Looks like the Lohan clan is headed for an all out book-off ... 'cause TMZ has learned, Michael Lohan is now considering giving Dina Lohan the green light for her tell-all ... with one big fat string attached -- he gets his own book deal.

As we first reported ... Michael put the legal kibosh on Dina's book by reminding her there's a gag order from their divorce ... so she'd have to leave out plenty of the juicy details.

But now we're told Michael struck a deal with Dina's publishers at Birdstreet Books -- he'll sign a legal doc releasing Dina from the gag order ... if the company gives him his own book deal.

We're told Birdstreet already has what they believe is a lucrative contract for Michael to sign -- but it's not lucrative enough... so he's holding out.

Jon Cryer proved his ex-wife was delusional when she claimed he made $2 million a month from "Two and a Half Men." Fact is ... he made way less than half that amount.

Jon submitted legal docs objecting to Sarah Trigger's petition to up her child support from $8,000 to $88,000 a month ... arguing the kid was humiliated at his fancy private school because he couldn't keep up with the Kardashians.

The judge shut Sarah down ... in part because Jon submitted an income declaration showing he earns $758,449 a month -- $600K is from the show, and the rest is from investments and such.

And this is interesting. Jon also listed his expenses. He shells out $7,700 in entertainment, $3,800 in car expenses, $1,000 in groceries, $3,300 for child care and $4,000 for tuition ... and those are MONTHLY expenses. $4 grand a month for tuition ... sheesh.

Now get this ... Jon doesn't eat out a lot. Total monthly expense -- $44.

"Real Housewives of New York" star Ramona Singer has filed for divorce ... and judging from her legal docs she's out for blood in the wake of rumors her hubby cheated on her.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Ramona wants ALL of their houses -- an apartment in NYC and a house in the ritzy Hamptons.

Earlier this week Ramona called 911 for a domestic dispute after she claimed to have found Mario -- her husband of more than 2 decades -- in the house with another woman.

Ramona says the marriage is irretrievably broken ... and says it's been that way for at least 6 months.

The couple has one daughter ... who is 18.

Jon Cryer's ex-wife might have to start drinking discount champagne -- TMZ has learned, she just got shut down in court after asking to increase her child support from $8,000 per month to $88,000.

TMZ broke the story ... Sarah Trigger ran to court in October, crying for WAY more child support money because their son Charlie couldn't afford all the trappings of rich kid life when he was with her ... expensive summer camps, exotic vacations, fancy birthday parties.

Sarah claimed their son had become a laughing stock at the ritzy Buckley School because of his pauper lifestyle ... and he's humiliated.

She justified her bid by claiming her custody share had increased from 4% of the time to 50% of the time ... so she deserved more money ... especially because Cryer's making a killing on "Two and a Half Men" (she claims $2 mil a month).

The intergalactic adventures of Lt. Colonel John Sheppard have been derailed ... at least as a married man -- TMZ has learned, "Stargate Atlantis" star Joe Flanigan's wife has filed for legal separation.

Katherine Kousi -- who starred in a bunch of 90s classics like "Encino Man" and "Bio-Dome" -- filed the docs in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences. They got married 17 years ago and separated in November.

They have three sons -- a 13-year-old, an 11-year-old, and a 7-year-old -- and Katherine wants physical custody. She's open to splitting legal custody and giving Joe visitation.

As for spousal support, Katherine's not feeling generous ... she wants to block the court from awarding him money. And she wants him to foot her legal bills.

Calls to Joe's people weren't returned.

T.I. and his wife Tiny are NOT calling it quits after 3 years of marriage ... despite reports to the contrary ... the rapper tells TMZ.

Rumors circulated like crazy after T.I. was a no-show at the Grammys and he and Tiny partied separately afterward.

T.I. tells us yeah, there was a big argument, but it was over something pretty stupid. Tiny wanted to walk the Grammy red carpet and watch the show but T.I. wanted none of it. He says they angrily challenged each other on who would end up having more fun that night.

Josh Lucas hardly got used to being a marriage man, and his wife has already filed for divorce.

Jessica Clencin Henriquez filed legal docs seeking to end her marriage of 22 months ... according to People.

Shortly after getting married, she said publicly she's been battling cervical cancer. She told Josh about it soon after they met. As for where they met -- like a scene out of "Sweet Home Alabama" ... at a dog park (only it was in New York).

Jessica got pregnant just months after getting married and gave birth to a son, Noah.

Khloe Kardashian's divorce isn't all bad -- TMZ has learned, she and Lamar Odom just dumped their massive marital mansion for a HUGE profit ... and now it's a "Big Bang Theory" star's problem.

As we first reported, Khloe and Lamar listed the 7-bedroom 8,000 sq. ft. Tarzana home last year for $4 million ... shortly before Khloe filed for divorce. They bought the house for $3.95 million in 2009.

Now, sources tell us, the home has sold for $5.49 million ... nearly $1.5 million more than the asking price. We're told Khloe's now looking for a new place near her mom in Hidden Hills.

