Kevin Hart's first wife, Torrei, is excited about the comedian expanding his brood, even though it's gonna mean she has to pay back a debt ... in the babysitting department.

Kevin and his new wife, Eniko, just announced they're expecting their first kid, a baby boy. Torrei says it was huge news in her house ... because her 2 kids are pumped to be older siblings.

Torrei is also a true believer in keeping things positive in this modern family she, Kevin and Eniko have going. That being said ... Torrei still has her limits, and says there's one part of watching the newborn that does NOT excite her.

Antonio Cromartie's sperm just can't be stopped -- the NFL star's wife is pregnant with his 14TH KID ... despite the fact he had a vasectomy a while back.

Terricka Cromartie confirmed the pregnancy on her Instagram page -- this will be her 6th child.

"In the up an coming CROMARTIE DRAFT of 2017, with the 6th OverAll Pick. Will the Cromartie's Draft a Boy or a Girl. J6 coming soon."

Terricka is 25 weeks pregnant. They haven't revealed the sex of the child.

There is this ... Terricka ended her Instagram announcement with the hashtag #bowwowchallenge" -- and some people are saying it proves the post was a joke.

But we spoke with people close to Terricka who insist this is very real and the baby is due in 15 weeks.

Terricka just gave birth to twins back in May 2016 after revealing Antonio had undergone a vasectomy surgery.

J.R. Smith and his wife, Shirley, spread a little Mother's Day cheer at the Cleveland hospital where their preemie daughter is being treated ... buying flowers for all the moms in the NICU ward.

The Cavs star's daughter, Kota, is still battling like a champ at the Cleveland Clinic Children's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) ... where she was born roughly 5 months premature.

In an effort to brighten up the day for the other moms with babies in the NICU, Shirley and J.R. decided to bust out the credit card and pay for a massive flower delivery.

"When the flowers arrived I pushed the cart and [her older daughter, Demi] placed an arrangement of flowers in every room." Shirley says ... "It was super special and we both enjoyed it."

Beyonce and Jay Z's twins are still in utero ... but they're already getting a taste of the spotlight.

Beyonce's been posting up a storm ... showing off her baby package. Gotta say ... she looks amazing in a tight little black dress.

It's a 180 from pregnancy #1 ... where she hid from cameras and only surfaced for a couple of interviews.

Serena Williams' ex-boyfriend, Common, has NO DOUBT she'll return to tennis and dominate again after her baby is born ... calling Serena the greatest tennis player of all time!

They were enemies in the Octagon, but Eddie Alvarez just delivered a pretty awesome compliment to Conor McGregor ... explaining why the UFC superstar is going to be a great dad.

"If he puts 10% of the effort into his child as he does fighting, I think he's gonna do dang good. So, I wish him the best of luck."

Conor and Eddie faced off at UFC 205 back in November -- but Eddie clearly doesn't hold a grudge.

In fact the father of 4 explains why being a dad is the best thing in the world for Conor.

By the way, Eddie is gearing up for a big fight against Dustin Poirier at UFC 211 in Dallas this weekend ... and says he's already coming up with a plan to piss off his haters.

Conor McGregor posted the very first pic of his new baby early Sunday morning -- a kid with steely eyes and a tough lookin' jaw. Kid's got a big right arm, too.

He'll clearly destroy all other babies in the maternity ward.

The UFC superstar's girlfriend Dee Devlin looks great -- smiling with the kid at Coombe Maternity Hospital in Ireland, where the baby was born Friday night.

By the way, Conor Jr. is already proving to be a massive hit on social media -- with more than 40,000 followers on Instagram in the first 48 hours of his life.

There's ANOTHER Conor McGregor in this world -- 'cause the UFC star and his GF Dee Devlin had their baby Friday night ... and he's carrying on the most famous name in Ireland!

Baby Conor Jack McGregor (aka Conor Jr.) was born at 8 PM at Coombe Maternity Hospital in Ireland, according to the Irish Mirror.

"He came in at 8 pounds 14 ounces," the UFC star's father Tony McGregor said ... "The whole family are absolutely delighted."

By the way, the McGregor team already locked up a verified Instagram account for the kid as Conor McGregor Jr.

Remember, Dana White and Conor had previously said talks with Floyd Mayweather would escalate after the baby was born ... so, let's do this!!

