Arnold Schwarzenegger is NOT responsible for exposing prison inmates to a leprosy-like disease while governor ... so says The Terminator himself.

Schwarzenegger claims in new legal docs ... he is not personally responsible for an outbreak in Pleasant Valley State Prison, where spores in the soil triggered an epidemic of Valley Fever -- a disease that attacks the body's organs and leads to skin lesions, amputations and brain damage.

Arnold's being sued by inmates who claim they got sick because of his indifference -- warehousing prisoner where dangerous spores were in abundance.

But in the court docs Arnold says he was not indifferent ... he even held a news conference acknowledging the problem. But he says he was busy running the state and others were responsible for solving prison problems.

We now know Paris' side and it's WAY different. There were only 5 or 6 people at the house when Jeremy and a few of his friends just walked in without invitation. They were unwelcome and Brandon Davis asked them to leave. Jeremy went ballistic, saying, "Don't you know who I am? I was on 'Baywatch' and 'Celebrity Rehab'."

Jeremy then grabbed one of the guys and started choking him out, almost with superhuman strength. Several people jumped him to subdue him, and Jasmine Waltz hit him over the head with a vodka bottle.

Jeremy left and he and his friends broke something off Paris' car. Barron Hilton was bleeding, got stitches and is still in the hospital.

There was an all-out bloody brawl in Malibu early Sunday morning at Paris Hilton's house ... leaving a former "Baywatch" star a bloody mess ... TMZ has learned.

Jeremy Jackson says Paris, Brandon Davis and others viciously attacked him at around 2 AM ... someone cracking a liquor bottle on his head. Jeremy says, "They were literally going Rodney King on my ass."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they got a call from 2 people, each claiming they were attacked by the other. Our sources say one of the 2 people was Paris Hilton's brother ... she has 2 and cops didn't know which. We do know Barron Hilton was at the party.

We're told when cops arrived at Paris' $65K a month rental ... no one wanted to press charges so no one was arrested.

The girl who became a viral sensation this week by accidentally sending her dad a nude pic says Hollywood's been BLOWING HER UP ... but she's only got her eye on reality TV.

In case you missed it -- shame on you -- Nyjah Cousar documented her dad's meltdown over the XXX pic on her Twitter page ... and his reaction was epic.

Cousar is hell-bent on capitalizing on the humiliation by hawking a reality show featuring her whole family -- including pissed off pop.

The 23-year-old says publicists and managers have reached out ... and once she locks one down, they'll take the pitch to MTV and BET honchos.

Pamela Anderson is totally hooking up with Chuck Zito now that she's single ... is what you'd think looking at this picture.

Anderson and Zito were heading out of the Rainbow Room Friday night ... and shortly after, the duo was pictured face to face in Pam's ride.

As we previously reported, Anderson filed for divorce from poker player/"One Night in Paris" star Rick Solomon this week -- their second time splitting up.

At first glance Pam appears to be macking down on her ex-boyfriend -- they briefly dated in '07 -- turns out one of our camera guys shot them on video as well ... and they're clearly hugging.

"Mob Wives" star Renee Graziano got worked over HARD by a plastic surgeon -- while wide awake -- all in the pursuit of the perfect butt, and the video is a total train wreck ... centered on the caboose, of course.

Graziano tells TMZ she sought out fat-sucking lipo doc Ayman Shahine to harvest gobs of fat from her butt and lower back to re-shape her ass. As we told you ... GG from "Shahs of Sunset" also got a butt lift recently.

According to Doc Shahine, Renee's fat transfer took under 2 hours ... and he recorded it for a possible reality TV show.

Two highlights: Renee's groggy testimonial -- and the giant Italian moon that's about to hit your eye like a big pizza pie.

Dallas Davidson says he only screamed racial and homophobic slurs during his bar fight in Nashville because someone sent him into a blind rage.

Dallas tells TMZ he was provoked into an altercation and lost his temper while defending himself. Cops say he hurled racial slurs and screamed, "There's that f***ing fa****t that punched me."

Dallas says he's not racist or homophobic, adding ... "Although I cannot defend what I said, I am sorry for my insensitivity." He did not elaborate about who started the fight or why.

TMZ broke the story ... the country lyricist was arrested at Tin Roof in downtown Nashville for public intoxication and disorderly conduct after allegedly trying to start fights with various bar patrons.

Dallas Davidson -- a famous country lyricist who's written huge hits, like "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk," "Country Girl, (Shake It For Me)" and "That's How Country Boys Roll," was arrested in Nashville early Thursday morning for fighting, hurling racial slurs and screaming, "There's that f***ing fa***t that punched me."

We're told Dallas was at Tin Roof in downtown Nashville when he got in a fight in the bar with various people.

Law enforcement tells us ... Dallas was challenging various people to fight-- swearing, punching his hand and screaming a string of obscenities. And they say he shouted various racial and homophobic slurs.

Cops say he reeked of booze and was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

He was booked at 2:50 AM and is about to be released at the time of this post. We're told during the time he was held jailers administered a "medical screening."

Dallas and his ex-wife, Sarah Davidson, are both stars on the reality show, "Private Lives of Nashville Wives."

Chris Brown is no gangbanger -- no matter how many gang signs he throws -- but one set of Bloods say they're cool with him acting like one ... because he's paid his dues in the hood.

Chris has aligned himself with the Fruit Town Piru set ... dropping Bloods references on Instagram ... but leaders of the Fruits (who'll remain unnamed) tell us Chris was never officially initiated.

