'BB' Star Spencer Clawson Slammed by Day Job Employer

Published | Updated

Another "Big Brother" houseguest is on the outs with their employer ... this time it's Spencer Clawson, whose company is already laying the groundwork to hand him his walking papers.

Clawson has been captured on "BB" cams calling one houseguest "Kermit the F**" and praising Hitler as a gifted speaker.

Clawson serves as a railroad conductor for Union Pacific, who released a statement on their website saying, "The values represented by Spencer Clawson's comments during the Big Brother show do not at all align with Union Pacific's values."

They continued, "Mr. Clawson is on unpaid leave of absence while participating on Big Brother. Union Pacific does not condone his comments."

They ended their statement by saying they are "acting in accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement terms regarding Mr. Clawson" ... which sounds like they are setting the stage to fire his ass first chance they get.

Both GinaMarie and Aaryn have already lost gigs due to their racist comments on the show.

Rachel Reilly Ex-Big Brother Champ SLAMS Racist Houseguests

Published | Updated

Rachel Reilly -- the 2011 "Big Brother" champ -- says she's "disgusted" by all of the racist and homophobic comments being made inside the BB house this season -- telling TMZ, "It makes me sick to my stomach."

Rachel has a vested interest in the show this season because her sister Elissa is one of the houseguests -- and is currently living with the people responsible for the bigotry.

We spoke with Rachel and her husband Brendon (another BB alum) who tell us they, like CBS, are offended by the hateful words that have been spoken inside the house.

"We think it's vile and disgusting and are completely horrified that people can even think such hateful things."

The couple adds, "Being former houseguests we understand how people can turn on each other ... but the offensive things that Aaryn, GinaMarie, Katlin, Spencer and Jeremy say disgust us, and make us sick to our stomachs."

CBS & 'Big Brother' We're OFFENDED By Our Racist Houseguests

Published | Updated

The honchos at CBS tell TMZ ... they were certainly OFFENDED by several racist and homophobic comments made by the current "Big Brother" houseguests ... but hey, that's live programming for ya.

The houseguests have been under fire from what appears to be the ENTIRE INTERNET over the following comments:

-- GinaMarie referred to welfare as “n**ger insurance”
-- Aaryn called gay contestant Andy a "queer."
-- Spencer referred to Andy as “Kermit the F**" ... and praised Hitler as a gifted speaker.

CBS has released a statement to TMZ ... saying, "We certainly find the statements made by several of the Houseguests on the live Internet feed to be offensive."

However, The Eye points out that 24/7 live programming can sometimes reveal some bad things about people ... saying, "At times, the Houseguests reveal prejudices and other beliefs that we do not condone."

There have been rumors that Big Brother will be 86ing some of the offensive cast members -- but it certainly doesn't appear that's gonna happen.

CBS Honcho Les Moonves The Daytime Emmys Were a TRAIN WRECK

Published | Updated

Les Moonves knows good TV when he sees it -- but he can also spot a turd ... and the CBS honcho told TMZ the 40th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards show was a bona fide stinker.

Les had his own table at the award show Sunday night ... where he watched disaster after disaster unfold on the stage ... culminating with producers giving Aisha Tyler the WRONG ENVELOPE to open during the Best Talk Show presentation.

"You know what ... it wasn't a very well produced show and you can put that on the air," Moonves tells TMZ.

But there was a silver lining for Mr. Moonves -- check out the video to see why Les was THRILLED after the show.

Jerry O'Connell Stand By My Speedo

Published | Updated

Jerry O'Connell tucked his 39-year-old manhood into a bright orange mankini this week while filming scenes for his new CBS show "We Are Men."

If that swimsuit moves an inch in any direction, that show title will be superfluous.

Lou Ferrigno Bruce Banner Was Too Gay for Television

Published | Updated

Dr. Bruce Banner became Dr. David Banner for the "Incredible Hulk" TV show back in the 1970s, and Lou Ferrigno says the name change came about because CBS thought the name Bruce was "gay-ish."

Our photog spotted Ferrigno at LAX this weekend and after hitting him up for some fitness tips, our photog asked him why the Hulk got the name change for the show. Ferrigno explained that back in 1977, CBS felt the name Bruce "was kinda gay-ish."

Clearly that's ridiculous ... if anything was gay about the show, it was a guy running around with jeans and no shirt on.

Judge Judy CBS Sues Over BOOTLEG YouTube Videos

Published | Updated

A "Judge Judy" fan must have a cyber-death wish ... 'cause he's declared war on TV's most powerful woman over a series of YouTube videos ... and there's no way in hell he's gonna win.

Long story short ... CBS has filed a lawsuit against someone named Jessie Zaragosa, claiming the person ran multiple YouTube accounts called "JudgeJudyWorld," "JudgeJudyWorld1," "JudgeJudyWorld2" and "JudgeJudyWorld3."

According to the lawsuit, Zaragosa posted numerous episodes of "Judge Judy" on the accounts in order to rack up views ... in an effort to make money off the videos on his pages.

CBS claims it demanded YouTube take down the videos ... and YouTube complied ... but Zaragosa fired off a counter-notice demanding YouTube put it back up.

