3:33 PM PT -- 50 Cent just posted a tweet that seems like it's directed at his accuser -- "look billy jean your not my lover."

It's unclear if he's trying to say he's not the father of her child.

3:20 PM PT -- The woman accusing 50 Cent of domestic violence is a second baby mama. Translation: 50 Cent has TWO kids.

50 Cent has been charged with domestic violence after the rapper allegedly kicked one of his baby mamas and destroyed a bunch of property in her condo last month ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. City Attorney tells TMZ ... 50 is accused of causing $7,100 in damage during the June 23 incident, which took place inside the victim's condo in Toluca Lake, Ca.

According to officials, LAPD officers were called to the scene ... and the woman told cops she had gotten into an altercation with 50 and locked herself in the bedroom.

50 -- real name Curtis Jackson -- allegedly got so mad, he kicked down the door and kicked her, resulting in an injury.

Officials say the 37-year-old rapper is also accused of breaking chandeliers, furniture, a TV and a lamp -- and allegedly ransacked the bedroom closet -- during his rampage.

Officials say 50 left the scene before cops arrived.

50 has been hit with 5 charges in total -- including 1 count misdemeanor domestic violence and 4 counts of misdemeanor vandalism.

If convicted on all counts, 50 could face up to five years in jail and $46,000 in fines.

50 is due in court to be arraigned on July 22.

We've reached out to 50 's camp for comment -- so far, no word back.

TMZ shot footage of 50 with his crew at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills on the night of the alleged attack -- but it's clear, he was in no mood to talk.

The woman accusing 50 Cent of domestic violence is NOT Shaniqua Tompkins -- the mother of the rapper's 16-year-old son -- it's ANOTHER baby mama, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... cops say the victim of the domestic violence incident is a former girlfriend who has a child with 50.

50 has never publicly acknowledged having a second child ... but it appears the woman behind the allegation is Daphne Joy -- a model who famously dated 50 for 3 years.

There were rumors the two had a child last fall ... but neither 50 nor Daphne ever confirmed the birth. In fact, the L.A. City Attorney seemed to break the news in its statement to the media when it said the victim and 50 had a "child in common."

We spoke with Shaniqua, who swore she wasn't the accuser -- and we know Daphne lives in Toluca Lake, where the alleged incident took place.

So ... congrats???

Calls to 50 have not been returned.

The countdown to the wedding IS ON ... 'cause TMZ spies confirm Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose were both at the marriage license kiosk at an L.A. courthouse today.

If all is as appears, the couple has 90 days to get hitched before the marriage license expires.

Amber -- who just gave birth to the couple's first son -- has been calling Wiz her "husband" for months ... but unofficially.

The two have been discussing marriage for a while, but have yet to reveal exactly when and where they plan to tie the knot.

So far, no word from Amber's camp.

Looking like a Sith lord, Kanye West spent some quality 1-on-1 time with his baby's mama's mama Kris Jenner in Los Angeles today ... and shocker, he wasn't in a very friendly mood!

Kanye made it clear he didn't wanna talk right from the start ... and Kris, obviously aware of Kanye's explosive temper, playfully (or nervously) signaled to the photog to back off before K blew his top.

Thankfully, the photog took Kris' warning ... and no one was hurt in the making of this clip.

It's the first time we've seen Kanye out in public since the birth of his daughter North.

As we previously reported, Kim is in hiding with the child at a secret location so they can bond without the cameras around.

There are rumors that Kim will debut the kid on Kris' new talk show.

Flo Rida's baby mama is demanding the rapper fork over some dough for his kid ... the very same kid Flo adamantly DENIED fathering -- but now we know the truth.

The Florida Dept. of Revenue filed legal docs in connection with Gloria Holloway's request for child support from Flo -- real name Tramar Dillard -- for Gloria's two-year-old son.

As TMZ previously reported, Flo denied knocking up Gloria ... and even claimed he took a paternity test that came back negative -- but according to the new docs, the court has ALREADY established paternity.

Here's why ... when child support requests come through the state's Dept. of Revenue -- it usually means no one's disputing it. Translation: Looks like Flo's the daddy.

Now the state of FL wants Flo to hand over his financials so it can determine how much he owes.

