Scott Disick is dead to the Kardashians -- with one big exception -- after what they believe is a vicious campaign against Kourtney.

People close to Scott tell us ... the cavalcade of women he's been with since touching down in Cannes is a well-planned offensive to hurt his baby mama and make her jealous. They say he had no interest in Bella Thorne ... she was just his opening salvo.

We're told Scott's been livid Kourtney's been dating 23-year-old Younes Bendjima. Scott felt he was on the verge of getting back with her and then learned she'd been seeing Younes on and off since October.

The Kardashians, especially Kourtney, are done with him. No more family dinners, vacations, and as we reported, Kourtney will not let Scott see their 3 kids until he proves he's sober.

One of the things that especially irks the Kardashian brood ... Scott is trying to be photographed with these women, and the pics and stories will live online for their kids to read one day.

As for the big exception ... we're told Kris is still all-in trying to sell a house-flipping pilot starring Scott.

Hey, business is business.

Scott Disick is going to have a problem if he wants to see his kids, because we're told Kourtney won't let him near them until he cleans up his act.

Sources close to Scott and Kourtney tell us he is off the rails again ... abusing alcohol and other substances. We're told she will not allow Scott visitation of their 3 kids until he gets clean and sober ... something we're told he refuses to do.

This wouldn't be the first time Kourtney laid down the law. Back in 2015, she made him persona non grata at her gated community, putting him on the "do not enter" list at the security gate. Scott went an entire month without seeing his children.

We're told Scott's friends have tried to intervene to no avail. A few weeks ago they got Kourtney to call Scott and plead with him to get help, but he wasn't having it.

Donald Trump is back in the U.S.A., and one of his first orders of business was addressing the American people ... about the "Fake News" media ... on Twitter, no less.

Trump went on an early morning Twitter rant Sunday to dump his latest thoughts after returning from his first foreign trip in Europe and the Mid East. Perhaps unsurprisingly, he ripped what he calls the "Fake News" media.

Bella Thorne has Scott Disick in her rear view ... and she's pretty happy about it.

The actress was back in the U.S. of A with sister Dani and a friend ... getting her Saturday breakfast fix when she laughed off a photog's comment about Scott.

As we reported ... the 19-year-old's pissed she was used by Disick -- almost twice her age -- and decided to bail early on the trip.

Nyle DiMarco is outraged at Jamie Foxx and Jimmy Fallon for a skit he says mocks deaf people.

Foxx was on Fallon's show Thursday night and at one point Fallon tossed to a break. As he's tossing, Jamie is doing fake sign-language to the camera.

The audience laughed, but Nyle -- who is deaf -- is outraged. The winner of both "DWTS" and "America's Next Top Model" is shocked the skit was broadcast, saying, "How was this allowed? Where's the cultural sensitivity. Not comedy when you make fun of others."

Nyle had words for Foxx as well ... "It is straight up disrespectful to make up sign language. Everything is in gibberish."

Kourtney Kardashian arrived back in L.A. ... but zipped it shut when photogs asked about all the hoopla over her baby daddy.

Kourtney and Scott Disick were minutes apart from each other in Cannes -- her with BF Younes Bendjima -- and him for a hot minute with 19-year-old Bella Thorne.

Kourtney and Scott are not getting along -- which is an understatement -- but she didn't play her hand at LAX.

She was caught in the middle of one of the craziest NFL love triangles ever -- but model Jena Frumes says she cool with Antonio Brown after he left her to get back with his pregnant girlfriend.

The story made all sorts of headlines when Brown left his pregnant girlfriend, Chelsie, for an off-season romance with Jena Frumes ... only to leave Frumes to go back to Chelsie in April.

Frumes was PISSED at the time and tweeted that Brown used her to piss off Chelsie -- so, when we saw her out in L.A. this week ... we had to ask if she was still upset.

Good news for AB ... Frumes says they're cool again -- and she would even draft him on her fantasy football team.

Chris Brown's lawyers will have a steep mountain to climb Tuesday when they essentially tell a judge, "Who you gonna believe, us or your lying eyes?"

We're told Chris will not appear in the hearing where Karrueche is gunning for a permanent restraining order against Brown, whom she claims has threatened to shoot and kill her, in addition to brutalizing her on several occasions.

