Here's Team USA downhill skier Julia Mancuso trying to get America hooked on crack ... and it's working.

The 29-year-old Olympian -- who chalked up a gold medal at the 2006 Olympics in Turin -- threw on one of the lowest plunging catsuits ever for a sexy photo shoot for February edition of GQ.

Mancuso is considered America's best hope for Olympic gold in the speed events -- and she doesn't lack confidence. In fact, she brags on her Twitter page, "I ski better than you."

BEHOOOOLD ... the hot blonde stripper Justin Bieber recently used as a chew toy ... in all her fake-breasted glory ... and contrary to reports, she's definitely NOT old enough to be his mom.

Sources close to the dancer tell TMZ, 26-year-old Karolina began working as a stripper in Vegas very recently after moving from Chicago -- and when Bieber quietly visited Sin City back in January (before his DUI arrest) he handpicked the bunny-tatted dancer to come back to his hotel room.

We were initially told by the owner of the photo that the pic was snapped inside an L.A. recording studio, but turns out it was actually taken inside Bieber's Vegas penthouse.

Sources tell us, Bieber and his entourage hand-picked Karolina and two other dancers to come back to the hotel room for private dances ... and Bieber paid them THOUSANDS each in cash.

As soon as they arrived to the room, we're told the girls' phones were confiscated and they were each required to sign one of Bieber's famous confidentiality agreements, barring them from talking about what transpired that night.

Our sources wouldn't say how far things went between Bieber and the girls -- but we're told Karolina voluntarily posed for the boob photo.

No one abuses Mark Spitz's trademark mustache and gets away with it ... so says Mark Spitz, who claims a pill company had the balls to jack his follically-enhanced image to hawk energy pills without permission.

The U.S. Olympic legend has filed a lawsuit against New Vitality -- an online vitamin and supplement company that allegedly used an old-school photo of Mark in an ad for one of their products called PowerQ10.

In the ad, Spitz gives a testimonial about how much he loves to use the product to support his energy levels and heart health.

Problem is, Mark says he never agreed to allow the company to use his name, his image or his mustache to endorse any New Vitality product and now he's looking for big fat check to make things right. He also wants punitive damages.

We reached out to New Vitality -- so far, no word back.

British model Kelly Brook -- who was eaten by killer fish in "Piranha 3D" -- dared to go back in the water in South Beach this week ... along with her wrecking machine of a boyfriend.

Besides the mole talk, Brees (who's from Texas) set the record straight about which movie more accurately portrayed his high school football experience in the Lone Star State -- "Varsity Blues" or "Friday Night Lights."

His explanation actually makes a lot of sense.
