAZY spending spree the past few weeks -- but went especially crazy during a trip to Dubai ... picking up one of the most expensive timepieces on the planet.

A rep for Mayweather tells us, "The watch is roughly $1.1 million. This is just one of his big purchases.”

We're told the watch is a Hublot -- covered in expensive diamonds.

We're told Floyd has dropped more than $1.5 million during his 2-day spree at the Dubai Mall -- and, shocker, everyone in the mall LOVES HIM!

By the way, it's the SECOND time Floyd's dropped 7 figures on a watch -- he bought a million dollar diamond covered piece in NY back in 2014.

Nicki Minaj was way more than a ride-or-die chick when she took the stand Thursday on his behalf ... she also vouched for a curious, bizarre drug test her boyfriend failed.

Meek Mill was in court on a probation violation in his drug and gun case. As we reported, he left town without getting court permission, but it turns out there was a lot more he allegedly did.

According to legal docs, during a drug test Meek handed the lab tech a specimen that turned out to be cold water. Meek allegedly told the tech it looked that way because he had just consumed a lot of water, adding he was a bodybuilder and drank protein shakes that make his pee appear that way.

Nicki testified that Meek was telling the truth about his drug test, and said if she knew the protein shakes would make his urine appear like water, she would not have let him drink it.

And Nicki insisted to the judge, Meek doesn't do drugs and did not fake the test.

These photos of Aroldis Chapman's GF are now at the center of a domestic violence investigation -- showing her neck and chest after the MLB star allegedly choked her.

Ex-Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle has been charged with several misdemeanors stemming from his altercation with cops at a Kansas casino and faces jail time ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Randle allegedly assaulted an officer at the Kansas Star Casino on Nov. 24th after he was kicked out of the place for being too drunk.

Now, the County Attorney's Office in Sumner County, KS tells us he's been formally charged with 2 counts of disorderly conduct, 1 count of criminal trespass and 1 count of resisting arrest, the most serious of the charges.

If convicted on all counts, Randle faces up to 1 year behind bars. He's due back in court next month.

Another bizarre twist in the Otis Nixon arrest ... with cops saying they found marijuana in the ex-MLB star's rental car ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Nixon was arrested in Georgia last week after cops found a 16-year-old boy driving a car rented to Otis ... despite the fact the boy doesn't have a license.

Now, more details ...

Cops say there were 4 people in the Dodge Charger -- two 15 year olds, a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old. The driver was 16.

When they approached the vehicle, which cops say was being driven erratically, they smelled weed ... and a search turned up around 6 grams of marijuana.

Cops also found a BB gun rifle with the stock removed and a blue bandana wrapped around the stock area.

The driver produced a letter from Nixon authorizing him to have and drive the car ... which is obviously not valid ... so a warrant was issued for Nixon's arrest.

Nixon was later taken into custody for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

As for the weed, Nixon has not been charged for that.

Christie Brinkley and John Mellencamp took their relationship to the next level -- hanging together at his fabulous island estate ... yet in true Mellencamp fashion it still had a down home feel.

The couple was all hugged up on a dock on Daufuskie Island ... offshore from Hilton Head, SC. Christie hopped a water taxi on Wednesday back to the mainland after what had to be a fabulous getaway to John's island retreat.

The rocker remodeled an old country estate home on the island back when he was with Meg Ryan. The place is so fancy now, it's been written up in Architectural Digest.

It's no Pink House, but it'll do in a pinch.

Charlie Sheen is on the brink of a legal fight with the people he claims shook him down for millions.

Sheen said on "Today" some of his sex partners threatened to expose his HIV status unless he paid them huge amounts of money. But several lawyers who rep some of the sex partners tell us they did not shake Charlie down at all ... the settlements were all kosher and legal.

We're told the settlements were structured in installments over a period of years. Charlie said flatly, the gravy train will stop now ... he will not continue to pay.

But the lawyers for the sex partners tell us, if Charlie stops paying they will go after him with a vengeance. What's more, we're told under the settlements, if Charlie misses an installment the entire sum becomes due immediately.

The lawyers say their clients are victims ... people who didn't know they were having sex with someone with the HIV virus ... some of whom claim the sex was unprotected.

Charlie Sheen could have some big legal problems with the revelation he has HIV, because in California it's a crime for someone to have unprotected sex when that person knows he or she is infected with HIV.

Charlie has not said if he's had unprotected sex, but as we previously reported we know he's settled several cases with people who were unaware of his HIV status and had sex with him. If he did have unprotected sex, under California law, he could get 6 months in jail.