Karrueche got a TRO, which is about to expire, and she was required to serve Chris with the petition for a permanent order ... something he dodged until a process server handed him the papers earlier this month as he was leaving his birthday party in Houston.

Big problem for Chris ... the service is on video, and the judge will see it in the courtroom.

We're also told Karrueche will not appear in person ... she'll testify on the phone, because she's shooting a TV show in New Orleans.

Drake and Tory Lanez ended their beef with an old fashion phone call a week before a picture of them together was seen for the first time ever.

Sources connected to the rappers tell TMZ ... Drizzy and Tory ended their years-long beef after mutual friends got in their ears about the pettiness. The feud dates back to 2015 when Tory called out Drake for referring to their hometown, Toronto, as simply "The 6."

Toronto's area code is 416. So, yeah ... totally petty.

We're told the phone call was placed by one of Tory's pals to one of Drake's -- the intermediaries then put both rappers on the horn. That ultimately led to the NYC meeting where they took the peace summit Instagram shot.

Tracking down Future's money is like trying to find a "magician in a room of smoke and mirrors" ... so claims Rocko, who wants a judge to help him secure the rapper's financials.

Rocko filed new court docs last week in his lawsuit against Future, asking a judge to force Future's camp to stop stonewalling over his demand for financial records.

Rocko says Future's lawyers at Epic Records have been offering boilerplate answers and legal mumbo jumbo as to why they can't give Rocko the docs. He's says Future's hurting any chance of settlement. Rocko's suit claims he discovered Future, was promised a cut of profits and then was kicked to the curb.

You'll recall ... Rocko also wants a judge to set up a court controlled account to hold cash Future makes from his Nobody Safe Tour that's already underway.

Cris "Cyborg" Justino was cited for battery for punching UFC fighter Angela Magana in the face at a UFC fighter retreat in Las Vegas this weekend ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the Las Vegas Metro Police narrative, Magana says Cyborg punched the left side of her face after the two fighters got into a verbal argument. Police say they reviewed surveillance video that showed Cyborg throwing a punch, hitting Magana in the face once.

According to officials, witnesses jumped in and broke up the fight.

Cops say Magana -- a 33 year old UFC strawweight -- transported herself to the hospital and was treated. According to the narrative, a doctor at the hospital diagnosed A.M. with an "acute head injury, cervical strain, and laceration of the lip."

She returned to her hotel room and called cops.

Magana told police the fight sparked over comments that were made on social media.

Since the incident, A.M. has gone on a Twitter rampage against Cyborg ... "I was the victim of roid rage today. Hope it was worth your job. Sue happy lawyers hitting me up left and right now #Cyborg"

Cops say they also spoke with UFC fighter Bec Rawlings ... who verified Angela's story.

Police made contact with Cyborg, but she did not want to give her side of the story. She was cited for battery and will have to appear in court.

Stephen Colbert looked super relaxed Saturday in NYC, apparently relieved the Commander in Chief is otherwise occupied.

The talk show king clearly thinks Donald Trump shouldn't rush things along in the Middle East ... favoring an extended trip for the Prez.

Colbert was on his way in to Milk Studios for Vulture Fest, where he sat with Aziz Ansari, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kevin Bacon on a panel to discuss the TV biz.

The good news for Colbert ... wherever in the world Trump is, there's plenty of material.

Mel B lied to a judge in her legal war with ex-nanny Lorraine Gilles ... so claims Gilles in the latest salvo.

Gilles' beef is over the restraining order Mel B got earlier this month, prohibiting the ex-nanny from coming near her for 5 years.

The ex-nanny didn't even attend the restraining order hearing, and now she says it's because she was never served with legal docs, despite Mel B's sworn claim Gilles was handed the docs.

Gilles says she's got proof she was in Kentucky the day of the alleged service. She says what actually went down was that the process server handed the documents to Gilles' husband, which is not legal.

Ben Simmons may be a quiet guy ... but his SISTER is firing shots at Lonzo and LaVar Ball.

Olivia Simmons is clearly fed up with the media circus surrounding the Big Baller Brand family ... and called upon her Philadelphia 76ers star brother to personally shut them up.

"I hope my brother dunks on Lonzo Ball so hard next year that his daddy runs on the court to help him up."