It's pretty crazy ... considering how vocal Kim's been about motherly duties in the past. Back in 2010, she got into hot water for criticizing a mom for breastfeeding at a restaurant.

Brooke Mueller thinks she's going to get her kids back when she leaves rehab, but according to sources connected to the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services ... she may not get the kids back for at least a year.

Brooke has been in rehab around 20 times ... in other words, it never sticks -- at least not so far. Our Brooke sources are confident the judge will return twins Bob and Max to her when she exits rehab, and her family is willing to do what it takes to reassure the court that the kids will be fine. If that means a family member living with Brooke ... we're told that will be offered.

But other sources tell TMZ ... DCFS feels it's too risky to return the kids to Brooke until there's proof she can function clean and sober over a period of time, and we're told that time frame is a year, and possibly longer. Our sources add ... DCFS will allow meaningful visitation between Brooke and the kids, but not custody until there's proof she's on the straight and narrow.

When Kim Kardashian first arrived to Cedars-Sinai to deliver her baby, she didn't get the fancy celebrity suite she had hoped for 'cause they were all in use ... and one of the VIP occupants was Dwight Howard's newest baby mama, TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the births tell us ... before Kim went into labor, she had made arrangements to stay in one of the fancy suites at the L.A. hospital. But the baby came 5 weeks early, and the fancy suites were all booked. So Kim was placed in another unit.

But while Kim was laid out in bed, Kanye roamed the maternity ward ... and bumped into NBA superstar Dwight Howard, whose lady was giving birth to his child.

FYI -- Dwight's a seasoned vet when it comes to the maternity ward ... he's reportedly fathered 3 other kids (with 3 different women).

We're told Kanye and Dwight got along great ... with Yeezy giving Howard a preview of his new album "Yeezus."

As for Kim ... we're told she's finally out of the hospital -- and mother and the baby are shacked up in a private location.

Allen Iverson has a date this week with the judge who earlier this year called him a horrible parent ... and seeing as his ex claims he owes $40,000 in child support ... this new hearing will probably go as poorly for Iverson as the last one.

As TMZ first reported, when Iverson's divorce was finalized back in February, the judge in the case tore Iverson's parenting skills a new one ... saying, "He does not know how to manage the children" and he "has been a hindrance to their spiritual and emotional growth and development."

Now TMZ has learned Iverson's ex, Tawanna, has filed docs with the court saying that Iverson has failed to honor the child support agreement that was handed down back in January. The order stated that Iverson was to pay $8,000/month in support for their 5 kids ... but Tawanna claims Iverson has missed every payment he was supposed to make.

The two are set to be in court this week, where Tawanna wants the judge to order Iverson to fork over the $40,000 he owes in support and even suggest the judge lock Iverson up for his actions.

Jessica Simpson was involved in a dastardly conspiracy with OK! Magazine to make a buck by grabbing a man's baby and mugging with the infant for the camera, making it appear as if the child were hers ... this according to a bizarre new lawsuit.

According to lawsuit uncovered by The Times-Picayune in New Orleans, Christopher Hurst took his teenage daughter and infant son to a department store in October 2011 to meet Simpson.

The lawsuit claims ... when Hurst got close to Simpson, a stranger suggested he hand his infant over to Simpson ... who was pregnant at the time.

Hurst obliged, and then, according to the suit, a photog came out of nowhere and began snapping pics.

According to the suit, Hurst was stunned months later when OK! splashed the pic on its cover, making it appear it was Jessica's baby. The irony -- Jessica's baby wasn't even born yet.

The lawsuit accuses Jessica of being in on the plot, claiming she had a deal with a competing mag to sell the first baby pic for $800k, but then got greedy and hatched a plot with OK! to double dip with a baby that wasn't even hers.

Hurst is suing Simpson, OK! magazine, and Getty Images for damages in excess of $75,000.

Two of Nate Dogg's baby mamas are trading legal blows over child support payments ... with one trying to block the other's attempt to get more money from his estate ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs filed this week in Los Angeles Superior Court, Rhoda Mouton is asking a judge to deny Omena Norris' request for an increase in support for the child she had with Nate back in 2006.