Beyonce's not going to let a little thing like extreme pregnancy stand in the way of a Cinco de Mayo celebration.

The Queen wore a festive sombrero and shades at dinner with Kelly Rowland at Gracias Madre Friday night in WeHo. The place serves up plant-based Mexican grub ... so she's definitely eating healthy for 3.

It's been a busy week for the pregnant mama -- a few days back she was out running errands with Blue Ivy ... looking ready to pop.

Casey Anthony was back in the baby business ... at least for a minute.

Casey was at lunch with friends at a restaurant in Clearwater, Florida, when a woman at the table forked over the 6-month-old to the woman who was acquitted of murdering her own child.

There's a story behind all this ... the infant is the grandson of a veteran NBC producer who has gotten close to Anthony. There have been numerous stories ... NBC has made a serious play for several years to get a sit-down with her.

The infant's mother took the pics back in February.

BTW ... this was not just a moment in time. One of the pics shows Casey and the baby at a home before they all went to lunch.

Another huge milestone for J.R. Smith's baby, who just crossed the 6 POUND mark ... after weighing only 1 pound at birth.

The NBA star's wife, Shirley, gave birth to little Dakota "Kota Bear" Smith back in January after only 21 gestational weeks ... roughly 5 months premature.

But after a miraculous 122 days in the Cleveland Clinic Children's Neonatology Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Kota is making incredible progress.

"Our baby has made it to 6lbs today!!!" Smith wrote.

A woman who was hanging out with Drake after his split with Jennifer Lopez claims she's pregnant with his baby and she says she has text messages to prove it. Drake however, is calling BS.

Sophie Brussaux has already hired a big NYC lawyer, Raoul Felder, to get the paternity/child support ball rolling. She claims she's 3 1/2 months pregnant and pins down conception to either January 20 or 21. The pic was taken January 24 at a Japanese restaurant in Amsterdam.

The woman, a retired porn star, has what she says are text messages between her and Drake, which purport to say the following:

Drake: I want you to have an abortion.

Brussaux: I can't kill my baby simply to indulge you sorry.

Drake: Indulge me? F*** you.

Brussaux: What?

Drake: You do know what you're doing you think you're going to get money.

She says she's having a girl.

We reached out to Drake's people, who say, "This woman has a very questionable background. She has admitted to having multiple relationships. We understand she may have problems getting into the United States. She's one of many women claiming he got them pregnant."

The rep goes on, "If it is in fact Drake's child, which he does not believe, he would do the right thing by the child."

The rep says he has no idea whether the purported text message is even real or out of context because they haven't seen the actual text.

The rep says Brussaux had sex with another big rapper at the same time as Drake, adding the other rapper has all but acknowledged it's his kid.

Sophie Brussaux’s attorney Raoul Felder, of Felder and Nottes, declined to comment.

Beyonce's still venturing out on shopping trips, even with a belly full of twins.

There were rumors Bey might have given birth earlier this week, but Tuesday she was clearly still expecting as she hit up Restoration Hardware in L.A. with Blue Ivy.

Pressure's on ... in more ways than one. As we've told you, Jay Z and Beyonce are desperately searching for a new home in L.A. -- in the $80 million range -- before the babies arrive.

Ciara and Russell Wilson didn't let just ANYONE deliver their precious baby Sienna Princess last week -- the doc on the receiving end of the table is one of the most famous OB/GYN's in the country!

According to Sienna's birth certificate, obtained by TMZ, she was born on April 28 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center -- where all the big Hollywood babies go to leave the womb.

The doc in charge of the delivery is Dr. Robert Katz -- who's known around town as the OB/GYN to the stars. In fact, he's been honored by stars like Halle Berry and Nicole Richie.

And now he can add Sienna Princess Wilson to his list of accomplishments!

Jimmy Kimmel was on the verge of tears during his opening monologue Monday as he described the terrifying experience immediately after the birth of his son ... who needed life-saving heart surgery.

Jimmy's son, Billy, was born a little over a week ago and seemed fine at first ... but hours later was diagnosed with a heart condition that required open heart surgery.

The comedian says Billy's pulmonary valve was completely blocked, and he also had a hole in the wall between the left and right sides of his heart. His first open heart surgery was apparently a success ... but Jimmy says he'll have to have more operations in the future.

It's a pretty emotional clip ... grab the tissues.
