Nicole Scherzingerclearly doesn't know what to say about the Pussycat Dolls who aren't part of their new reunion tour ... locking up on live TV when asked about them.
Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt stopped by "Today" on Friday to discuss their upcoming reunion tour ... and, they were asked about why they've decided to come back as a trio instead of bringing all 6 of the OGs back together.
Worth noting ... Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutta have both revealed they weren't asked to join the tour -- expressing some outrage after learning about the semi-reunion.
American choreographer and dancer Robin Antin was in her mid-30s when she founded the girl group and dance ensemble, The Pussycat Dolls (known for their hit songs "Don't Cha", "Stickwitu" and "Buttons") back in 1995.
Antin rose to prominence in the early-mid 2000s after she took her dancing crew from Burlesque and created a pop group -- which included, Nicole Scherzinger,Carmit Bachar, Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Jessica Sutta and Melody Thornton.
Throughout her career, Antin has worked with numerous A-list stars including Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton and Pink!
Before this sweet kiddo with braids turned into a singer and dancer, she was just blowing out her birthday candles, working hard to make her dreams come true and growing up in Louisville, Kentucky with her younger sister.
Most known from her days with her former girl band group and dance ensemble, she was one of 6 members to put out popular songs like "Buttons" and "Stickwitu." If you head to her IG, you can soak up all her thirst traps! Most recently, she put a ring on it with a Scottish rugby player!
'Don't Cha' wish you had one more clue? She's a 'Doll!'
The Pussycat Dolls are working on kicking R. Kelly to the curb ... digitally, and financially, speaking.
Our sources say the group's label, Interscope, is currently working behind the scenes to get the song "Out Of This Club" featuring R. Kelly removed from all streaming services.
The song -- produced by Kelly -- was released in 2008 to mixed reviews. One music critic referred to the track as a "standard sex you up fare (you wouldn't expect anything less from Kelly, would you?)"
In any event ... the move comes on the heels of Lady Gaga, Celine Dion and Chance The Rapper jumping on board the #MuteRKelly movement after Lifetime aired the docuseries, "Surviving R. Kelly."
As we reported ... Gaga apologized and said she stands in solidarity with the women Kelly allegedly abused. It didn't take long for Celine to follow suit.
Ciara is also in the process of taking "Promise" offline, but as we've told you ... tons of artists are still streaming their R. Kelly collabs.
Nicole Scherzinger and her Bulgarian pro tennis player boyfriend, Grigor Dimitrov, are far from splitting up, but that doesn't mean they can't pull off the splits.
The former Pussycat Doll pulled out some of her old tricks while lounging around Monday on the Italian isle of Capri.
Some people relax while on vacation ... Nicole and Grigor, who is ranked number 10 in the world and got beaten by Roger Federer in the fourth round of Wimbledon, got in a little yoga, a swim sesh and a whole lotta PDA.
Losing can't be that bad when you follow it up with Nicole on vacation.
Some people spend hours at the gym ... Eva Longoria dances like a Pussycat Doll.
Eva flew to Mexico recently for a dance fitness retreat run by founder and choreographer Robin Antin. It's more of a sexy aerobics boot camp where they tried out the new PCDFIT weighted fitness gloves ... Antin tells us they were inspired by UFC fighter Ronda Rousey for an added kick-ass element.
Eva nails the intense routine, which clearly yields great results.
Former Pussycat Doll Kaya Jones is firing back at Nicole Scherzinger's recent diss towards the rest of her PCD bandmates ... claiming Nicole only sang most of PCD's songs because she REFUSED to share the spotlight.
Scherzinger made headlines this week, when a clip of her upcoming VH1 "Behind the Music" special revealed her true feelings about the girl group -- specifically Nicole claims to have sang 95% of PCD's songs on their first album (below).
TMZ spoke to former Pussycat Doll Kaya Jones -- who does NOT out right deny the claim -- but is adamant ... the only reason Nicole sang lead vocals for everything, is because "there was a lot more going on behind the scenes."
Kaya -- who starred in the group from 2003-06 with Nicole -- says, "Nicole was always someone who wanted to be in the spotlight and would do pretty much anything to get it."
She adds, "To call the other girls in the Pussycat Dolls 'window dressings' is a bit farfetched ... every girl in the group was talented."
Kim Kardashian is all set to return to the "Pussycat Dolls" ... only this time, she'll be running things BEHIND THE SCENES -- as the executive producer of a new PCD reality show ... TMZ has learned.
Kim signed a TV deal with "American Idol" honcho Nigel Lythgoe -- to be the E.P. for an upcoming reality show about the "Pussycat Dolls empire" ... that will feature the launch of a "new" PCD group.
One source tells us the newbies are "10 times better than the original group."
We're told Kim has a good relationship with PCD founder Robin Antin -- plus Kim really enjoyed performing with the group in Vegas a few years back.
Kim is telling friends she's "super excited" to work with Nigel because "he's the best in the business."
Head Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger was totally blown away when she was told to pay the valet at Foxtail last night -- God forbid a hot chick should actually pay for something.
Diva Aubrey O'Day found herself in a heap of trouble last week when she all but flat-out admitted to TMZ that she was leaving P. Diddy-created "supergroup" Danity Kane for a better gig with the Pussycat Dolls. Now she's done a 180, and loudly reaffirmed her love for DK!
TMZ's camera's caught O'Day knockin' on DK and Diddy last week, with O'Day saying that she "hasn't looked at [Diddy] for more than ten minutes" and that she didn't know what was up with a second DK album. That's a harsh 'tude from a reality TV pop tart!
In response to the damaging video, the ever-talkative O'Day released the following statement:
Once again I would like to put to rest absurd rumors. I love being a member of Danity Kane and have always been down with DK musically. I'm looking forward to a second DK album and I totally support all members of DK in all of their endeavors.
Tom Arnold and Dax Shepard grossed everyone out -- probably even themselves -- by joking about their upcoming porn project. Ew, that certainly doesn't sound too bootylicious!
TMZ cameras caught the freshly-toned pop star arriving to her North Hollywood dance studio yesterday, moments after Pussycat founder Robin Antin was seen leaving the very same place. A surprise Britney concert is rumored to be happening in Los Angeles this week, so the star-crossing is probably not a coincidence.
TMZ spoke with the PCD honcho herself this morning, who said that while she "loves Brit," Antin wasn't there to train her. "I would have given her the thumbs-up though, she looks amazing!"