In the docs, Mouton (who has a teenaged son with Nate) claims Norris lied in her filing when she said her son received no Social Security payments from Nate's estate ... arguing that Norris and her son receive $694/month.

Mouton claims since Norris lied about that -- and since she never adequately states why she needs her support bumped up to $1,846/month (from $1,624) -- the judge should toss the request out entirely until Norris can file a new (and correct) request.

Mouton even takes it a step further, and says the judge should cut Norris' support all the way down to $802/month.

17-year-old rap prodigy Chief Keef is making bank off his music -- GREAT NEWS -- except he knocked up a girl and now has to pay a TON in child support based off his budding income.

TMZ broke the story, Keef -- real name Keith Cozart -- was sued for child support​ by his middle-school-aged baby mama earlier this year. She claimed Keef fathered her kid -- born in 2011 -- when he was only 15.

According to court docs, the teenage rapper pulls in about $13,000 A MONTH!!! Pretty baller considering his age.

As a result, a judge ordered Keef to pony up $2,600 a month in child support -- based on his lucrative career -- plus $500 in day care expenses and $10,400 in previously unpaid support. A hearing is set for next month to finalize the amount.

L.A. Lakers star Steve Nash thinks he has a good reason NOT to pay child support -- if he does, he thinks his ex-wife will spoil the kids with limos and other luxuries.

Nash is locked in a legal war with Alejandra Nash over their 3 kids. She currently lives in Arizona, where a judge handled their divorce and ruled she was not entitled to child support. She's appealing the ruling and we now know what they're arguing over.

Steve convinced the divorce judge -- Alejandra doesn't need child support because he made her a millionaire 5 times over in the divorce settlement. On top of that, she pulls in more than $30k a month.

For her part, Alejandra says Steve makes a million bucks more than her every month, and it's unfair he's not forced to use some of it for the benefit of their kids.

Steve is saying he's paying plenty -- 90% of medical, school and extracurricular activities, and 82% of the nanny's $2k a month salary. He says he's worried if he pays more, she's an excessive spender who will spoil and damage the kids with crazy luxuries.

But there's more going on here. As we previously reported ... Alejandra wants to move to L.A. but Steve is objecting. It's really weird, because the b-baller has said he chose to go to the Lakers rather than the Knicks so he could be closer to his kids.

Rapper Future can call himself a rapper and a parent ... AT THE SAME DAMN TIME ... 'cause he just took a DNA test proving he's the father of a 10-year-old son ... TMZ has learned.

Future -- aka Nayvadius Cash -- was sued last year by Jessica Smith -- who claimed the rapper knocked her up in 2001 ... but should be ordered to pay her child support.

According to court docs filed in Georgia, the 29-year-old rapper took a DNA test -- which confirmed with 99.9% certainty the kid was his.

In light of the results, Future and his baby mama struck a deal ... he agreed to be legally recognized as the father, fork over $1,662 in child support per month and pay for the cost of the DNA test ($889).

The judge signed off on it, and the case was closed earlier this month.

FUN FACT: In the docs Future lists his monthly income as $16,516.30.

FUNNER FACT: At the beginning of Future's hit song, "Same Damn Time" ... Diddy insults all of his haters by calling them out on their inability to "multitask." How fun is that?!

THE DNA TEST IS IN -- Michael Lohan fathered an illegitimate lovechild back in 1995 behind Dina Lohan's back ... and Michael's reaction to the shocking paternity reveal was all caught on tape.

Michael agreed to submit to a DNA test for an episode of "Trisha Goddard" -- where he comes face-to-face for the first time with the 17-year-old girl who claimed to be his daughter -- and the results came back POSITIVE.

The girl's mother -- Kristi Horn -- has claimed Michael was the father for years, and has even tried multiple times to get him to pay child support ... but Michael adamantly denied the allegations.

The reveal -- which airs tonight -- is cringeworthy ... Michael can't believe the news ... and the girl's mother immediately bursts into tears.

After, Michael gets up to hug his newfound daughter (Ashley) and she resists, shouting, "No! No! No!" while Michael pleads, "I just want to hug you."

FYI ... Michael's two youngest children with Dina -- Ali and Cody -- were born in 1993 and 1996 respectively. Which means Ashley was conceived somewhere in the middle.