The law is clear ... anyone with a communicable disease who "willfully exposes another person" is guilty. There was a case this past March in which a San Diego man was convicted of the crime for willfully exposing his boyfriend to HIV. He was later sentenced to 6 months in jail.

The stakes are higher if someone knows they have HIV and has sex with another person with the intent to transmit the disease ... then it's a felony punishable by a maximum of 8 years in prison.

Law enforcement sources say no one has come forward yet complaining Charlie exposed them to HIV.

Justin Bieber's new album has fans so amped, they're willing to face criminal charges just to get the word out.

A graffiti mural of the Bieb's name appeared on a retainer wall off the 10 Freeway in L.A. on Thursday with "Nov. 13" ... the day his album drops. It's unclear who vandalized the wall but one thing's for sure, they love JB.

Justin made a big graffiti push on his Instagram last month, revealing each song name from "Purpose" with a custom mural ... so we wonder if someone else caught the spray painting itch.

Taylor Swift got a federal judge to fan girl out in a legal victory in which her Honor snatched the singer's lyrics to make her point.

A songwriter had sued Taylor, claiming she stole his song "Haters Gone Hate" in creating "Shake it Off."

Judge Gail Standish wasn't having it, and set a dismissal in motion. Here's what Judge Standish wrote:

"At present, the Court is not saying that Braham can never, ever, ever get his case back in court. But for now, we have got problems, and the Court is not sure Braham can solve them"

She goes on, saying the lawsuit "has a blank space -- one that requires Braham to do more than write his name."

But Judge Standish isn't done, saying the lawsuit is fundamentally deficient and "Band-Aids will not fix the bullet holes in the case."

And of course, she ends by ruling, "At least for the moment, Defendants have shaken off this lawsuit."

Nervous, Judge Judy?

Pepa was the victim of a setup for her 51st birthday -- her friends and family organized a baller surprise party to kick off a month-long celebration.

Pepa told us her husband, Gurps Singh Rai, was the mastermind behind the whole thing. He pretended they were going out for a quiet dinner, but ended up at SIXTY LES in NYC with about 300 people.

We're told guests feasted on a soul food themed spread -- mac & cheese, chicken wings, cupcakes and cake. This was just the start. Pep says she and Gurps are vacationing in Dubai later this month.

Nicki Minaj has a chance to make amends with the disabled community if she agrees to roll alongside a wheelchair group in a Christmas parade.

Freedom 2 Roll co-founder Joe Martinez tells us his activist group reached out to Minaj's camp after seeing the Halloween video of her pretending to cast a spell on a wheelchair-bound woman.

He says the plan is for her to ride a Hovertrax board with the group in the 84th Annual Hollywood Christmas Parade. Joe says they haven't heard back from her camp, and we suspect he won't.

Remember, Nicki claimed the person in the wheelchair was a friend and she was just joking.

Joe says, even though a lot of people are pissed about the incident ... he believes Nicki meant no harm, and wants to help her make amends with the disabled community.

Jason Aldean is copping to going out in blackface and dreadlocks for Halloween.

The country star's rep confirms Aldean dressed up as Lil Wayne for his costume, and paraded around with a group of friends. It's unclear where he was at the time, but the group pic first surfaced on Nashville Gab.

So far, Jason's offered no apology -- and his rep made no specific mention about Aldean darkening his face with makeup.

It's worth noting ... Jason is one of the artists on Jay Z's Tidal streaming service.

Michael Lohan and his kids might soon be homeless ... because his landlord wants them out.

Lohan's landlord says there might be a serious mold problem, but Lohan mysteriously won't allow workers to come in and abate the problem. The landlord says in legal docs Michael refused to let anyone in because he had $40,000 in cash and $300k in watches inside the house.

The landlord claims the mold problem was made worse because Michael hasn't replaced the air conditioning filters.

The docs say Michael's also a crappy landscaper, the lawn, shrubs and trees are all dead.

And to make matters worse, Michael won't pay his rent.

The senior Lohan claims he's not paying because the house is a health and safety trap, and not worth the $4,700 a month in rent. He says his family has suffered "severe health issues" because of the mold problem.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton carefully choreographed their big reveal in Nashville.

We've learned Gwen and Blake appeared in public after the CMAs to show their mutual affection, and then made a beeline for the airport.

They were photographed holding hands in Nashville at 12:15 AM ... we've learned they got on a private jet and landed in L.A. at 4:00 AM PT.

We're told Gwen's plan was to accompany Blake to the Warner Bros. Music after-party and that's it ... but that was enough.
