Guy Fieri's facing a lengthy recovery process ... because he tore his quadriceps muscle "in half" while working on an episode of one of his upcoming shows.

The Food Network star was filming an episode of "Flavor Town Food Fight" when he slipped down a set of steps and caught one of his feet on a threshold ... which he said made him look like he was "doing the splits" in an interview with Fox News Digital.

Guy said his doctor hadn't seen a tear like the one he suffered in 20 years. He underwent emergency surgery to make sure his quadriceps -- a set of muscles on the front of the thigh -- wouldn't "recede."

The show's crew had to get creative to work around Guy's injury.

Guy can't put any weight on his leg for eight weeks, which he'll spend in a wheelchair. Then he'll have to put his leg in a cast and use crutches before he's able to rehabilitate his quad.

The high-pressure finale came down to Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach, Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa, influencer Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy, Robert Irwin and Witney Carson and actress Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten.

Robert Irwin has been killing it on "Dancing with the Stars" ... but now his fate is in jeopardy, as his pro partner Witney Carson revealed he's suffered an injury ahead of tonight's finale!

Witney posted a video on TikTok Monday, saying ... "Today at [camera] blocking is a little stressful because we just have to make the freestyle all come together. Robert’s ribs have been killing him, and more will be revealed on Tuesday, and you guys can get a better idea of what we’ve been dealing with all week.”

Clearly, the 11 weeks of grueling dance rehearsals have taken a toll ... but despite this, Witney said Robert is "going to want to practice until the very last second."

"Baddies USA" star Sarah Oliver and Judi Jai from "Bad Girls Club" linked up to co-host Sunday's TMZ Brunch Bus ... and they hit up all the hottest spots!

Kate told Kimmel Monday night ... "He went to the bathroom and then was very surprised to find that he had laid an egg.”

Sawyer Sweeten left a lasting impression on his fans through his acting work ... and his former "Everybody Loves Raymond" castmates are no exception.

The late actor -- who died by suicide in 2015 when he was just 19 years old -- was remembered fondly by the hit sitcom's surviving cast members during the show's 30th anniversary reunion special, which aired Monday night.

The show's star, Ray Romano, broached the topic by asking Sawyer's siblings Madylin and Sullivan -- both of whom also starred in the sitcom -- for permission to speak about their late brother, which they were okay with, according to the New York Post.

Romano said the show's cast and crew all miss Sawyer ... Sullivan said he tried to focus on the good times he shared with his brother -- many of which happened during filming.

Sullivan said no one thought Sawyer would have chosen to die by suicide. Madylin said she thought it was "important" to bring up her brother's death in any conversation related to the late actor, who portrayed character Geoffrey Barone in the hit sitcom.

She said her family is heavily involved in suicide prevention efforts in memory of her brother.

Madylin said her family received several messages from people whose lives had taken a turn for the better.

"90 Day Fiancé" star Elizabeth Castravet announced the death of her father, Chuck Potthast, in an Instagram post Sunday.

The reality television star wrote her father died two weeks ago and her family's been "completely shattered."

One of Elizabeth's sisters, Rebekah Lichtwerch, also paid tribute to her late father on Instagram, writing her world has been "distorted into a place I don’t understand."

Chuck Potthast -- who appeared in several episodes of "90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?" -- had been open about his struggles with his health ... in one episode of the show, he urged his daughter to patch up her differences with family members.

His family has not yet released the cause of his death.

Chuck posted a health update on Instagram in September, revealing he underwent an 8-hour surgery to repair a hernia and a collapsed stomach.

Chuck took the surgery in stride and jokingly pointed out the procedure left him with a flat stomach.

Chuck Potthast was 64 years old.
