Former "Bachelor" winner Vienna Girardi ripped off her mic and stormed off the set of "Relationship Rehab" this week, TMZ has learned ... after show producers confronted her with an ex-boyfriend.

Vienna and boyfriend Kasey Kahl were hammering out their issues on the show -- but during a routine sit-down, sources close to production tell us, producers blindsided her ... bringing out Vienna's previous ex ... Lee Smith.

In case you don't remember -- Lee is the guy Vienna was allegedly sending flirty emails to while she was still engaged to "Bachelor" winner Jake Pavelka.

According to sources, Vienna had an emotional breakdown and walked off the show -- screaming at producers that she "hates" them. She hasn't been back since and the show has finished shooting.

"Bachelor" winner Shayne Lamas just treated her unborn fetus to its very first NUDE photo shoot ... and TMZ has the pics.

Lamas is weeks away from giving birth to her first child ... fathered by TheDirty.com honcho Nik Richie ... and before she pops, Shayne made sure to capture the beauty of pregnancy in all its stark naked glory.

WHICH IS MORE SHOCKING -- that pregnant "Bachelor" winner Shayne Lamas is going to name her kid PRESS ... or that her unborn child is about sign a deal with a talent agency ... from inside the womb??!?!?

TMZ has learned ... Shayne and her hubby -- TheDirty.com honcho Nik Richie -- are in talks with a management company called Z Group -- which has made a formal offer to represent the baby ... even though it's still TWO MONTHS away from being born.

According to the contract, the company would get 15% of whatever the kid makes in an entertainment job ... including writer, editor, performer, musician artist, etc.

The bad blood between cast members on "Bachelor Pad" has spilled into real life ... so says one of the losers who claims Graham Bunn punched him in the face at a nightclub this week.

TMZ spoke with Justin Rego (aka Rated-R) -- who was eliminated from the reality show last month ... who says he was hanging out at the wrap party at a Hollywood nightclub Wednesday night when all hell broke loose.

According to Rego, two other members of the show -- Graham Bunn and Blake Julian -- had gotten into an argument ... and it started to become physical.

Rego says he went to break up the fight -- when Graham punched him in the nose ... and he started to bleed. Sources at the club tell us security rushed over to the scene and escorted Graham out of the building.

Last season's "BIg Brother" "Bachelor Pad" winners David Good and Natalie Getz soaked up the sun, drinks and their fellow former cast mates at Nikki Beach at the Tropicana in Vegas this weekend.

Sarah laid claim to Jake as her man, scoffing on the way in to Katsuya last night, "I don't think they talk any more!"

After tweeting about getting rhinoplasty yesterday, the 25-year-old showed off her bandaged schnoz at LAX on Friday.

Sarah Schnare claims last April she was standing next to a car driven by Sam Magid -- a guy who invests in projects involving comic books that are turned into movies. According to the lawsuit, Sarah was standing at the passenger window of Sam's Mercedes jeep when the vehicle moved, knocking her to the ground.

But it gets worse. Sarah claims when she was on the ground, the jeep ran over her right foot, breaking 6 bones.

Sarah tells TMZ ... she hasn't been able to work on Ryan's radio show since April. Her employer is not Ryan, it's Clear Channel, and the company put her on unpaid leave.

Sarah -- who worked on "Larry King Live" before moving on to Ryan -- says Sam's insurance company refuses to front her any money for the multiple surgeries, lost wages and other expenses she's had to incur as a result of the injuries.

Their love is rock solid.

Gloria says the slap is different from the Amber Portwood case. She says the Amber situation involved "multiple violent and physical fights in the presence of their baby daughter." Gloria calls Chantal O'Brien's slap "an isolated instance" with no significant injuries.

But how 'bout this ... Mel Gibson is being investigated for a self-admitted isolated slap (though Oksana lost 2 veneers).

As for "The Bachelor," Gloria says, "Sex and violence are often used to sell and promote shows." Gloria calls the slap "a promotional vehicle."

You probably saw Brad Womack take a slap to the face, when he was greeted by Chantal O'Brien, who glibly told him she was delivering a violent message on behalf of all the scorned women in America.

So if Amber Portwood gets prosecuted for beating on her boyfriend, what's the difference?

Brad tells TMZ, "I think Chantal was just trying to make a statement about my past behavior and make a strong first impression, which she did. "

Brad adds, "I think what Chantal did was a light-hearted gesture which I took as such. I do not condone violence in any relationship, nor would I keep someone around who I felt truly wished to do me harm."

As Brad left the premiere party last night -- he told us the slap was, "very real and very hard." Brad also told us he didn't want Chantal prosecuted because he "deserved" it.

Shayne's lawyer fired off a letter to the famous L. Ron Hubbard shrine in Hollywood, demanding the church quit sending her bills for $1,506.35 -- claiming the bills are bogus ... and that Shayne "is not now, nor ever has been, a member of your organization or the Church of Scientology."

A Church rep claims Shayne "made a donation in 2004" -- but the check didn't clear. The rep says they'll stop sending letters to Shayne.

Best part ... Shayne's lawyer also reps her husband Nik Richie -- the guy behind TheDirty.com -- who says he's a big "Top Gun" fan and might be interested in joining the Church ... if they send him letters addressed to "Maverick."

Despite the recent recession, the "Bachelor" reject flaunted her sizable assets at The Beach Club pool at the Hard Rock Resort & Casino over the weekend ... and even paid a lady friend some serious lip service.

"Bachelor Pad" douchenozzles David Good and Jesse Kovacs coordinated some kind of running man-esque "dance" at Vanity nightclub at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino this past weekend.

The craziest part about the footage, obtained by Officialimage.com, is that the guys seem to celebrate the douchebaggery with a hand-holding high five thingy.
