Ex-"American Idol" judge Randy Jackson just got voted out ... of his marriage. His wife filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Erika Jackson filed docs to end their 18-year marriage ... citing irreconcilable differences.

She wants full physical custody and joint legal custody of the 1 minor son, 17-year-old Jordan. They have a daughter who is an adult.

Erika also wants spousal support and she wants him to foot her attorney's fees.

This is Jackson's 2nd marriage. He has 1 other daughter from his prior marriage.

Jackson spent 12 seasons judging "American Idol" ... but announced he was leaving in 2013. He later returned as a musical mentor for the contestants.

Wiz Khalifa drew the battle lines in his divorce with Amber Rose ... challenging her move to get full custody of their one-year-old son ... TMZ has learned.

Wiz has filed his response to Amber's divorce petition ... he's asking for JOINT CUSTODY of Sebastian. Fact is ... in California it's advantage Wiz because there's a presumption joint custody is in the best interests of a child ... and when a parent asks for sole custody it's often a sign of vengeance.

Wiz also is agreeable on the prenup ... like Amber, he wants it enforced. TMZ broke the story ... Amber is the one who demanded a prenup and she's getting a lump sum payment north of $1 million.

According to the docs, filed by disso queen Laura Wasser, Wiz is also willing to pay Amber spousal support, because we now know the prenup provides that. Sources connected with Wiz and Amber tell us the agreement gives her upwards of $5K a month.

We've learned there are 2 additional pages to the prenup ... and in them Wiz agrees to pay Amber spousal support in addition to the one-time payout. We're told the support is "modest" -- slightly more than $5K a month.

Amber Rose will score more than a million bucks from Wiz Khalifa ... based on a long prenup she demanded before getting married ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with both Amber and Wiz tell TMZ ... Amber made numerous demands in the prenup ... which is more than 8 pages long.

TMZ broke the divorce story ... including the fact that Amber wants the prenup enforced. We're told it's because she will get more money in her 1-year-marriage than she would without a prenup.

Cheating is IRRELEVANT ... California is a no-fault state and there's no mention of infidelity in the document.

Likewise ... the prenup does not mention custody, and for good reason -- the judge always makes that decision, based on the best interests of the child. Amber is asking for full legal and physical custody.

With her "True Blood" hunk boyfriend Joe Manganiello nowhere in sight, Sofia Vergara hung out Wednesday afternoon in New York City with her former fiancé, Nick Loeb.

Loeb and Vergara called off their two-year engagement back in May. Vergara began dating Manganiello just two months later.

Sofia and Nick are reportedly still friends ... and that's it.

"Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland just got a temporary restraining order against her ex-BF -- claiming the guy choked her, pushed her and threatened her life ... and her TV mom witnessed some of the abuse.

TMZ has obtained court docs filed by Hyland -- who plays Haley Dunphy -- in which she claims her ex Matthew Prokop terrorized her both verbally and physically during the last 4 years of their relationship.

According to the docs, Prokop -- an actor who once appeared on "Modern Family" -- pinned Hyland against a car during an argument about her outfit back in May and unleashed hell ... calling her "c**t, c**t, c**t" and choking her.

Hyland says in the docs, "His grip was so tight that I could not breathe or speak. I was scared and in fear for my life."

Sarah says she suffered injuries to her voice -- and had a "very sore throat following this event."

In the docs, Hyland says she knew she was in an abusive relationship -- and asked her TV mom Julie Bowen to come to her house to help "peacefully end the relationship."

Hyland says she had purchased a plane ticket to send Matthew back to his home in Texas -- but when Matthew arrived to the home and saw Julie (along with others), he freaked out ... "ran outside into the backyard and began screaming."

Hyland says Prokop threw a lighter at her -- and that's when Julie stepped in and told Sarah to get out of the house because she wasn't safe around Prokop.

In the docs, Hyland says Prokop also threatened to set one of her homes on fire -- and threatened that she would never see her dog again.

After Hyland broke up with Prokop, she claims he "relentlessly bombarded me with vile, threatening and emotionally disturbing texts and voice mails including his own suicide threats."

Hyland says Prokop entered a rehab facility in August -- but he got out on Sept. 21st ... and claims the director of the facility contacted her and told her it would be in her best interest to get a restraining order against him due to his mental state and attitude against her.

Hyland took his advice -- and an L.A. judge granted a temporary restraining order ... requiring Prokop to stay at least 100 yards away from Sarah and her dog at all times.

We reached out to Prokop and his people for comment -- so far no word back.

Mama June is getting ready for a major upgrade ... now that she's 86'd Sugar Bear -- she's also looking to move into a new pad and took the fam house hunting Tuesday.

Most of the 'Honey Boo Boo' crew -- June, Alana, Pumpkin and Uncle Poodle -- checked out 4 houses in Hampton, GA ... about an hour away from where they live now.

As TMZ first reported, Mama June kicked Sugar Bear to the curb because she swears she caught him online dating. We're told he hasn't slept at the family home since the breakup ... though he still comes by to shoot for the show.

Here's the thing ... it looks like Suge's missing out big time, because June's looking at houses that are definitely a step (or three) up from the family's current digs.

Kris and Bruce Jenner's divorce settlement was probably less than you think, because multiple sources tell us ... the pot they divided was approximately $60 million.

