Prince New Album Yanked Off iTunes While Court Battle Begins

Prince's new album won't see the light of day if his estate gets its way -- and the legal battle's already resulted in the new music getting removed from iTunes and Apple Music.

The "Deliverance" album vanished from Apple's platforms Wednesday around 3:30 PM PT. When you search for it on iTunes it shows no results for Prince, and Apple Music says the album is "not available." It was #1 on the pre-order chart.

Meanwhile, Prince's estate went into court Wednesday asking a judge to block the album's release ... in conjunction with a lawsuit it filed against the producer behind the EP.

Apple itself wasn't named in the suit, but seems like it's waiting for the legal dust to settle. We've reached out to Apple, but haven't heard back.

Google Play has also pulled it, while Amazon still has it up for pre-order, but you don't immediately get the title track ... like you previously could on Apple.

iPhone 7 Debut Apple Screws Itself

Apple's big reveal for iPhone 7 was upstaged thanks to its own Twitter account ... where images of the new phone were leaked even before CEO Tim Cook could unveil it.

Cook was right in the middle of the iPhone debut presentation from San Fran -- but hadn't actually shown the device -- when a few tweets went out from the company's account.

OOPS doesn't begin to cover it.

Sorry, Tim ... but now everyone knows: Water resistant, new camera, stereo speakers, longer battery life. Really no need to continue your speech.

Heads would've rolled under Jobs.

Apple Body Found at HQ

POLICE SCANNER AUDIO

11:42 PM PST -- A Sheriff spokesperson says the person found dead was a Hispanic male who worked at Apple ... there was no one else involved. It's still unclear why officers said there was a female with a head wound in the dispatch audio.

A body was found this morning on the campus of Apple's headquarters.

Santa Clara County Sheriff's deputies are on the campus in Cupertino, CA. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the call came in to dispatch at 8:38 AM as a "possible suicide."

According to the sheriff's dispatch call there was a female employee involved in an argument on the campus, and had sustained a head wound -- possibly from a gun -- before Apple security escorted her out of the building.

As deputies were responding, they were unclear if there were multiple people involved. At one point cops describe a body being found in a conference room, and say that person had a gun.

It's increasingly looking like there were 2 people involved since the fatality was reportedly a Hispanic male ... and we know the person with the head wound was a woman.

Apple's stock plummeted overnight, more than 7% -- crushing the company's value by more than $40 billion.

Story developing ...

Cecil's Revenge Apple Flip-Flops App Gets the Greenlight

Cecil the Lion will get his revenge after all!!!

Apple has reversed itself and "Cecil's Revenge" will now be featured in the App Store. The company rejected the game -- in which Cecil and his animal buddies kill hunters in space -- because it violated Apple policies by targeting a real-life group.

The game's creators tell us Apple didn't offer an explanation for its change of heart, but it happened after TMZ ran the rejection story.

The app had been advertised on Google free of charge, but now it's priced at $0.99 -- with all proceeds going to stop illegal poaching.

Melinda Gates Apple Watch Frenzy ... Not in Our House!!

Microsoft founder Bill Gates and his wife may not be cashing in on the new Apple Watch -- but they've gotta at least check out the competition, right? Maybe ...

Our photog spotted Melinda Gates Tuesday afternoon in New York City, and asked if Mr. and Mrs. Microsoft would be indulging in the competition's new gadget.

Melinda tells us she and Bill are passing on the watch.

As for other Apple products -- well, watch her answer about what you'll find around the Gates household.

CNN Election Commentators Microsoft Surface Is Great For Hiding Our iPads!

CNN just got busted in the biggest political cover-up, and it has nothing to do with Benghazi or the IRS -- instead it's all about ... TABLETS!!!

Last night CNN's Election coverage experts were given Microsoft Surface Pro 3 tablets to use. It was reportedly part of a product placement deal ... and competing devices -- like the iPad -- were supposed to be no where in sight.

