This time, he's bitchin' about the evilness of corporations, how he hates sellouts and why people who put "numbers" on the back of their shirts are crappy designers.

IT'S AWESOME!!!

Kanye was at a listening party for his pal Pusha T in Manhattan last night, when he grabbed the mic and went off -- admitting he'd been hittin' the Grey Goose pretty hard earlier in the night.

Nobody was harmed in the making of this video ... but he did take some time to brag about himself:

"We make good music, we make good music. We don’t give a F*CK about how much god damn money you make, we make good music!"

Until she turns 18.

Ominous sign for Lamar Odom's battle with drug addiction -- he scooped up a household cleaning product that doubles as a vital part of homemade crack pipes ... and TMZ has the photos.

Lamar and his driver walked out of a San Fernando Valley pharmacy on Tuesday with a bag full of items ... most notably ... Chore Boy copper scrubbing pads.

How commonly are the pads used for drug abuse? Type it into Google ... and "crack" is the first auto-fill topic besides the product name. Also, Forbes magazine wrote an article about its use as a filter in makeshift crack pipes.

Oh, and Urban Dictionary defines it like this: "Brand name of scouring pad used also by people smoking crack to retain some of the cocaine vapors."

As TMZ first told you, multiple people in Lamar's life -- like his estranged wife -- are saying he desperately needs to get in to rehab for many addictions, especially crack.

So, it's possible the NBA star had some kitchen cleaning to do, but we gotta ask ...

Lamar Odom has just been sued by the photog whose equipment the NBA star trashed on the street back in July ... and the pap is partly blaming Kanye West for Lamar's outburst, TMZ has learned.

Stefan Saad filed the lawsuit, claiming the NBA star assaulted him and destroyed more than $15,000 worth of camera equipment during the attack in the middle of a Hollywood street ...all in an effort to avoid negative press.

The lawsuit trashes the Kardashians and Lamar with gems like this -- "The Kardashian clan has apparently come to believe that it is above the law, and has some exceptional privilege to disregard the rights of others."

The lawsuit goes on "The Kardashian clan are not only wealthy and attractive -- but also deeply flawed."

As we reported, Lamar blew a gasket after the pap peppered him with questions about cheating on Khloe, opening Saad's car and tossing all his gear onto the pavement, including expensive camera equipment.

Lamar then took a bundle of the photog's crap, placing it in his own car. The entire incident was caught on tape.

According to Stefan's lawsuit, Lamar feels like he's "above the law" because he's married to a Kardashian sister. Stefan even believes Kanye West had a hand in all this, claiming the rapper (who's dating Kim) advised him on how to deal with paparazzi in a Kanye fashion.

Lamar Odom says he's absolutely NOT a drug addict ... doesn't need professional help ... and is confident he'll play in the NBA next season.

He's wrong on all 3 counts.

33-year-old Odom went to Teru Sushi in Studio City last night ... and after taking some photos with fans, he finally addressed the media about drug issues in his life ... claiming everything is hunky-dory.

Problem is ... Odom is clearly in denial. As we've previously reported, just about everyone in his life -- personally and professionally -- knows about his battle with substance abuse, including his wife Khloe Kardashian.

In the last year alone, Lamar's been thrown out of hotels ... busted for DUI ... spent time in rehab ... and dropped from multiple NBA teams.

Still, Lamar insists ... "Life is good."

Kanye West decided it's finally time to destroy Ray J -- and last night he blasted his lady's sex tape partner on national TV ... going straight after Ray's manhood.

West made a surprise appearance on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" to perform his hit "Bound 2" -- but during the song, he changed some of the lyrics to attack Ray:

"Brandy’s little sister lame man he know it now ... When a real brother hold you down, you ‘sposed to drown."

We're guessing Kanye is finally responding to Ray's song, "I Hit It First" ... in which Ray bragged about bangin' Kim Kardashian before Kanye did.

But the best part of Kanye's attack ... the legendary Charlie Wilson punctuating the venomous lyrics with a "shabadabatweeetweeetweee"

It's awesome.

Kendall Jenner could end up killing herself or someone else on the road if she keeps dancing and singing into a video camera ... WHILE SHE'S DRIVING!!

Kendall -- the older, clearly-not-wiser Jenner chick -- was tooling around in her Range Rover yesterday and mugging into a camera while she was behind the wheel ... barely keeping her eyes on the road. She later posted the video on social media.

Here's the thing ... it's a dumb, dangerous, reckless move for any teenager (or person for that matter) to do while driving.

This seems especially stupid because Kendall's little sis Kylie wrecked her SUV 2 weeks ago in an accident she admitted causing.

Lamar Odom is getting a ton of support from fans in downtown L.A. ... where he kept up his strange nocturnal movements Monday night.

We spotted Lamar in his black track suit just after 10 PM in the the lobby of the apartment building where he's now living -- and he was posing for photos with several fans.

Lamar posed for photos with at least 3 fans -- including a middle-aged woman and her family -- before making an exit through the building's parking garage.