So CBS took the fight from the Internet to L.A. County Superior Court ... where Zaragosa will undoubtedly get crushed because he has absolutely no ownership rights to the "Judy" footage.

The lesson here -- don't mess with Judge Judy.

CBS Emergency at Studio 'Suspicious Package'

Published | Updated

The LAPD and the L.A. Fire Department responded to CBS studios in Hollywood moments ago, TMZ has learned -- after receiving a call about a package containing a suspicious substance.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, investigators are currently on scene, trying to figure out the nature of the substance.

Lucky for CBS, we're told the LAPD and L.A. Fire were already on the lot doing training exercises ... so they were able to respond in record time.

We're told everyone at the lot is fine. There were no injuries.

1:44 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us the substance in question was a powder.

We're told initial testing showed the powder was not dangerous -- but it will be sent to a lab for further testing.

Scott Pelley To Replace Katie Couric At CBS

Published | Updated

CBS network sources tell TMZ ... Katie Couric's replacement for the "CBS Evening News" will be Scott Pelley.

We're told Pelley, a veteran journalist and "60 Minutes" correspondent, is the choice of CBS News Chairman Jeff Fager. We're told Fager, who became Chairman in February, took the position on the condition he could decide who takes the desk.

We're told Pelley, 53, is the choice for two reasons. First, he's well-liked and respected by his bosses, and second ... there really is no second choice who is appealing to the CBS honchos.

We've heard rumblings CBS's grand poobah Les Moonves is not sold on Pelley, but he will defer to Fager.

Sources connected with Katie tell TMZ ... she made the decision to leave the anchor desk before Fager became Chairman, but they acknowledge Fager was not going to keep Katie as the "CBS Evening News" anchor.

Nevertheless , we're told all of the CBS bosses -- including Fager -- want Katie to do a syndicated show at the network and maintain a presence at CBS News. Couric hasn't made her decision yet.

And that's the way it is ...

Charlie Sheen Spills His Guts on TMZ

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen just wrapped up a LIVE no holds barred interview with Mike Walters from the backyard of his L.A. mansion -- ripping more people than ever ... and even accepting some blame himself.

Sheen blasted CBS honcho Les Moonves for not firing "Men" creator Chuck Lorre ... and then scoffed at the studio for giving him waaaay too much money.

Sheen also ripped a false report that he checked himself into rehab this morning -- because he obviously isn't at a rehab facility -- and the at-home interview is all the proof he needs.

Among the hits – Charlie explained that he “hopes” his five kids ask him about all of the drug use one day … so he can fill them in on all of the “epic” stories.

Sheen also explained that his father, Martin Sheen, should stop passing judgment, because Charlie’s a grown ass man ... and can make his own life choices.

Charlie also told a story about how he woke up in the middle of downtown L.A. by himself when he was 7 years old … and had to find his own way home.

You can watch the full interview 42-minute above or

for a four-minute highlight reel.

'Two and a Half Men' Shut Down After TMZ Story

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned "Two and a Half Men" will immediately stop production for the rest of the season ... because of Charlie's escapades in the last few days ... most recently what he said to TMZ.

CBS and Warner Bros. say, "Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen's statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of 'Two and a Half Men' for the remainder of the season."

The decision comes several hours after TMZ posted a story in which Charlie Sheen challenged creator Chuck Lorre to a fight, calling him "a stupid, stupid little man and a pu**y punk that I never want to be like."

Sources connected with the production tell us ... Charlie's comments to TMZ were the final straw.

No word on whether production will resume next season.

Hasselhoff SHOCKER I'm Not Who You Think I Am

Published | Updated

David Hasselhoff NEVER starred in "Baywatch" ... and if you ask him what he does for a living, he'll tell you he's a power tech from Texas ... but here's the craziest part -- he ain't lying.

Here's the deal -- the bald guy who ate at Geisha House in Hollywood last night is ALSO named David Hasselhoff ... but he's a power technician from Texas.

Turns out ... Bald Hoff and German pop star Hoff are switching lives for a new CBS reality show -- in which celebs trade places with normal people who happen to share the same name.

So while this Hoff is living in the "Baywatch" star's L.A. mansion and eating at fancy restaurants ... the Knight Rider Hoff is trudging around Texas somewhere, probably getting electrocuted.

Couric Will Leave CBS On Her Terms

Published | Updated

Sources connected to the whole CBS megillah with Katie Couric tell TMZ Katie will probably jettison the evening news anchor chair for good, but not before the election.

Here's the lowdown. CBS hasn't delivered on any of the promises that lured Couric to the network in the first place -- generally, they said they would adjust the newscast to her skills, but in fact it's almost the same Metamucil broadcast as before. We're told she's frustrated and there is "strong interest" on the part of CNN, in particular to replace Mr. King when he retires.

We're also told several talk show syndicators have already contacted Couric's reps because they think she has enough heat to break into daytime. It's not a done deal that she'll choose CNN over talk, but right now both options are on the table.

As for the stories that CBS is pushing her out -- not true, because of two words: Les Moonves. He's been her guru and will let it all play out the way that's best for her. And, we're told CBS will continue to use Couric in other roles.

So the stories that she's leaving in two weeks are bogus, but expect it to happen after the election.