Not everyone got that memo ... because Jake Tapper and Ana Navarro were caught on camera using the Surface Pros as shields to cover up their iPads ... which they were clearly still using.

With 100% of precincts reporting, we are prepared to call this race ... for the iPad.

A Microsoft spokesperson was "unable" to comment on the apparent CNN gaffe.

Meagan Good My Days in the Cloud Are Over!

Meagan Good isn't ashamed of the photos of her that got leaked as part of the celebrity nude photo hacking scandal, but she and her husband agree ... no more cloud for them!

Good and her husband DeVon Franklin were out Monday night at Couture in Hollywood where the couple said they are taking the scandal in stride ... at least we think that's what Franklin meant when he quoted the Bible.

Franklin said they are keeping any future private moments out of the cloud ... which is interesting because when we asked Megan about the scandal before her photos leaked, she said she didn't keep any photos there anyway.

Guess we know which of the two got hacked ...

Joan Rivers Promotes iPhone 6 Feet Under

The ghost of Joan Rivers has a message for you ... BUY THE iPHONE 6!!! After all, who knows more about the cloud than a ghost?

This post appeared -- briefly -- on Joan's Facebook page Friday morning ... clearly the result of a pre-negotiated deal with Apple. Someone pulled a Ron Popeil ... set it and forget it.

The post was removed pronto.

Steve Jobs could not be reached for comment.

Steve Wozniak I'm Ditching My Android Phones! iPhone 6 Is THAT Good

Steve Wozniak is finally going back to Apple, exclusively ... when it comes to phones -- and it's all because he thinks the company finally has a product in the iPhone 6 to rival Android.

The Woz was making his way through Dulles International Airport when he copped to tossing out multiple Android phones he had been using instead of the iPhone ... and said the new model (TWO DAYS AWAY!) is a game changer.

Steve started gushing about new iPhone 6 features -- and it sounds like one in particular sold him on the device.

Check out the vid ... Woz can still sell. Better than the average Genius Bar jockey, anyway.

Celeb Nude Leaks Hacked Model Suing Apple I Warned Them ... Twice

Apple is about to get sued by a model who claims her nude pictures are now on public display thanks to the company's crappy security, and she's rounding up others to join her in court.

Joy Corrigan says she was hacked months before Kate Upton, Jennifer Lawrence, Kirsten Dunst and others who suffered the same fate.

Joy says she reached out to Apple in early July ... but the company blew her off, saying she was simply a victim of phishing, so she needed to change her password. She followed orders, but days later she was hacked again. Apple gave her the same song and dance.

After the story broke late last month Apple contacted her and again denied any responsibility.

Joy's now lawyered up and plans to round up other victims for a class action lawsuit against Apple.

TMZ has also reached out to Apple, but so far no word back.

Kate Upton FBI Probes to See If Hacker Hooked Her by Phishing

The leaked photos of Kate Upton and her boyfriend didn't get out because of an iCloud security breach ... but instead she may have been the victim of one of the oldest tricks in the online scamming game.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... FBI investigators are looking into whether Kate and at least 3 other celebs -- Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jennifer Lawrence, and Lea Michele -- were prime targets of phishing.

If you don't know, here's how it works ... you get an email informing you there's some sort of problem with your account, and in order to fix it you'll need to send personal info -- such as a username, phone number, credit card, or even a password. So, you unwittingly give the crooks all they need to jack your data.

We're told in this case ... the email sent to the celebs might have been doctored up to look like it was coming from Apple. Phishing's been going on since the early days of the Internet, but scammers are so sophisticated now ... their emails look identical to the real deal.

J-Law and Kate's pics -- some with her BF pitcher Justin Verlander -- were among the first ones released Sunday by the hacker.

Reps for all 4 women haven't responded to our calls.

Joanna Krupa Don't Let the Leak Stop You From Taking Selfies

Joanna Krupa has a totally different take on the hacked photos scandal -- she's NOT mad about the possibility of her personal pics leaking, and recommends celebs keep snapping whatever kinds of photos they want.

