Nick Cannon is shockingly candid about his feelings and talent for marriage ... vowing never to tie the knot again.

Our photog got Nick at LAX Monday and he was an open book about the treachery of marriage. He doesn't blame his divorce on Mariah at all ... he just says he's no good at it.

WWE superstar Rusev wasn't picture perfect with a black eye ... but that didn't stop him and Lana from saying "I do" again -- this time in Rusev's home country of Bulgaria.

You'll recall Lana and Rusev planned 2 weddings -- a romantic ceremony in Malibu back in July and now over the weekend. They went all out ... Lana's dress was a whopping $75k. We're told the lace alone was a cool $15k.

Check out the pics .... it was a traditional Bulgarian wedding that started at a Greek Orthodox Church followed by a reception with all the fun traditions -- including the groom showing up to the bride's house and paying her sister, mom and bridesmaids for his bride.

A bug-infested rental shirt from Men's Wearhouse not only ruined a groom's wedding ... it ruined his life ... this according to a new, must-read lawsuit.

Anthony Elam from Philly tied the knot 2 years ago and got all gussied up for the occasion, courtesy of Men's Wearhouse. He claims just after he put the shirt on, he noticed it was infested by disgusting bugs. A trooper till the end, he wore the shirt and says it "tormented" him during and after the ceremony.

He says he was bitten badly and the injuries described in the lawsuit ... horrendous.

-- pruritic rash

-- systemic inflammatory response syndrome

-- infection

-- exacerbation of low back pain and/or sciatica

-- other injuries involving ligaments, blood vessels and soft parts

-- permanent shock to his nerves and nervous system

-- pain, agony and serious disfigurement

The suit goes on to say he has suffered emotional distress, depression, mental anguish, humiliation, embarrassment and loss of life's pleasures.

He says he and his wife are unable to work for an indefinite period of time. She's also suing for loss of consortium -- aka sex.

Ray J's big sis, Brandy, brought the best gift to his wedding -- her absolute A game when it came time to serenade the bride and groom with an Etta James classic.

We got this video of Princess Love and Ray hitting the floor for their first dance, and apologies to the happy couple -- but when you hear Brandy's voice, it's clear she stole the show for these few minutes.

We broke the story ... another 'BiP' couple, Lace and Grant, were spotted hanging out the day before the show even premiered.

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are tying the knot, and they've hired a renowned wedding planner for the big shindig ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Blake and Gwen have hired famed celebrity wedding designer, Jerri Woolworth, who has offices in Tennessee and New York. Woolworth has planned events ranging in size from 15 to 15,000 people. She's planned events for the CMAs, the NFL and the NHL.

We don't know if a date has been set.

We tried contacting Woolworth but were told she had "no comment."

WNBA superstar Elena Delle Donne -- the reigning MVP of the league -- has come out publicly for the first time ... revealing in a piece for Vogue magazine she's engaged to a woman.

E.D.D. had never addressed her sexuality in public before ... but in the Vogue piece acknowledges her fiancee Amanda Clifton ... with whom she lives.

It should be noted that Delle Donne and Clifton haven't been shy about being seen together ... regularly posing for pics on social media.

"Bachelor in Paradise" stars Lace Morris and Grant Kemp totally got busted hanging out together 2 days before the show premiered -- a major violation -- but there's a good reason: THEY'RE GETTING MARRIED!

Grant and Lace were poolside Sunday at a fancy apartment complex in Denver. Witnesses tell us they were flirty, and all over each other. We're told Grant flew there to visit Lace, who lives nearby.

A source tells us Lace plans to move to L.A. to live with her firefighter fiance. All of this is great news for them, but a serious bummer for 'BiP' producers ... who expect the house guests to avoid all contact in public until after the season airs.

The teaser promo showed 3 male hands holding engagement rings -- and according to our sources ... Grant is one of 'em. ABC refused to comment.

Interesting outcome ... considering Lace hooked up with bad boy Chad Johnson in the premiere. So, she dodged "Hurricane Chad" and got nice guy Grant instead.

Ray J and Princess Love didn't have to look far to land a Grammy winner to sing at their wedding ... cause it runs in the family.

Two big winners in the Rodgers family now ... because Aaron's brother, Jordan, won "The Bachelorette" Monday night and got engaged right on the show.

Jordan was a favorite from the beginning ... and on the season finale, he popped the question to JoJo Fletcher ... and she said "Yes!"

It's probably news to Aaron who proudly proclaimed he didn't watch the show.

Earlier in the season, Jordan revealed that he's not on speaking terms with Aaron -- and neither are his parents. Aaron famously no-showed to the hometown date.

Lindsay Lohan is still off the market and still plans to walk down the aisle -- at least that's what she's telling friends, even after her blowout fight with Egor Tarabasov.

Sources close to LiLo tell TMZ, as far as she's concerned, she and Egor are engaged and the fight was a bump in the road. We're told Lindsay wants to work things out, which is why she's still wearing her engagement ring during her sudden getaway on an Italian yacht.

Our sources think the couple might be doomed though ... unless Lindsay stops making excuses for Egor's angry outbursts. People around her think that's one thing that's gotta change.

Talk about turning things around ... the NBA player who was called out by his hot Playmate girlfriend on Instagram for allegedly cheating on her ... is now engaged!

You know the story ... 2014 Playboy Playmate of the Year, Kennedy Summers, hijacked Jeff Withey's account back in June and posted a "gotcha" style message -- saying she caught him lying to her.

"I cheated on this girl. I told my girlfriend I was going to the movies alone last night and then she found this receipt. I also shouldn't have given her my Instagram password like a dumbass."

She also posted pics of the movie ticket receipts. Oops.

But somehow, Withey got himself OUT of the dog house -- and yesterday, the Utah Jazz player proposed to Summers with a massive diamond ring.

She said yes!

Withey (we think it was Withey) went to his Instagram and wrote, "Through thick and thin, you're my best friend @misskennedys I love you. Can't wait to spend my life with you. #engaged."

Congrats -- don't screw it up.

A Texas woman got a dream marriage proposal ... assuming her dream involved 7,000 sweaty strangers, the "Supernatural" cast and a bunch of references to the show.

It all went down Sunday at Comic-Con, and "Supernatural" fan Colin Chavez tells TMZ his viral moment got the attention of the network. After his gf said "yes" and the panel wrapped up ... he says a Warner Bros. rep said the cast wanted to hook the couple up with show-themed engagement presents ... which they're sending out to them.