Lamar's been seen multiple times in the last few days wandering near the building late at night -- and sure isn't, outwardly anyway, acting like a guy in the grips of a serious crack addiction.

Not to mention being right on the verge of destroying his NBA career, and his marriage to Khloe Kardashian.

Lamar Odom's drug-induced paranoia, crack binging, and Khloe Kardashian's jealous rage -- the NBA star's ex "roommate" told the FULL STORY about her summer with Lamar ... and it's wild.

Polina Polonsky was on TMZ Live -- we posted an excerpt where she described Lamar completely unraveling in her L.A. apartment this summer ... smoking crack and becoming paranoid.

Now here's the full monty ... Polina talks about how Lamar practically began behaving like a toddler while living with her -- and how Khloe eventually barged in to her apartment in the middle of the night like an "uncaged animal."

The lawyer who lived with Lamar Odom for 6 weeks in June and July tells TMZ ... Lamar was doing crack in her apartment.

Polina Polonsky is a criminal defense lawyer who met Lamar in the Spring at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. She told us on TMZ Live ... he was smoking crack and doing other drugs while he stayed with her ... but she says things really spun out-of-control when he moved out.

Polina tells us Lamar became paranoid while he lived with her ... taking the battery out of his phone because he felt he was being followed with the aid of a GPS device. He also covered the smoke detectors with paper towels.

Polina says Khloe Kardashian came banging on the door in July, barged in, took charge and took Lamar out. She received a text from Lamar shortly after he left, calling her a "groupie, junkie ... crack head." She says she knows it wasn't Lamar who sent the text ... it was Khloe.

Lamar Odom fell deep into the world of hardcore drugs during a wild summer in Hollywood ... where he spent as much as $1,000 in a single day to fuel his growing addiction to crack -- according to sources familiar with the situation.

TMZ broke the story Lamar was hooked on crack -- but now we've learned just how bad it got in the last few months.

We're told Lamar's habit picked up speed when he moved out of his home with Khloe Kardashian, and into Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel with a friend in late May ... after the NBA season ended.

We're told the hotel room was used like a flop house ... where Lamar was surrounded by his pal and 7 or 8 other drug abusers -- strangers -- who came in and out of the room throughout the day and night ... for several months straight.

According to sources, Odom was dropping -- on average -- $800 per day, but sometimes more, for multiple drugs, including crack.

By the way, if $800 worth of crack sounds like a huge amount of drugs for one person ... it is. But we're told Lamar sometimes shared his huge score. Plus, drug dealers often charge rich customers premium prices.

As we first told you, Khloe kept Lamar's drug addiction secret for at least 2 years -- but after this summer she decided enough was enough ... telling him if he didn't get treatment, she would pull the plug on their marriage.

Lamar Odom has NOT checked himself in to rehab ... sources connected to the NBAer tell TMZ.

There are reports out that Lamar checked himself in ... we've been making calls for the last day and just got what we're told is the definitive word ... he's not there.

Lamar has gone off the radar with the Kardashian family for the last few days. Khloe -- who has made it clear she will end the marriage if he doesn't get help -- has heard nothing from him.

Khloe Kardashian is totally unaware her estranged husband Lamar Odom entered a rehab facility -- despite the fact she lead the charge for him to get help in the first place ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell us Khloe never got so much as a heads-up about Lamar's plans, and was completely blindsided by the report he's checked in for treatment.

We're told one big reason for that is Khloe and Lamar have not been talking at all since she issued an ultimatum last weekend -- get help or our marriage is over -- intending to force his hand on the issue of rehab.

As we previously reported ... Lamar started a treatment program last summer in San Diego, but bailed after only 3 weeks.

One source says although Khloe's been kept outside the loop this time -- she does hope wherever Lamar is ... he's actually getting professional help.

Lamar Odom has finally checked in to rehab to deal with his raging drug addiction ... this according to a new report.

People.com says Lamar has checked into a rehab facility ... but does not specify when or where he started treatment.

Lamar was seen out in public over the weekend ... so the move to rehab had to be very recent.

As TMZ first reported ... the 32-year-old NBA star has been struggling with drug addiction for years, and most recently he's gotten hooked on crack. Lamar was arrested for DUI last Friday.

Kris Jenner quarterbacked the move to get attorney Robert Shapiro involved in representing Lamar Odom in his DUI case for one big reason ... and it's not about the criminal case.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Kris went to Shapiro because of his personal experience with drug addiction.

Shapiro's 24-year-old son Brent died of a drug overdose in 2005 -- and Shapiro has been involved with drug addiction foundations and charities ever since.

We're told Kris wants Shapiro to not just represent him in the DUI case -- which frankly is a case that will almost certainly end in probation and license suspension -- but she wants him to become a voice, urging Lamar to seek help.

As we previously reported, Khloe and the rest of the Kardashian clan have been unsuccessful in persuading Lamar to go to rehab.

We're told ... although Kris has asked Shapiro to represent Lamar -- and Shapiro has agreed -- Robert told her he would not take the case unless Lamar is open to treatment.
