A bartender who once worked at the uber-exclusive celeb-boite Teddy's in Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel confirms to TMZ that the couple has been sparring for months. The source tells TMZ that Shanna and Travis would show up together looking like a happy couple for the waiting paparazzi, but once they entered the club, the pair would split off to opposite sides of the room and fight publicly when they encountered one another.

She might still be in the midst of a nasty break up from Blink-182's Travis Barker, but "EXTRA" found Shanna Moakler in good spirits as she practiced for her upcoming gig as a contestant on "Dancing with the Stars."

Though Moakler and Barker have been swapping written attacks on their respective MySpace pages, the former Miss USA hopes for smoother sailing ahead. "I don't know if it's possible he and I could romantically be involved with each other again but I would like for he and I to come to a place where we could obviously be the best parents we could possibly be and just be friends. I would love that."

Moakler adds that "Dancing" has given her an outlet for her frustrations, something she considers a blessing. "I'm trying to stay positive and stay strong for my children, trying to you know not make that a negative. I'm trying to put all my energy into the dancing."

"Dancing With the Stars" premieres September 12 at 8PM ET/PT.

Matt LeBlanc has been hit with a decidedly unfriendly lawsuit by a woman named Stephanie Stephens. The lawsuit refers to statements LeBlanc made to the National Enquirer in August of 2005 in an article titled "Matt LeBlanc: My Wild Night With a Stripper."

The suit, obtained by TMZ and filed Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleges that LeBlanc "did intentionally slander" and make "false statements" to the National Enquirer. In the article LeBlanc says, "The stripper was all over me ... I was drinking, and she was crossing the line ... pushing her breasts into me and grabbing my hands to go all over her body."

"I acted like a fool," he told the tabloid, "in allowing myself to be led astray and placed in such a horrible situation and I feel ashamed. As a family man, I've asked myself, 'How could I have been so stupid and naïve to get myself into such a situation with a stripper?'"

Stephens claims she was "never sexually aggressive" and "never engaged in any sexual touching" and "all contact between [LeBlanc] and [Stephens] took place in the privacy of [Stephens'] home."

Stephens is seeking unspecified damages. In the article, the stripper was never identified.

A rep for LeBlanc was not immediately available for comment.

LeBlanc's wife Melissa filed for divorce from the "Friends" star in March of 2006. The couple has a two year-old daughter together named Marina Pearl.

Pamela Bach claims David Hasselhoff first talked about a pre-nup three weeks before their 1989 wedding. In court papers obtained by TMZ, she claims there are a variety of reasons why the document she signed was not kosher. For starters, Pam says she was only 25. She claims David made her go to his lawyer for a meeting about a pre-nup and she was so upset "We had to end the first meeting....because I was crying so severely that I could not continue..."

Pam says she was so ignorant when it came to financial matters of the heart that she was easy prey: "I had never heard the term 'prenuptial agreement' prior to that time, I had no concept of the legal impact associated with the document."

It really hit the fan the day of the wedding, according to Pam. She claims the day of her nuptials, she was in her wedding dress, two-and-a-half months pregnant, when she was presented with the pre-nup "in a small room at the back of the church, and all of our wedding guests were already seated for the wedding." Pam says she did not have her attorney present, and David skirted the import of the document by saying "it was just paperwork." Pam admits she signed it "literally minutes before I was to walk down the aisle."

Pam is asking the judge to void the pre-nup and allocate the couple's assets on a 50/50 basis.

The Hoff has not responded to Pam's allegations.

When Hollywood couples move to Splitsville, it never seems to be a smooth transition. The recent split between Blink 182's Travis Barker and wife and former Miss USA Shanna Moakler is no exception, and now the split has spilled into MySpace.

Shanna "officially" commented on the split last Tuesday on her MySpace page, telling fans that she was devastated by the demise of her marriage. Now, following in her footsteps, Travis Barker has lashed back with a detailed blog on his MySpace page describing in his opinion what life with the Barkers was actually like and what it was that he says wrecked their marriage.

Travis says at one point he found condoms at his house and says "we don't use condoms ever." He talks about her alleged partying and claims that a "normal" day is him and the kids getting up around 7 a.m. while Shanna sleeps in until 2 p.m The nanny, who he says the kids often call "mommy," gets the kids ready for the day while Shanna takes care of more important things like getting her nails done. Barker also says his wife didn't tell him about her turn on "Dancing with the Stars."

In his letter he says that when you're pushed, you push back.

This morning, Shanna issued the following statement to TMZ: "If that MySpace site was truly created by Travis then I'm seriously concerned for his mental well being. The picture he paints is so far-fetched that I can't believe this is his reality. If it is, then I'm truly concerned for him. Perhaps the lifestyle he leads is taking its toll on him. For the sake of our children I hope that he seeks professional help."

