Renowned film critic Rex Reed has died at the age of 87, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Reed died at home in New York City, a friend told the outlet Tuesday morning.

His final review was published in the New York Observer in November, for the film "Truth & Treason."

Reed was 87.

Charles appeared to laugh it off while discussing the trip ... even referencing a speech where he poked fun at America's colonial history with a cheeky French joke.

Hayden Panettiere is opening up about a terrifying experience she had with a naked Hollywood star, revealing she was trapped alone in bed with him on a boat.

The actress sat down for an interview with Jay Shetty during Monday's episode of his 'On Purpose' podcast and, at one point, their convo turned to the traumatic boat incident, which Hayden wrote about in her new memoir, "This Is Me: A Reckoning."

Shetty first brings up the harrowing memory, and then Hayden goes into a long explanation, saying she was only 18 at the time and incapable of being fully aware of her surroundings. A gunman wielding an assault rifle went on a broad daylight rampage through the streets of Massachusetts, firing upwards of 60 bullets and critically injuring two people, authorities said.

The harrowing Monday afternoon incident was captured on video, showing the alleged shooter, identified by police as Tyler Brown, walking down Memorial Drive in Cambridge while indiscriminately opening fire with his assault weapon.

Brown squeezed off between 50 to 60 bullets, striking two men in vehicles, according to Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan.

Kelvin Evans pleaded guilty Tuesday to several charges related to the theft, WXIA-TV reports. The Jeep was rented by a member of Beyoncé’s team who had a flash drive of unreleased music that was swiped.

Craig Morton -- the former Denver Broncos quarterback who led them to their first Super Bowl appearance -- has died.

Luka Doncic just revealed his fight for his daughters has forced him to back out of playing for his national team this summer ... explaining his kids "will always come first in my life" as he seeks joint custody.

A registered nurse was savagely murdered by her boyfriend in Illinois ... and the suspect recorded more than 7 hours of her being tortured, sexually assaulted and strangled, according to police.

The grisly recording was discovered on April 30 when police took Kevin Motykie into custody in the garage of the suburban Chicago home he shared with former longtime partner, Katherine Torbick, who was found dead at the scene.

Schaumburg Police detectives reportedly discovered an audio recording device in Motykie's pocket as he was being arrested -- which allegedly holds evidence of the murder.
