Kim Kardashian is all set to return to the "
Pussycat Dolls" ... only this time, she'll be running things BEHIND THE SCENES -- as the executive producer of a new PCD reality show ... TMZ has learned.
Kim signed a TV deal with "American Idol" honcho Nigel Lythgoe -- to be the E.P. for an upcoming reality show about the "Pussycat Dolls empire" ... that will feature the launch of a
"new" PCD group.
One source tells us the newbies are "10 times better than the original group."
We're told Kim has a good relationship with PCD founder Robin Antin -- plus Kim really enjoyed performing with the group in Vegas a few years back.
Kim is telling friends she's "super excited" to work with Nigel because "he's the best in the business."
Head Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger was totally blown away when she was told to pay the valet at Foxtail last night -- God forbid a hot chick should actually pay for something.
That $6 must have been rough for the platinum-selling singer -- who begrudgingly shelled out the cash before hopping into her Bentley and taking off.
Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger stuffed her face last night! The kitty was caught chowing down at
two different restaurants by TMZ cameras.
Whatever she eats clearly goes to all the right places!
TMZ caught Brit going to town on a lollipop while on the town this week. Lick it baby one more time!
Brit showed up to work on her newest music video in her Mercedes. Remember people, she lipsyncs hard for the money.
Just because the Pussycats don't want you, it doesn't mean you can't work it at the Playboy party. The Pussycats need to rethink their choice.
Tom Arnold and Dax Shepard grossed everyone out -- probably even themselves -- by joking about their upcoming porn project. Ew, that certainly doesn't sound too bootylicious!
Stevie Wonder played paparazzi by taking over a pap's camera and snapping shots of his fans. And Lil' Kim and Ray J. shopped 'til they dropped.
Also out this weekend, Dave Boreanz and his wife; Pussycat Doll Nicole; and a busy Bruce Willis, rolling on dubs. Die hard is right!
Coolio hung out outside of Les Deux, and professed his appreciation of Britney, y'all.
And what would the weekend be without a big dose of Bai Ling?
She's already got an affinity for burlesque gear, but could Britney Spears become the next Pussycat Doll?
TMZ cameras caught the freshly-toned pop star arriving to her North Hollywood dance studio yesterday, moments after Pussycat founder Robin Antin was seen leaving the very same place. A surprise Britney concert is rumored to be happening in Los Angeles this week, so the star-crossing is probably not a coincidence.
TMZ spoke with the PCD honcho herself this morning, who said that while she "loves Brit," Antin wasn't there to train her. "I would have given her the thumbs-up though, she looks amazing!"
Bird's the word for Lindsay Lohan -- flipping off cameras outside Hyde.
TMZ spotted Lilo hiding in the front seat of her SUV, as she and her friends left the Hollywood club. Both Lindsay and her buddies
flipped off our photog before their driver sped away.
Also out in Los Angeles last night; an unusually happy Suge Knight, who celebrated his birthday, and Kevin Federline at Privilege, while the cast of "Heroes" marked the wrap of their first season with a party at Cabana Club.
Meanwhile, in NYC, Snoop Dogg showed up at a Pussycat Dolls show at Cipriani -- not a bad way to celebrate
avoiding jail time! Making the concert even sweeter was Dolls' lead singer Nicole Scherzinger's practically painted-on dress. Naomi Campbell and Russell Simmons also hit up the concert.
A pretty n' spitty-in-Pepto-pink Avril Lavigne and hubby Deryck Whibley were spotted leaving a CD release party for her new album.
All this and more in today's flipped out Star Catcher.

"Celebrity Duets" contestant and wrestling super star Chris Jericho showed TMZ and some lucky McDonald's patrons his chops while handing out cheeseburgers. He's a true renaissance man.

No one drops the F-bomb like
Meat Loaf. The former rocker had plenty of enthusiasm as he presented the Best Video award at the Kerrang! Awards in London.
Hasbro Inc. shelved plans Wednesday to release a line of dolls based on the Pussycat Dolls, an all-female music group known for risque lyrics and skimpy outfits.
Hasbro, the nation's second biggest toy maker, said it decided the dolls were "inappropriate" for the company to market and that the pop group catered to a more mature audience.