Our photog got Krupa -- whose name appears on the alleged "master list" of victims -- as she was leaving an Apple store, where she bought an external hard drive ... because she says she's done with the cloud.

Krupa feels bad for people like Jennifer Lawrence, but since she's been in Playboy ... she's not too concerned about nude photos getting out. But you gotta hear her explain why selfie-addicted celebs should keep it up.

We also shot Meagan Good ... who says although her name is also on that list, you won't find her on the cloud.

Celebrity Nude Photo Leak Apple Says ... It Ain't Our Fault

Personal accounts of Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and other celebs were all individually targeted by hackers, and Apple's iCloud security system was not to blame ... according to Apple.

Apple now says after nearly 2 days of investigating ... their research shows the hackers broke into each celeb's iCloud and/or iPhone accounts by using actual usernames, passwords and security codes.

Apple maintains it was not a breach, and says it's working with law enforcement to find the suspect or suspects involved.

Celebrity Nude Photo Leak The FBI Is on the Case!

The celebrity nude photo leak scandal has reached a boiling point ... and now the FBI is getting involved.

In a statement released Monday afternoon, a spokesperson for the FBI said, "The FBI is aware of the allegations concerning computer intrusions and the unlawful release of material involving high profile individuals, and is addressing the matter. Any further comment would be inappropriate at this time."

Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton -- the two most prominent names in the leak -- have both expressed interest in pursuing legal action in the matter.

An Apple spokesperson told Recode.net they are "active investigating" whether or not their iCloud system was hacked as part of this leak.

Kirsten Dunst became the latest celeb featured in the leak to comment via Twitter, placing the blame squarely on Apple's shoulders (while also acknowledging the photos are real). She simply wrote, "Thank you iCloud."

Kate Upton Vows to Pursue Hackers in Celebrity Photo Leak

Model Kate Upton has joined Jennifer Lawrence in vowing to go after the hackers responsible for the massive celebrity photo leak dominating the Internet.

Upton's lawyer, Lawrence Shire, called the leak an "obviously and outrageous violation" of Upton's privacy. He added, "We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible."

Lawrence, who along with Upton is the most prominent celebrity involved in the leak, said through a spokesperson on Sunday, "The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence."

Jennifer Lawrence One of Dozens Targeted in Nude Photos Leak

Photos purporting to show a nude Jennifer Lawrence are making their way around on the Internet as part of what appears to be a massive celebrity hacking campaign.

The photos claiming to be of Lawrence were taken in various locations -- some of them appear to be taken in a dressing room, while others are more intimate. Some of the photos show the woman who is allegedly Lawrence taking the photos herself, while others appear to be taken by someone else.

A few of the photos show what appears to be Lawrence in various bathing suits ... but others are fully nude.

There are a ton of other partially nude photos of celebrities posted today ... the alleged victims include Kate Upton, Victoria Justice, Ariana Grande, Kirsten Dunst, Hope Solo, Krysten Ritter, Yvonne Strahovski, and Teresa Palmer.

Lawrence's spokespeople tell TMZ, "This is a flagrant violation of privacy. The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence."

We're reaching out to the reps for the women involved. So far, no word back ...

Update 3:25 PM PT -- Victoria Justice denied the photos going around claiming to be her are authentic, writing on Twitter, "These so called nudes of me are FAKE people. Let me nip this in the bud right now. *pun intended*"

Mary Elizabeth Winstead, also part of the leak, confirmed the photos of her were real, writing, "Knowing those photos were deleted long ago, I can only imagine the creepy effort that went into this. Feeling for everyone who got hacked. To those of you looking at photos I took with my husband years ago in the privacy of our home, hope you feel great about yourselves."

Ariana Grande tweeted late Sunday night, saying the photos claiming to be of her are fake, writing, "hell nah.... praying for the people who believed that was me lmaoo... my petite ass is much cuter than that."

Kate Upton's attorney released a statement saying, "This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton's privacy. We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible."