It's case closed in the marriage of "CSI: Miami" star Eva LaRue -- her husband just filed for divorce.

Joseph Cappuccio filed divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- citing irreconcilable differences. The couple was married on June 28, 2010 and have no children.

And ... holy crab! Joseph -- a seafood businessman -- is asking the court to reject any request LaRue makes for spousal support.

The writing's been on the wall for years ... LaRue and Cappuccio were engaged TWICE before finally tying the knot.

Oh yeah, and it probably wasn't a good idea to post your wedding video online.

Say it ain't so ... there's no Muskrat Love left for Captain & Tennille ... they're getting divorced ... and the Captain tells TMZ he didn't see it coming.

Toni (Tennille) filed legal docs in Arizona, claiming the marriage was "irretrievably broken." They've been married for 39 years.

If you don't know ... you should. They had a string of hits in the 70s, including "Love Will Keep Us Together," "Muskrat Love" and "Do that to Me One More Time."

They were discovered by Neil Sedaka at The SmokeHouse restaurant in Burbank, near NBC.

Daryl Dragon (The Captain) is 71. Yeah, it's Dragon.

Daryl tells TMZ ... "I don't know why she filed. I gotta figure it out for myself first." He also said they're still living together in the same house.

According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, there's special mention about health insurance coverage, and that seems relevant, because in 2009 Toni blogged that Daryl had been diagnosed with Parkinson's. In 2011 Toni updated the message, saying Daryl's tremors were so bad he was embarrassed to go out in public ... to restaurants, the movies, etc.

Here's what's unclear -- whether it's possible Toni really filed for health insurance reasons ... whether his coverage might be better if they were divorced.

The blog has an update on Jan 16, 2014, saying "The Captain & Tennille appeared to the public as them being the ideal model for a 'rock-solid' married pair. But almost all people naturally evolve over time, & sometimes hidden feelings start to be uncovered ..."

Porsha Williams may have a new story line on "Real Housewives of Atlanta" -- holding a cup outside Walmart, begging for money so she can pay her homeowner's bills.

Porsha lived in a high-rise condo complex in Atlanta ... and she's fallen behind on her homeowner's dues -- to the tune of $17,959!

Now the homeowner's association has filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- requesting that her bank account be frozen and the money that goes in gets diverted to pay her homeowner's bills. Fact is ... the only real money she gets is from 'RHOA.'

Porsha has been strapped for cash lately ... we're told she's getting $5K a month in spousal support from Kordell Stewart, but apparently that's not nearly enough to make ends meet.

We're told Porsha is living with her mom now. At least the price is right.

Tiger Woods' maiden mistress Rachel Uchitel is now free to bang whomever she pleases ... because we've learned she's officially single again.

TMZ has learned ... her divorce from Matt Hahn was made final on Monday. The couple got married in 2011 and have a daughter. Their break-up was nuclear. Matt -- a former football star at Penn State and now a finance guy -- said he was the victim of cruel and inhumane treatment but ultimately backed off the claim.

We're told Uchitel got primary physical custody of daughter Wyatt and Hahn gets visitation.

On the financial front -- no money is changing hands. We're told there's a prenup that handles everything, and neither will get spousal support.

Hilary Duff and ex-NHL star Mike Comrie have just announced they've separated ... and it's pretty obvious divorce is just a matter of time.

The couple says they "have mutually decided to an amicable separation" and will "remain best friends and will continue to be in each other's lives."

26-year-old Duff and 33-year-old Comrie were married in Aug. 2010 in Santa Barbara ... and Hilary gave birth to a baby boy, Luca, March 20, 2012.

Hilary's mom, Susan Duff, tells TMZ, the couple has already decided on joint custody of Luca. Susan says she loves Mike but sees the breakup this way, "They're better friends than a married couple."

A rep for the couple says they are dedicated to parenting their son together.

Hilary just tweeted saying, "Mike and I are sitting here, we are so appreciative for all of your kindness & well wishes."

She continued, "Not an easy day but we're getting thru it together."

Hilary and Mike were most recently spotted together on New Year's Eve.

Arnold Schwarzenegger has 2 very good reasons NOT to finalize his divorce ... and one has to do with writing a big fat check to Maria Shriver.

As you know ... Maria filed for divorce in July, 2011, after finding out her hubby had been banging the maid and produced a son.

Sources familiar with Arnold's situation tell TMZ ... there's no prenup so under California law it's pretty simple -- 50/50. And our sources say there's no real issue over custody of their only minor child.

So why, you ask, has this divorce dragged on 2 1/2 years? We're told Arnold doesn't want to write a gargantuan check to Maria ... and we know how much -- and it hurts.

Sources tell us their net worth is around $400 million. We're told Arnold knows Maria is entitled to half -- but knowing it and watching around $200 million leave your bank account are 2 very different things.

As for the second reason Arnold's in no hurry ... we're told he's getting pretty serious with his girlfriend, physical therapist Heather Milligan. If Arnold gets divorced, the pressure's on for him to pop the question ... and Arnold's not necessarily a one woman kind of guy.

Just ask the maid.
