Ronda Rousey SLAYYYYY At 'Mile 22' Premiere

Published | Updated

Ronda Rousey took some time away from murdering WWE wrestlers to light up the red carpet at the premiere of her new movie "Mile 22" on Thursday ... and she was straight fire.

The UFC Hall of Famer had been working on the action flick with Mark Wahlberg since last year -- and was stoked about the premiere in Westwood ... where she rocked a black strapless jumpsuit with some cheetah pattern stilettos.

Ronda has previously told us she thinks the flick has real Oscar potential -- and hopes it can help her fulfill her Hollywood dream of starring in "Kill Bill 3" ... if Quentin Tarantino decides to make it!

Congrats!

READY FOR THE TAKEOVER

And, after he watched T.J. beat up Cody Garbrandt at UFC 227 over the weekend, he tweeted out a challenge to the bantamweight champ.

"I wanna fight the dude that fought Cody yesterday."

Well, T.J. saw the tweet and shot back with a little trash talk of his own -- "Bring it! I heard they were handing out belts after [Vasyl Lomachenko] left your division."

Obviously, if this fight were to come together it would take some time -- but Davis says he's serious about it.

Greg Hardy
OCTAGON-FOCUSED

Ex-NFL star Greg Hardy -- who's been killing people in his short MMA career -- says he's 100% focused on fighting in the UFC and wouldn't even consider going back to the NFL ... with one exception.

"I'm not putting any brakes on the UFC movement, man. I'm going all in with it," Hardy told the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show.

But, Hardy added ... "I'm not crazy, man. I'm not gonna turn down anybody's $10, $15 million, but I can't see myself stepping off this path."

Hardy is still playing semi-pro football with the Richmond Roughriders -- but, with Dana White clearly pumped about the guy's potential as a UFC fighter, those days may be coming to an end very soon.

FYI, Hardy's 5 MMA fights have lasted a grand total of about 3 and a half minutes.

As for when Hardy's expected back in the Octagon -- we're trying to find out. Stay tuned ...

FROM NFC TO UFC

Mike Tolbert only needed to see 17 seconds of Greg Hardy in an Octagon to make a HUGE prediction about his ex-NFL teammate ... telling TMZ Sports, "I could see him being the heavyweight champ of the UFC one day!"

The ex-Panthers fullback -- who was with Hardy for three seasons in Carolina -- tells us he was so impressed with Greg after his fight Tuesday ... he sees a belt in Hardy's future.

"I think if he stays true to it and puts all of his effort into it and continues training," Tolbert says, "... I think he'll be one of the top names in the UFC the next few years."

It's a big statement from Mike ... considering Greg's two fights in a UFC Octagon only total 74 seconds -- but Tolbert knows firsthand what Greg's capable of achieving.

"One of the most athletic people I've ever played with," Mike says.

Mike's also proud of the way Greg's turned his life around after domestic violence allegations and substance abuse issues ... telling us, "I'm so happy for him that he can better himself."

Paul Bros on UFC AUGUST 2018
LISTEN UP, DANA!

Logan Paul says he's dead serious about a combat sports career after his fight with KSI in less than 3 weeks -- and has a message for Dana White ... BRING ON CM PUNK!!!

Logan has been training like a maniac for the August 25 boxing match in England (which some say could have more viewers than Floyd vs. Conor) -- but tells TMZ Sports he's always dreamed of fighting in the UFC.

"I want to fight a UFC fighter," Logan told us with his brother, Jake Paul, at LAX ... "I've wrestled my whole life."

It's true -- Logan was a pretty solid high school wrestler in Ohio and our sources tell us he's been looking pretty good in the ring too.

"I've done athletics my whole life," Logan says ... "Dana White, are you watching this, bro? Pick a fight for me."

Logan says he wants CM Punk -- but his brother, Jake, is aiming higher ... saying he really believes he could take Conor McGregor with enough training. Logan was all about it.

Both guys know they have to win their fights on August 25 before moving to the next level -- but yeah, they're serious.

Nate Diaz says he still hasn't made up his mind about whether he'll fight Dustin Poirier at UFC 230 in November ... telling TMZ Sports, "Time will tell."

The UFC star was leaving Real Food Daily in L.A. on Tuesday afternoon when we followed up about the comments he made on Friday -- when he threatened to bail on the UFC event.

We asked if he WANTS to fight -- and he told us, "I don't want to fight anybody."

Couple more things ... Nate also says his brother, Nick Diaz, will likely return to the UFC "probably next year."

We also asked if he's interested in following Ronda Rousey to the WWE -- Nate shut that down too, saying, "Nah, I'm for real."

Greg Hardy 2nd UFC Fight 17-Second Annihilation

Published | Updated

Greg Hardy just destroyed a grown-ass man in 17 seconds in his second UFC fight ... and Dana White is fired up!

Hardy -- the former NFL star -- had already won a UFC contract on Dana's Tuesday night contender series back in June, but Dana wanted to book him a second fight on the show to get him more experience.

So, Hardy stepped in the Octagon again Tuesday night against Tebaris Gordon, and if you blinked ... you missed Hardy unleash an epic can of whoop ass that resulted in another ferocious victory.

Hardy has only had a handful of MMA fights since he decided to focus on becoming a pro fighter -- but he's destroyed every single opponent he's faced. Dana has previously told us he wants to get Hardy more fights before putting him on a major UFC card.

But, with performances like this ... you gotta think his moment will come sooner rather than later.

