Chloe and her baby daddy hot felon Jeremy Meeks were cruising on a yacht Friday in Monaco, enjoying the weather, catching a few rays and hugging here and there when she pulled out the pen.

We don't know what she's smoking ... maybe there's no cartridge, but it still raises eyebrows. Doctors have linked marijuana use during pregnancy with increased risk of complications such as low birth weight and premature birth.

There's also a movement afoot promoting edibles for pregnant women to ease nausea.

It has been reported that Jeremy -- who's in the middle of a divorce -- has said he and billionaire Chloe are going to get hitched once his divorce is final.

The woman who was engaged to Aaron Hernandez -- the mother of his daughter -- has announced she's pregnant ... but the big question -- who's the daddy?

Shayanna Jenkins broke the news on Instagram ... saying, "Many of you have had speculated that I may be expecting another miracle which is very accurate."

FYI, Hernandez died in April 2017 after he hanged himself in his prison cell. In theory, he could have frozen his sperm for her to impregnate herself at a later date.

If Jenkins is in a new relationship, she hasn't gone public with it -- in fact, the last time she posted a photo of a man on her IG it was Aaron Hernandez.

Still, Jenkins is shedding SOME light on her pregnancy ... saying, "I wanted to have a moment for myself alone with my daughter ... we are beyond excited about the new addition and chapter we will soon begin."

Jenkins did not reveal how far along she is or when the baby is due -- but did say she's having a girl.

"I couldn’t be a luckier woman to have such a perfect little girl that’s prepared to become the best big sister , and even more blessed to welcome another babygirl to our home."

"BabyG we are very excited to meet you !!! Mommy and sissy will continue to wait patiently for your arrival."

Hernandez left a suicide note to Jenkins calling her his "soul-mate" and telling her that she would be "rich" after his death.

We reached out to Jenkins to find out more -- but so far, we haven't heard back.

Chrissy Teigen didn't hesitate to show the world her new bundle of joy -- she plastered the kid's cute mug just 3 days after popping him out. All we can say ... AWWW.

Chrissy posted a photo Sunday of her and hubby John Legend's baby boy, whom they named Miles Theodore Stephens -- solid name after a lot of interesting ones have been flying around lately. BTW, John's real surname is Stephens ... chill, everyone!

As we reported ... Chrissy announced she'd given birth Thursday by writing "Somebody’s herrrrrrre!" with a happy face and baby bottle emojis on social media. This is her and John's second child -- they have a 2-year-old daughter, Luna.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are now a family of four after Teigen pretty much said their second kid had arrived.

Teigen announced the news late Wednesday night over Twitter, writing "Somebody’s herrrrrrre!” followed by happy face and baby bottle emojis. Legend retweeted the announcement.

She announced her pregnancy over Instagram back in November and later posted that they were expecting a boy. The couple already has a daughter, Luna, who is two.

Khloe Kardashian decided 1 month on earth was the time for the big reveal.

Khloe posted this video of baby True, who is 1-month old. Khloe's still in Cleveland ... she hasn't been back to L.A. since the baby was born.

No sign of Tristan Thompson in the video, but we've been posting pics over the last week that clearly show they are together.

We're told the Kardashians will have a big Mother's Day celebration at Kris' home ... no word on whether Khloe and True will join.

Kylie Jenner's former bodyguard has stepped up and said ... he's not Stormi's daddy.

Tim Chung tried putting Internet rumors to rest -- that he and not Travis Scott is the father -- by posting this ...

Out of deep respect for Kylie, Travis, their daughter together and their families, I would like to set the record straight that my interactions with Kylie and her family have been limited in strictly a professional capacity only."

Miranda Kerr gave birth on Monday to a little boy ... TMZ has learned.

The baby's name is Hart. Miranda's doctors delivered him at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. around 11:50 PM.

This is the first child for Kerr and her Snapchat co-founder hubby, Evan Spiegel. They got married in May 2017. Miranda has a 7-year-old son with her ex, Orlando Bloom.

As for Hart's name ... it appears he's named after Evan's grandfather, who was a prominent San Francisco attorney.

There were multiple reports they were expecting a little girl, but there ya go ... can't believe everything ya read.

Kylie Jenner is blowing off reports that her former bodyguard, and not Travis Scott, is baby Stormi's dad ... because she says the stories are BS.

It's not the first time Stormi's paternity has been called into question ... shortly after her birth, stories surfaced claiming Kylie's former bf, Tyga, believed he was the baby's father.

The photo of Prince Louis -- full name Louis Arthur Charles -- was taken by Kate on April 26 ... just 3 days after his birth. The Royal babe looks like a natural in his first ever self-portrait ... and mighty cozy in his little white outfit.

Sources connected to Chyna tell us she is NOT currently pregnant with her boyfriend YBN Almighty Jay's kid, despite reports to the contrary. However, we're also told that she DOES want more kids in the future ... and isn't ruling anything out with YBN.

Chyna already has two kids of her own -- one with Tyga, and another with Rob Kardashian. If she got knocked up again ... it'd be baby number 3 for her.

Sounds like it's possible. Fact is, we're told Chyna is in love with the 18-year-old rapper, and IF she were to become pregnant anytime soon ... he's obviously first in the running as the baby daddy. As we've reported ... the couple's been seeing each other since at least February.

Kate Middleton and Prince William's third child has a name fit for a king ... Louis Arthur Charles!

The name of the new little royal was announced Friday by Kensington Palace, and he will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge. Not too shabby for a 4-day-old.

As we reported ... Kate gave birth to her baby Monday at St. Mary's Hospital in London. As is tradition, the Town Crier announced the birth from the steps of the Lindo Wing of the hospital.

The smart money was on the name Arthur, because royals are traditionally named after relatives and Arthur is commonly used in the royal family. Louis was among the top contenders but was by no means the favorite. It's one of his older bro Prince George's middle names, and also one of William's.

Fittingly, his little Highness -- now fifth in line to the throne -- has taken the name made most famous by The Kingsmen ... no relation.

Congrats! Big things to come for little Louis, we are sure.

If ya ever imagined Cardi B and Offset at prom -- with a kid on the way -- it probably looked a lot like this.

Hip-hop's new super couple was feeling the love Thursday night in Vegas where she performed for the Billboard Latin Music Awards. Offset was all over that baby bump as they posed for pics.

It's really their first PDA since Cardi went public with the pregnancy on 'SNL.'

They both did their best to keep the pregnancy under wraps, at first ... even though we knew weeks before the announcement. But Offset got down to uterus level, and made the point -- he and Cardi are both loving this joyous occasion.

Cardi has put a halt on her live performances till after the birth.
