Levi Johnston is sick of Bristol Palin treating him like he doesn't exist -- claiming she's been traveling around the country with their son Tripp ... and he wants her held in contempt.

Levi just filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- asking the judge to order Bristol ... who's currently going to school in Arizona .. to return their son to Alaska STAT.

Levi claims Bristol up and took Tripp to Arizona in January -- and all he got was a text.

During their custody battle, Levi claims both parents were ordered to keep Tripp in Alaska unless they both agreed he could travel.

Nas' baby mama has an ultimatum ... pay your back child support or your sorry ass is going to jail.

Carmen Bryan filed legal docs claiming Nas -- real name Nasir Jones -- owes her more than 11K in back child support for his 19-year-old daughter, Destiny.

Bryan labels Nas a "repeat criminal non supporter" and says he's intentionally screwing over his daughter by refusing to pay her college tuition and her medical bills.

Brandi Glanville will not go down without a fight, now claiming ex-hubby Eddie Cibrian is making a play for money that could send her and her kids to the poor house.

Sources connected with Eddie tell TMZ ... Brandi's lawyer, Ron Rale, fired off a letter to Eddie in response to his claim that he overpaid her support money to the tune of $114,738 ... and he wants that deducted from her share of their financial settlement.

We're told the letter Eddie just got is blistering ... accusing him of trying to sandbag Brandi with a bill she simply can't afford to pay.

Screw Geico, Terrell Owens can save a whole bunch of money on child support ... just by visiting his kid -- this according court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

T.O. -- who's had some serious money issues in his life -- just cut a huge deal with one of his baby mama's who thinks the best way to get the ex-NFL star to visit his kid is by luring him with cash.

Here's the deal ... according to court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Terrell has to shell out $2,250-per-month to Melanie Smith, one of T.O.'s 4 baby mamas.

But the catch ... if T.O. flies to Georgia and spends at least 6 hours with his daughter, he may deduct the cost of the flight, up to $250, from the next month's child support check.

T.O. can only use visit deduction 3-times per year -- and only once a month.

If a cash discount can't inspire T.O. to be a good dad, what will?!

Rapper Ludacris wants to do something so shocking, it will send shock waves through the rap community -- he's fighting for CUSTODY of his kid.

Luda and baby mama Tamika Fuller are duking it out in an Atlanta court over custody and child support. They had a baby girl 2 months ago and Tamika's been taking care of the kid.

The rapper now says in legal docs he's a "fit and capable parent" and should get full physical custody. He offers up his parental resume, saying he's always been "an active father" to his 12-year-old girl.

Now the plot thickens.

Luda has also asked the judge to force Tamika to pay HIM child support. That's interesting, because Tamika was asking for $15K a month in child support and Ludacris pleaded poverty, saying Paul Walker's death derailed "Fast & Furious 7" and his cash flow dried up. The judge awarded her $7K a month.

You can see the pleasure in Mel Gibson's face as he left a restaurant in Malibu Friday. He didn't want to talk about Oksana Grigorieva and the fact that she has gone belly up ... filing for bankruptcy. But you can see a certain peacefulness and calm that hasn't been exactly front and center.

As we previously reported ... Oksana could have been set for life if she didn't reject Mel's $15 million settlement back in the day, when those tapes were just between them. But she got greedy, and ended up with $750K and lots of lawyers bills. And half of that money was taken away because she blabbed about Mel ... violating their confidentiality agreement.

Fact is ... Oksana is still riding Mel's gravy train. He's paying $20K a month for child support, and that will likely last until Lucia turns 18.

But Mel clearly had a good day in the Bu.

Terrell Owens was ROASTED at a charity event in Philadelphia last night ... and NOTHING was off-limits ... including his child-support issues, divorce and financial problems, TMZ Sports has learned.

The whole thing started off with some jokes about how broke he is ... with Brent Celek's ex-wife Susie Celek, along with Jon Dorenbos' wife Julie, taking shots.

-- "Since Jerry Rice doesn't need any money and T.O. is officially out of food stamps, let's get this thing underway!!!"

-- "Tonight, these people are gonna make fun of you. They're gonna say you're desperate and washed up and a cry baby ... Don't listen to them T.O., they're just bitter and jealous and RIGHT."

We're told Owens spent most of the evening playing on his cell phone while various people tried to make fun of him ... that is until comic Joe Conklin called him out in front of the crowd.

"Pay attention T.O. ... 'cause you're sure as hell not paying child support."

Conklin went on to roast about T.O.'s habit of impregnating just about everyone he meets -- "Now I see why you got the hamburger commercial, because the condom commercial fell through."

Ludacris can't afford to pay thousands of dollars in child support -- and he's blaming his financial woes on the death of his "Fast and Furious" co-star Paul Walker.

Ludacris was in court Wednesday with his baby mama, Tamika Fuller ... who's demanding Luda pay her $15K a month to take care of his 2-month-old baby daughter, Cai.

But Luda went to court and told the judge ... he was counting on "Fast and Furious 7" money to make his payments, and the movie is now on hold so his payday went away.

Luda claims he can only pay $1,800 a month -- confessing he only made around $55K for 2013.

The judge split the baby down the middle, ordering Luda to pay 7K a month for now ... while hizzoner reviews all the financial docs.