We're told dividing the assets was "easy and amicable" ... almost all of their earnings were put in a joint account, and that includes their TV profits, Bruce's speaking engagements and their ownership in various businesses.

TMZ broke the story ... lawyers were not involved in the property settlement ... it was all done with the help of their business managers. Each filed legal docs in pro per -- meaning without lawyers.

Part of the settlement ... Kris gets the Hidden Hills estate. Bruce gets to keep his Sherwood Country Club membership.

There's no spousal support. The property gets divided, and that's that.

Bruce Jenner just went out and did what all men do when their woman is finally out of the picture ... drop $50k on a sick new toy.

Bruce bought a NASCAR-approved UTV race car. Kris Jenner's soon-to-be ex bought it from 928 Powersports who built it for NASCAR superstar Robby Gordon. And we're told it was an impulse buy ... we're guessing a celebration of sorts.

Bruce made the deal Monday at the Sand Sports Super Show in O.C. ... the same day Kris filed divorce docs. And, our spies on the ground tell us Bruce was literally grinning from ear-to-ear.

The Olympic gold medalist is a speed freak ... as in hardcore race fanatic. We're told he plans to break in his new speedster in February at the Griffin King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley, CA with sons Burt and Brandon.

Being single does have its privileges ... many privileges.

Kris Jenner has filed for divorce, and TMZ has learned it's already a done deal.

Kris filed pro per -- meaning NO LAWYER. Our sources say this was all orchestrated. Bruce Jenner's response was filed at the L.A. County Courthouse shortly after Kris filed, and it was a mirror image of Kris' petition.

They give the standard "irreconcilable differences" as grounds for the divorce.

Everything has been worked out with their business managers ... our sources say. There was NO PRENUP and they have already agreed to a property split.

Neither party will get spousal support. As for Kylie -- who is 17 -- they have joint custody.

Bruce, Kris and their managers worked out the deal over the last few months.

They separated June 1, 2013. That's significant because once they're separated they don't continue to share earnings -- in other words, what's hers stays hers after separation.

We're told the divorce is "totally amicable."

Sugar Bear is standing up for himself in the break up with Mama June ... insisting he has not been online dating and has NOT cheated.

As TMZ first reported, Mama June kicked Sugar Bear to the curb after finding out he has a profile on the dating site plentyoffish.com

This weekend in Georgia ... Suge was asked about his online dating adventures and stood up for himself. He's tight-lipped on details, but adamant he's not a cheater.

He also says he's "not allowed" to talk. Question is ... who's trying to muzzle him -- producers or June?

Honey Boo Boo is handling her parents break up by gripping a paintball gun and spending the day with newly single dad Sugar Bear.

HBB and her pops hit up a local paintball park with Pumpkin and Chubbs Saturday. Mama June was noticeably absent following the split.

Probably better June doesn't have a weapon around Suge. As we previously reported ... June reportedly caught him trolling dating sites -- and now plans on moving the kids out of their home once they're done filming this season.

Sugar Bear will not get a pink slip from TLC in the wake of his separation from Mama June ... but TLC is now scrambling to make sure "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" doesn't implode the way "Jon & Kate Plus 8" did.

Sources close to the show tell TMZ ... they have made a decision -- Sugar Bear is the father of the show's star, and the story line would be "ridiculously incomplete" without including him. The separation itself will become a significant part of the show.

Producers are not looking to exploit the split, and haven't yet decided how to cover it, but one source was candid, "To tell the truth it's good for the show. It had hit a bit of a lull and now there are tons of story lines ... dating, single parenting, breakups."

That said ... TLC wants to make sure the kids are not "emotionally bleeding" on camera because their parents broke up. TLC watched one of their signature shows -- "John & Kate" --- go down the toilet because of the strife over the kids.

TLC wants to give Mama June an even higher profile on the show, following her life as a newly-single woman. They don't want to portray her as an emotional wreck ... she'll remain the rock of the family.

Now that Mama June's given him the ole heave ho, Sugar Bear slipped off his ring and sought the comfort of an old friend today in Georgia.

Suge was outside the 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' family home sans wedding ring, but he did have the male version of bon bons and boxed wine -- a fountain soda and fries from McDonald's ... supersized, of course.

If he's looking for a silver lining -- nobody likes sharing their fries, right?

Chris Brown may be necking with Rihanna again ... with his current girlfriend right by his side.

CB and Karrueche Tran were all over L.A. Tuesday promoting his new album. Chris has been wearing a necklace with an angel on it ... that looks exactly like Rihanna's.

Our photog asked Chris if the necklace was a gift from Rihanna ... but he was mum.

But sources close to Chris tell us the necklace has no connection to Rihanna. We're guessing Chris knew exactly what he was doing -- getting people to talk about him just as his album drops.

Smart.

Trina has some nerve hating on Khloe Kardashian for stealing French Montana away from her ... because Trina did the exact same thing to French's wife ... so claim friends of French (FOF).

Trina's blasting French and Khloe in a new song "F*** Love" ... "You can keep that purse, you can keep that whip, you can have that bitch."

But FOF say the song should have been called "Karma" ... because she started banging French while he was still married.

We're told French had feelings for Trina ... but she was never "his main girl" ... so it's a case of no harm, no foul.

Final shot ...FOF say Trina's new song is a lame attempt to jump start her career off French and Khloe.