TOUGH ROLE

UFC champ Henry Cejudo -- the guy who beat Demetrious Johnson -- says he's flattered Mark Wahlberg thinks his life story could be a movie ... and says he knows exactly who should play him!

MARIO LOPEZ!!

Cejudo's story is pretty amazing -- he grew up poor in South Central L.A. ... one of 7 children ... his drug-addicted father was deported and died when Henry was 20.

But, he worked like hell to be one of the best wrestlers in the world -- and won a gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Summer Games when he was only 21.

Then on Saturday -- at age 31 -- he beat DJ (one of the greatest UFC fighters ever) to win the UFC flyweight title. Amazing.

Wahlberg told us Cejudo's story has movie potential ... and he would know. And, you can tell Henry is super flattered.

Mark Wahlberg
THIS WILL BE HUGE

Sorry, Ronda, Rampage, Lesnar and Liddell -- any fight you've ever had won't even come close to what goes down in October between Conor and Khabib ... so says Mark Wahlberg.

Wahlberg was out in Bev Hills where he told us there's never been a more anticipated fight in UFC history than the upcoming McGregor-Nurmagomedov superfight at UFC 229.

In fact ... Wahlberg says it's gonna make the two fighters (and Dana White) some SERIOUS bank.

"This is going to be the biggest pay-per-view fight in the history of UFC," Mark tells TMZ Sports -- and that's great news for him since he's a UFC minority owner.

FYI ... McGregor reportedly holds 4 of the top 5 most-bought UFC fights ever -- with his rematch against Nate Diaz at UFC 202 topping the charts.

BONUS ... Mark was also super impressed with Henry Cejudo's victory over Demetrious Johnson at UFC 227 and says Henry's backstory is so good, it could be a movie one day!

MIGHTY MOUSE DIDN'T SAVE THE DAY

Henry Cejudo stunned everyone with a split decision win over Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson. It's all the more impressive because Mighty Mouse hadn't lost a fight in nearly 7 years and was widely regarded as the best pound-for-pound fighter in the UFC.

Someone made a lot of money last night ... a lot of money.

Dana White UFC Won't Punish Conor ... For Bus Attack

Published | Updated
Dana White
IT'S WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT!

The UFC will not discipline Conor McGregor for the bus attack at Barclays Center in New York -- with Dana White explaining that his punishment through the legal system is good enough already.

TMZ Sports spoke with the UFC honcho about the upcoming superfight between Conor and Khabib Nurmagomedov and how he put things together behind the scenes.

"Obviously, I've been telling you guys forever we had to wait until Conor's stuff was handled in New York. [That] got done. It was very favorable for Conor. Time to roll."

As we previously reported, Conor was sentenced to 5 days community service and ordered to complete an anger management course as part of a plea deal with prosecutors.

We asked Dana if the UFC had considered slapping Conor with a suspension as well.

"Suspended? He hasn't fought in 2 years. How much longer should we suspend him?"

"He's obviously lost lots of money. Millions of dollars in what went down in New York. What more could we do to him? He went through the legal process and got what he got. That's it!"

We also asked Dana if the Khabib fight meant any talk of a rematch with Floyd Mayweather is out of the question, and he answered that too.

NATE DIAZ FIRES SHOTS AT UFC

Nate Diaz tells TMZ Sports he's considering dropping out of UFC 230 over a serious dispute with the UFC ... telling us he'll only fight if he "feels like it."

Diaz stormed out of the UFC media event on Friday while Dana White announced the Conor McGregor comeback fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov ... and we got him outside.

Nate claims he's been ineligible to fight due to a legal dispute with his former manager. As we previously reported, The Ballengee Group sued Diaz, claiming he never paid them their cut for negotiating his deal for the McGregor fight at UFC 202.

This seems to be the case Diaz is referring to.

Diaz is upset, claiming White has been "bad-mouthing" him by saying he's turned down multiple fight offers over the past 2 years. Nate insists he's "never turned down a fight in my life."

Diaz says he finally settled his lawsuit last month and can fight again -- which is why he agreed to fight Dustin Poirier at UFC 230 in November.

But, something at the media event rubbed Diaz the wrong way and now he tells TMZ Sports ... the UFC "better start acting right and start over-promoting [me] instead of under promoting."

There's more ... we also asked Nate who he's got in the Conor vs. Khabib match -- and he replied, "I whipped one's ass and I slapped the f*ck out of the other one so they're both my little bitches."

Diaz then told us about an incident in which he smacked Khabib in the face in front of "all his Russian friends" and they "didn't do sh*t."

Sounds like he REALLY wants to fight.

"Man, I'm ready to f*** Darren Till up, man. I'm not gonna bulls**t."

There's a lot more ... Woodley also tells us why he's not mad at Cody Garbrandt for using the n-bomb on his Twitter page and why he can't hate on Nate Diaz.

Make sure to watch all the way to the end of the clip when Tyron tells us how he stays motivated and focused in the gym ... it'll get you fired up!!!

Conor vs. Khabib IT'S OFFICIAL Fight Set for October

Dana White says it's 100% on ... Conor McGregor vs. Khabib Nurmagomedov is set for Oct. 6 at UFC 229 in Las Vegas!!!

It'll undoubtedly be the biggest fight of the year for the UFC -- Conor's first fight back in the Octagon since his boxing match with Floyd Mayweather.

The last time Conor fought for the UFC was back in 2016 when he avenged his loss against Nate Diaz.

The Conor vs. Khabib match was announced at a special UFC media event in Los Angeles on Friday -- and while neither of those fighters showed up, Dana said he's pumped about it.
