Rick Ross is getting personal in his legal battle with 50 Cent ... saying the only reason 50 sued him is to cover up the fact he's just not as famous as he used to be.

As TMZ first reported, 50 sued Ross to cover his own ass in a lawsuit he's facing over a leaked sex tape ... claiming it is Ross' fault the video was posted in the first place ... so Ross should pay, not him.

But Ross -- through his lawyer, Xavier Donaldson -- says 50's only gunning for him in "another attempt to draw attention to his descending entertainment career and one of several desperate, last minute attempts he's made to avoid and deflect legal and financial responsibility for his own actions."

Damn.

Lil B is DOUBLING DOWN on his threat to curse LeBron James ... claiming the King is in "big, big trouble" for stealing B's famous dance move.

Lil B appeared on "TMZ Hollywood Sports" today (from an undisclosed location) and told us he appreciates Iman Shumpert's olive branch ... but the Cavs aren't off the hook yet.

As we previously reported, B's upset the team used his famous "cookin' dance" in a post-game celebration last night ... and didn't give him the proper credit.

Now, B's got demands if the team wants to escape the curse before the NBA Finals.

Audrey Hepburn's sons are at legal war over her hats, scarves and jewelry.

Audrey left a storage locker full of memorabilia. Among the items ... posters, costumes, gloves, photos, scripts and awards.

Stephanie claims when it came to the horse Bobby was a hog, not only keeping the purse money but selling the horse for $60k and pilfering every penny.

As we previously reported, March and Flay have been at each other's throats in an ugly divorce battle that just gets uglier. She wants the prenup set aside, claiming it's grossly unfair.

As for the horse scratch, Flay admits he registered it in her name, but denies lining his own pockets with the winnings.

Kylie Jenner must follow Blac Chyna's Instagram page like a hawk ... because she once again mimicked her boyfriend's baby mama ... with a catty caption and all.

BC posted the innocuous selfie ... and KJ posted her own just two hours later, in similar getup, with the simple caption, "Snap."

Kylie pulled the same stunt a few months back when Blac Chyna posted a photo of a watch ... and Kylie snapped a pic of her same watch and captioned it, "Currently."

Chris Brown had a meltdown Sunday after Tyson Beckford dared to post a pic of himself with Karrueche Tran, but Tyson made it clear, he's not scared one bit.

It started Sunday when Chris saw the pic, then posted a flurry of tweets, saying among other things, "U wanna keep walking them runways. I need ta legs for that. Keep playing like I ain't wit the bulls***."

Chris deleted the tweets, but Tyson fired back, seemingly impervious to the threats, saying, "It's all about fun in Vegas, come thru papa."

Tyson then posted video of himself shooting at a gun range, saying, "Just in case your forgot!"

But Chris wasn't done. Late Sunday night, Chris posted a pic of Vegas cops behind a building, saying, "This n**** Tyson got the whole Vegas PD out here. Suckah! This fruitz!"

Chris has been making a play to get Karrueche ever since she found out he had a child by another woman.

Don't know whether this helps or hurts Chris' chances.

Chris Brown is at war with his baby mama, who claims he's stopped paying the measly $2,500 a month in child support, and now she's gunning for 6 times that.

Multiple sources connected with the couple tell TMZ, Chris has been paying baby Royalty's mom, Nia Guzman, the $2,500, but the gravy train stopped in March. Our Chris sources say he stopped paying because Nia demanded $15k a month, which he thinks is ridiculous.

We're told Chris says Nia's treating the baby like a winning lottery ticket, but she claims he's being incredibly cheap and their daughter is suffering as a result.

We're told Nia's lawyer, Carl Moore, will be filing legal docs in the next 2 weeks demanding back child support and a huge monthly hike.

Rosie O’Donnell's divorce has gotten so bitter it's gone from fighting in divorce court to battling over the rights to Instagram.

Michelle Rounds is on the attack, claiming she took a picture of their daughter, Dakota, and Rosie had the nerve to post it on Instagram.

Michelle says the law is crystal clear -- she took the pic so she owns the rights to it, and therefore Rosie has no right to post the pic anywhere.

Michelle has contacted Instagram, demanding that the pic be scrubbed from the site. So far the company has taken no action.

Rosie and Michelle are both under a gag order, prohibited from disparaging each other in the media ... social or otherwise.

Althea Eaton and Benzino's non-stop drama cost them their "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" gigs -- but it also helped them score $200k to appear on "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars."

Sources close to the show tell TMZ that the powder keg lovebirds will work through their issues and see if they are truly ready for marriage in Season 4 -- and they'll rake in a sweet payday while they do it.

No doubt they make for good TV ... Benzino and Althea got tossed off 'LHHA' last year after allegedly instigating the now infamous all out brawl with Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez.