Philip Seymour Hoffman's dying wish was to keep his children far, far away from Hollywood -- this according to the actor's will.

TMZ obtained a copy of PSH's will -- drawn up in 2004 -- and according to the document, Hoffman requested that his son Cooper (back then his only child) be raised in Manhattan ... in order to be surrounded by the culture, arts, and architecture of the city.

If NYC turned out to be impossible, Hoffman asked for his son to be raised in Chicago or San Francisco. And if that didn't work out either, Hoffman wanted his son to visit these cities at least TWICE per year ... for cultural purposes.

The glaring omission on his list is obviously Los Angeles -- interesting because Hoffman was a big time Hollywood actor who spent lots of time in L.A.

Clearly, he didn't think it was a suitable city to raise a kid in.

As for the entirety of his estate, Hoffman left the whole shebang to his longtime partner and the mother of his 3 children, Mimi O'Donnell.

What makes it even more spectacular is that she's walking around in skintight leather pants.

Mind you baby Eric made his debut at 6 lbs 7 oz.

Sean Combs didn't screw over his baby mama by allowing her home to go into foreclosure -- turns out she's the one who allegedly screwed HIM over by flaking on the payments.

TMZ broke the story ... Diddy and Misa Brim took out a $712K mortgage on a house she and their son would live in, but the bank claims monthly payments abruptly stopped in 2010, and now the house is destined for the auction block.

On the surface it sounds like big, bad Diddy turned his back on Misa, but we've obtained a legal doc that discloses there was a side agreement in which Misa clearly says SHE's responsible for paying the mortgage. Diddy's only involvement was putting his ass on the line so she could get the loan.

According to the agreement, Diddy claims if he had to pay to keep up the mortgage payments, she'd be responsible for paying him back. And he says he paid more than $28K to cover her, and he's actually sued her to get the money back.

The gravy train appears to have come to a screeching halt for the mother of Diddy's firstborn son -- TMZ has learned, the bank is now foreclosing on her home.

According to new legal docs, Diddy purchased a swank 3-bedroom 3,215 sq. ft. house in Westchester, NY, back in 2003 for ex Misa Hylton-Brim -- the mother of his first child Justin -- but for some reason, the bank stopped getting payments in 2010.

According to legal docs, Diddy took out a $712,000 mortgage. As of 2010, he owed $622,518 ... a sum that's been accruing interest ever since.

Beyonce's dad is so far behind on child support payments for his illegitimate kid ... his baby mama is destitute and has to use food stamps to survive.

We're told Alexsandra Wright hasn't seen any money from Mathew Knowles since we posted our story back in December -- when he allegedly owed $24K. We're told he now owes $32,135.90.

Wright -- whose son is Beyonce's half-brother -- is now on public assistance ... and gets $300 a month on a state-issued EBT card to pay for food and other expenses.

Sources tell us Wright went to court for help ... but the judge is noodling over exactly what to do.

4:25 PM PT -- the baby's name is ERIC ... after Simon's father.

Simon Cowell is officially a father ... his pregnant GF Lauren Silverman has finally popped in NYC.

36-year-old Silverman just gave birth to a healthy baby boy at Lenox Hill Hospital -- after Simon flew across the ocean from London to be by her side for the delivery. As we reported, Lauren went into labor early this morning and Simon hopped on a plane as soon as he heard.

We're told the baby was born at 5:45 PM EST at 6 pounds, 7 ounces.

The boy is 54-year-old Simon's first child and Lauren's second -- she also has an 8-year-old son with her ex Andrew Silverman.

So far, no word on the baby's name.

7:25 AM PT -- Daddy's gonna make it ... our maternity sources tell us Simon is zipping across the pond right now, and Lauren is early enough in labor that docs will delay the birth until he arrives.

Simon Cowell's first baby is on the way -- his girlfriend Lauren Silverman is in labor, and has checked into a New York City hospital ... and Simon is racing to get there before the kid arrives.

Sources close to Lauren tell TMZ she went to Lenox Hill hospital in Manhattan (Upper East Side, of course) within the last few hours -- and immediately sent up the baby signal ... alerting Simon to get on a private jet bound for NYC.

He's been in London shooting one of his competition TV shows.

If Lauren has the baby today -- they're expecting a boy -- we're told she'd be about a week and a half early, but it's nothing to worry about.

Tyrese Gibson has made good on his promise to go after his ex-wife for not letting him visit their kid ... and worst case scenario for her is JAIL.

TMZ broke the story ... cops came to Norma Gibson's home Tuesday night over Tyrese's right to take their 6-year-old daughter away for a visit. The cops talked to a very upset Tyrese and left. Tyrese left too ... without his daughter.

He's now filed a formal motion with the court to hold Norma in contempt for violating their custody order. In the legal doc -- obtained by TMZ -- Tyrese quotes from the custody order, which seems pretty clear -- "[Tyrese] shall have custody of Shayla every Tuesday with pick-up from school, and if no school, pick-up from [Norma's] residence at 10:00 a.m."

It's interesting -- Tyrese showed up Tuesday NIGHT -- not at 10 AM.

Sources close to Tyrese tell us ... he tried picking up his daughter at school -- but she wasn't there. We're told he repeatedly tried to contact Norma to pick up Shayla ... and finally went to Norma's house that night .. where he was turned away.