The Fruits are down with Chris claiming he's a Blood because:

- He's hired several of them to work for him ... giving their Compton community an economic boost
- Chris comes to the hood and hangs out with them
- He shot a music video in the neighborhood ... and even included some of them in the vid
- He donated a thousand pairs of new shoes to Compton kids

Plus ... they don't mind the national publicity they've been getting.

Something stinks in the perfume world -- someone is trying to cash in on the huge success of Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift's signature fragrances and cosmetics ... allegedly by mimicking products created by Elizabeth Arden.

Cosmetics giant Elizabeth Arden is the licensed manufacturer of the celebrity scents bearing Justin, Taylor and Nicki's names ... and in a new federal lawsuit it claims a company called Preferred Fragrance has been trying to horn in on their massive biz.

Two Bieber perfumes (Someday and Justin Bieber's Girlfriend) have raked in $87 million in retail sales -- while Taylor's Wonderstruck perfumes and lotions hauled in $60 million ... so, there's a TON of money on the line here.

In the suit, Elizabeth Arden says Preferred's Bieber knock-offs -- called Today and Be My Girl -- use packaging that almost exactly mirrors the packaging of EA's Bieber perfumes.

The lawsuit points out a bunch of similar infractions related to the Minaj and Swift products

Kim Kardashian did NOT bang a convict while she was engaged to Kris Humphries ... and the con is nothing but a swindler and liar ... so says Kim's lawyer in a scathing letter.

Andrey Hicks sent a website an email he claimed was written by Kim herself, admitting the two had an affair in Monaco shortly before her wedding to Kris ... and it was "a mistake."

Now Kim's lawyer, Marty Singer, has sent Andrey -- better known as inmate #21236-055 -- a letter ripping into him, calling him "a swindling convict and a liar," adding Andrey has even called himself "a greedy capitalist who went to jail for a greedy scheme."

In fact ... Andrey is a greedy capitalist who went to PRISON for a greedy, hedge fund scheme.

As for the email, Singer says the email is fake ... and Kim never ever sent it.

Here's the best part. Singer calls Andrey out for claiming he got a Ph.D in mathematics from Harvard, saying, "...you dropped out of Harvard after three semesters and earned a D- in the only math course you took at Harvard."

Elisabeth Hasselbeck is disgusted that "The View" is bringing Rosie O'Donnell back, as much as saying Rosie is a turncoat American.

Elisabeth -- who's on vacation from "Fox & Friends" -- called in to the show today to comment on the story TMZ broke Tuesday ... that Rosie's coming back for a second round on "The View."

Elisabeth said, "Here comes to "The View" the very woman who spit in the face of our military, spit in the face of her own network and really in the face of a person who stood by her and had civilized debates for the time that she was there."

Elisabeth and Rosie pretty much hated each other ... which ironically made the show compelling.

Fact is ... "The View" now needs another Elisabeth to survive.

Chris Brown continues to throw out gang language all over the place ... this time dropping Bloods references on Instagram.

The post was quickly deleted, but Brown captioned a mundane photo of his shoes by writing, "It's bool! I stand on my own two feet when life gets brazy."

"Bool" and "brazy" are terms used by the Bloods ... replacing the first letters of certain words with a B is a common practice.

George Clooney is going nuclear on The Daily Mail, claiming it flat out made up a story about his fiancee's mother objecting to their wedding on religious grounds.

George is especially pissed off about the line in the story that Amal's mom told half of Beruit that if she married someone outside the Druze religion she could be excommunicated. The story also referenced reports that such brides sometimes end up dead.

Clooney starts off by saying Amal's mom is NOT Druze. And more fundamentally, she's not against the marriage.

Clooney didn't stop with the specific story. He went on to accuse The Daily Mail of habitually lying, saying "If they fabricate stories of Amal being pregnant, or that the marriage will take place on the set of Downton Abbey, or that I'm running for office, or any number of idiotic stories that they sit at their computers and invent, I don't care."

He clearly cares a little.

A sound engineer who claims he was a key producer/creator of Roc-A-Fella's entire body of work between 1999 - 2000 wants a declaration from a judge -- he's as much the owner of the 6 albums as the label itself.

Chauncey Mahan claims in a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he was the sound engineer who was one of the first masters of Pro Tools production software and was instrumental in creating the sound for a number of Roc-A-Fella's biggest releases, including The Life and Times of S. Carter and The Dynasty album.

TMZ broke the story ... Jay Z and Roc Nation filed an extortion police report earlier this year, claiming Chauncey was holding boxes of master recordings hostage ... demanding $100,000 for the music.

Jay Z set up a sting operation where his people met Chancey at a storage facility in the San Fernando Valley, and unbeknownst to him the LAPD was there and seized the boxes. Cops still have them.

Chauncey now wants a judge to say he was so essential to the creation of the music ... he's a co-owner of the copyright. As such, it would give him the right to get the masters back.

Nash Grier -- the most followed person on Vine -- billowed out a homophobic slur so loud and angry it is truly shocking.

The 16-year-old posted the video in April -- then quickly deleted it. It features a snippet from a TV commercial about HIV. Grier clearly took issue with the message.

The reason it just surfaced -- Tyler Oakley, another social media star, got his hands on it and was appalled enough to blast it out.

Grier has since taken to Twitter to apologize.

Ashton Kutcher busted out his best Indian turban -- and his WORST Indian accent and dance moves for the traditional Indian wedding of one of his friends ... and let's just say, Apu from the Simpsons would be proud.

Ashton's pal, Google VP Nikesh Arora, got married over the weekend in Italy -- and made the awesome decision to have Ashton on stage for a Bollywoodesque dance number.

Watch the vid ... Ashton holds his own on the dance floor. The hysterical/questionable taste part comes when he gets on the mic and attempts an Indian accent.