Nothing is being left to chance in the divorce between David Hasselhoff and Pamela Bach. David and Pamela have agreed on who pays what, right down to the vet bills.

In legal papers obtained by TMZ, filed Monday In Los Angeles Superior Court, the unhappy couple has agreed that the pad David is renting for $10,900 a month will be paid out of community funds. Community property will also be used to pay the mortgage (Pam and the couple's two kids live in the house), the gardener ($740 a month), security and pet expenses. There's also that pesky tuition payment of $24,590 which will be covered, as well as Pam's Mercedes ($1,333.97 a month).

Both The Hoff and Pam get to take $27,000 a month out of the community pot -- living expenses, of course. And then there are the lawyers. Each side gets a cool 50 grand.

Don't feel too sad for The Hoff. He made a ton of money off of "Baywatch." And "America's Got Talent" gives him a nice chunk of pocket change.

Eschewing her publicist for her MySpace page, Shanna Moakler has issued a statement thanking her fans for all their well wishes following the news Tuesday of the demise of her marriage to blink-182's Travis Barker.

TMZ has verified the authenticity of her MySpace page and the post where the "Meet the Barkers" star writes, "I am very devestated [sic] and very much heartbroken over the demise of my marriage and for the upset of my family....I wanted nothing more to overcome the challenges we faced but failed."

Moakler, who has two children with Barker and one from her previous relationship with Oscar de la Hoya, has no regrets and adds, "I still very much believe in the power of love."

The former Miss USA thanks her fans for their kind words and reveals, "in this time please know i do read your letters but i am sorry if i cant [sic] respond."

On the heels of Nick and Jessica's and Dave and Carmen's split, another MTV reality show couple has called it quits.

According to PEOPLE magazine, blink-182's Travis Barker has filed for divorce from his "Meet the Barkers" co-star and wife, Shanna Moakler.

The couple were married in 2004 and have two children: son Landon, 2, and daughter Alabama, 7 months. Moakler, a former Miss USA, also has a 7-year-old daughter, Atiana, from her previous relationship with Oscar de la Hoya.

Moakler released a statement saying "My only concern right now is for the welfare and best interests of my children."

Monday, TMZ reported that Moakler has been added to the latest cast of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars."

The former ladies' man was spotted opening the door for and escorting a young blonde into a New York City (club?) last week. The two spent a few hours at an LA hotel's pool deck talking, enjoying the sun and taking a dip in the hot tub.

With word that supermodel Christie Brinkley is separating from her fourth husband, we couldn't help but wonder: Who's had a harder life post divorce -- Christie or her second ex, Billy Joel?

Brinkley's rep confirmed on Tuesday the split from Peter Cooke, her husband of 10 years. She has a daughter with Cooke, a daughter with Joel, and a son with third husband Richard Taubman.

Actually, a tragedy brought Taubman and Brinkley together. They met when both were passengers in a helicopter that crashed in Colorado in 1994. Ironically, they married near the site of the chopper crash but the union lasted for less than a year. Brinkley reportedly had to pay Taubman $2 mil as a parting gift to end the marriage.

TMZ has obtained a court document in which David Hasselhoff denies his estranged wife Pamela's allegations that he physically abused her and verbally terrorized her.

Earlier this year, Pamela Hasselhoff filed a declaration claiming that In December, 2005, David "grabbed me and pushed me hard into a car," adding "In the past, he has also broken my nose and called me a 'whore,' 'c**t,' 'bitch,' 'slut' and 'drug addict' in front of our children."

In a heavily redacted declaration filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, David Hasselhoff says
"I categorically deny each and every...allegation."

Last Month is seemed that the Hasselhoffs had buried the hatchet. They settled the child custody portion of their divorce, agreeing to joint legal and physical custody. David Hasselhoff's new declaration signals that conflict in the divorce may have erupted again.

But what TMZ found out is that the "Fast and the Furious" franchise is actually centered around real life drift racing, as opposed to specific characters. With alimony on the line, explicit pictures surfacing and a divorce unfolding, Heather Mills did what any other celebrity would do - went to the nail salon with a spare leg in tow.

Mills and a friend were spotted Monday leaving a salon in Rye, England. Mills' friend lent a hand by carrying Heather's prosthetic leg sporting a high heel.

Heather uses a prosthetic leg after losing hers in 1993 when she was struck by a police motorcycle while standing on a street corner in London.

Although they have been an item for quite some time now, Johnny Depp and french singer/actress Vanessa Paradis are not married. 5) Forest Has Just GOTTA KNOW: Is Louis Gross on The Sopranos next season?

Although the details have yet to be ironed out, Louis Gross' character as Tony Soprano's bodyguard Perry Annunziata is expected to return next season. When asked for comment, Gross' agent Kevin McShane confirmed saying they "presume yes, but they haven't started working on it." The male model turned mobster was arrested back in April of 2006 for allegedly breaking into a Queens home and was charged with criminal mischief.