Bobby Flay has taken an incredibly cheap shot at his estranged wife, telling the judge in their divorce case that any medical problems she has are the result of vanity ... specifically a boob job.

We're told as part of her argument to invalidate their prenup, Stephanie March says she's been plagued by well-publicized medical problems, including a burst appendix and 3 deep infections. As a result, she says she's unable to work as an actress and the prenup would create an undo financial hardship.

Bobby has responded to Stephanie's argument, but he got surprisingly detailed, saying the infections were the result of breast enhancement surgery. It's pretty clear the point he's making is that Stephanie's problems are her own doing ... choosing to go under the knife for the sake of vanity.

Stephanie also took a shot at Bobby, saying revelations of his alleged infidelity have compromised her health and mental state.

Rick Ross was responsible for blasting the sex tape of his baby mama out to the world ... so claims 50 Cent who is now taking aim at Ross in court.

50 has filed a lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he's trying to deflect blame from himself for the video which now has millions of views. Lastonia Leviston has sued 50 claiming she was so distraught after 50 posted the video she contemplated suicide.

But now 50 says Ross is actually the one who created the problem because he or one of his lackeys was first to post it ... 50 just linked to it. 50 points to an interview Ross did with a radio station the day before the video was posted in which he said he was going to put the sex tape online.

50 says in his legal docs if he loses his lawsuit to Leviston, Ross should cover most of the judgment because he's really the guilty party.

Wiz Khalifa just wanted to get turnt up in Vegas for this Memorial Day weekend but there's a big wrinkle ... baby mama Amber Rose.

We’re told Wiz just found out his estranged wife has booked a suite at the Palms Casino Resort, the same place he's staying. He's contacted the hotel and insisted that he's not on her floor. Wiz has made it clear ... he does not want Amber in his line of sight during the long weekend.

It's gonna be complicated, because Amber's hosting a pool party the same day Wiz debuts at club Rain as DJ Daddy Kat.

The biggest obstacle standing between James Harden and an NBA championship is not Steph Curry ... it's Lil B, who is threatening to put a curse on The Beard ... unless he cops to his demands.

Lil B is pissed because he thinks Harden keeps jacking his "cooking dance" when he celebrates draining a big shot. Harden has been doing it all season, but Lil B says he's watching the Western Conference Finals -- and if Harden does it again ... it's gonna be curses.

Lil B tells TMZ Sports, "If Harden doesn't tell what he is doing, which is the Lil B cooking dance, he will be cursed. He needs to stop stealing Lil B swag without showing love."

Lil B is a reasonable man -- he's giving Harden until Game 3 to give him credit, but after that he says the curse goes into effect.

Not a believer? Remember, Lil B cursed Kevin Durant earlier this year, and uhh ...he's somewhere chillin' on a couch right now.

Tito Ortiz and Rampage Jackson have tapped out ... settling a lawsuit with a former trainer over some remarks Tito made a few years back ... and we're told the trainer got a little cash for his troubles.

As TMZ Sports first reported, Juanito Ibarra sued Ortiz back in 2009 after Ortiz and Rampage gave interviews saying Ibarra was a "thief."

The lawsuit dragged on for years ... until now. The sides have come to a settlement, which we're told calls for Ibarra to get some money from the deal.

In announcing the settlement, Ortiz said in a statement, "Juanito didn’t steal from or take advantage of Rampage and he didn’t mismanage Rampage’s money it was all accounted for. I regret the effect my words had on Juanito’s life. Juanito is a trainer and manager of superior skills and the fact is, he helped to make Rampage a champion. Anyone would be blessed to be taught by Juanito."

Now we know why Diddy and Drake declared a truce ... they decided peace can be highly profitable for both of them.

We found out the former enemies met at 1:00 AM Monday at Mel's Drive-In in West Hollywood ... just the 2 of them, and of course their bodyguards.

We're told the chat was all about creating a joint venture with both of their names. They kicked around everything from clothing, to jewelry to cigars. They did not zero in on a product line but agreed that it would be mutually beneficial for them to partner.

The ‘Apprentice’ vet served Pettifleur Berenger -- one of the "Real Housewives of Melbourne" -- with a cease-and-desist for her recent self-help book, "Switch the Bitch: My Formula to Being the Champion of Your Life, Not the Victim."

Sound familiar? Omarosa dropped her own motivational tome, "The Bitch Switch: Knowing How To Turn It On and Off" ... back in October of 2008.

Gotta say ... Omarosa and her lawyer, Bradford M. Cohen, fired off a pretty entertaining letter. They demand a full accounting of Berenger’s book sales … which they say “should not take long” -- since it's an "absolute bore to read."

Lastly, if Berenger doesn't pull her "literary classic" off shelves immediately ... Omarosa says she will file a lawsuit seeking $150k for each violation of her copyright.
